本发明公开了一种口罩用防霾喷剂,该防霾喷剂包括如下重量份的成分:羧甲基壳聚糖,6~10份;海藻多糖,8~12份;乙醇,1~3份;金银花提取物,3~5份;硫酸铜,1~3份;水,30~50份;乙二胺四乙酸二钠和聚乙二醇共4~6份,二者重量份之比为3~5:1;还包括溶菌酶,溶菌酶的浓度为40~60万单位/克,即每克防霾喷剂中含有40~60万单位的溶菌酶。喷洒本发明提供的喷剂可以显著提高普通口罩对PM2.5的过滤能力。而且,本发明的防霾喷剂不会影响口罩的透气性。本发明防霾喷剂的防霾效果可能与配方中乙二胺四乙酸二钠和聚乙二醇的重量份之比有关。

本发明的目的在于提供一种防霾喷剂,用于喷在普通口罩上,达到过滤PM2.5的效果。
本发明的上述目的是通过下面的技术方案得以实现的:
一种口罩强化防霾喷剂,包括如下重量份的成分:羧甲基壳聚糖,6~10份;海藻多糖,8~12份;乙醇,1~3份;金银花提取物,3~5份;硫酸铜,1~3份;水,30~50份;乙二胺四乙酸二钠和聚乙二醇共4~6份,二者重量份之比为3~5:1;还包括溶菌酶,溶菌酶的浓度为40~60万单位/克,即每克防霾喷剂中含有40~60万单位的溶菌酶;所述金银花提取物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,将干燥的金银花粉碎;
步骤S2,用75%~85%乙醇热回流提取,合并提取液,浓缩至无醇味得乙醇提取浓缩液;
步骤S3,乙醇提取浓缩液用水稀释,过滤,用大孔树脂富集活性成分,先用10~20%乙醇冲洗5~9个柱体积除去大极性成分,再用70~80%乙醇洗脱12~16个柱体积,收集70~80%乙醇洗脱液,减压浓缩至干,研磨成细粉。

步骤S1,将干燥的金银花粉碎;
步骤S2,用80%乙醇热回流提取,合并提取液,浓缩至无醇味得乙醇提取浓缩液;
步骤S3,乙醇提取浓缩液用水稀释,过滤,用D101型大孔树脂富集活性成分,先用15%乙醇冲洗7个柱体积除去大极性成分,再用75%乙醇洗脱14个柱体积,收集75%乙醇洗脱液,减压浓缩至干,研磨成细粉。

本发明的优点:
普通口罩基本都含有纤维成分,本发明提供的防霾喷剂喷到普通口罩上时,在纤维成分的诱发作用下会发生缩聚反应形成致密的防霾保护膜,该防霾保护膜能够滤除PM2.5,同时能将吸附在PM2.5颗粒上的细菌杀死。而且,本发明的防霾喷剂不会影响口罩的透气性。

成分比例(重量份):羧甲基壳聚糖,8份;海藻多糖,10份;乙醇,2份;金银花提取物,4份;硫酸铜,2份;水,40份;乙二胺四乙酸二钠和聚乙二醇共5份,二者重量份之比为6:1;还包括溶菌酶,溶菌酶的浓度为50万单位/克,即每克防霾喷剂中含有50万单位的溶菌酶。
金银花提取物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,将干燥的金银花粉碎;
步骤S2,用80%乙醇热回流提取,合并提取液,浓缩至无醇味得乙醇提取浓缩液;
步骤S3,乙醇提取浓缩液用水稀释,过滤,用D101型大孔树脂富集活性成分,先用15%乙醇冲洗7个柱体积除去大极性成分,再用75%乙醇洗脱14个柱体积,收集75%乙醇洗脱液,减压浓缩至干,研磨成细粉。
喷剂制备:将所有成分混合,溶解,过滤得滤液;将滤液分装在喷雾装置中。
实施例8:效果实施例,测定过滤PM2.5的能力
试验于2014年12月在南京市城区进行。采用GI-200型PM2.5采样器,采集大气PM2.5 于玻璃纤维滤膜,采集2h后称取、计算玻璃纤维滤膜的增重。
试验分为8组,分别为对照组和测试组1~7。
对照组:采用普通的一次性口罩遮住GI-200型PM2.5采样器的入风口。
测试组1~7:分别在7个普通的一次性口罩上喷洒等量的实施例1~7制备的防霾喷剂, 15分钟后,遮住GI-200型PM2.5采样器的入风口。
采用GI-200型PM2.5采样器,采集大气PM2.5于玻璃纤维滤膜,采集2h后称取、计算玻璃纤维滤膜的增重,计算测试组相对于对照组的减少率(%)。
结果见下表:
上述结果表明,喷洒本发明提供的喷剂可以显著提高普通口罩对PM2.5的过滤能力。而且,本发明的防霾喷剂不会影响口罩的透气性。本发明防霾喷剂的防霾效果可能与配方中乙二胺四乙酸二钠和聚乙二醇的重量份之比有关。
上述实施例的作用在于说明本发明的实质性内容,但并不以此限定本发明的保护范围。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种口罩强化防霾喷剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的成分:羧 甲基壳聚糖,8份;海藻多糖,10份;乙醇,2份;金银花提取物,4份;硫酸铜,2份;水, 40份;乙二胺四乙酸二钠和聚乙二醇共5份,二者重量份之比为5:1;还包括溶菌酶,溶菌酶的浓度为50万单位/克,即每克防霾喷剂中含有50万单位的溶酶;所述金银花提取物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,将干燥的金银花粉碎;
步骤S2,用80%乙醇热回流提取,合并提取液,浓缩至无醇味得乙醇提取浓缩液;
