Abstract

本发明公开了一种防霾喷剂及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三甲基壳聚糖15‑25份、黄连提取物6‑10份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠4‑8份、羟丙基壳聚糖6‑10份、牡丹籽油6‑10份、葡庚糖酸钠3‑5份、聚乙二醇5‑7份、溶菌酶2‑4份、金银花提取物4‑6份、乙醇2‑4份、硫酸铜4‑6份、去离子水80‑100份,不会影响口罩的透气性。本发明防霾喷剂的防霾效果可能与配方中葡庚糖酸钠和聚乙二醇的重量份之比有关。

Description

一种防霾喷剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防尘防雾霾技术领域,具体而言涉及一种防霾喷剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
精油是从植物的花、叶、茎、根或果实中,通过水蒸气蒸馏法、挤压法、冷浸法或溶剂提取法提炼萃取的挥发性芳香物质。精油有分稀释的(复方精油)和未经稀释(单方精油)。精油的挥发性很强,一旦接触空气就会很快挥发,因此需要采用增溶剂来将其溶解其中,以分散均匀。
精油是由一些很小的分子所组成,这些高挥发物质,可由鼻腔粘膜组织吸收进入身体,将讯息直接送到脑部,通过大脑的边缘系统,调节情绪和身体的生理功能,因此精油经常会被用于化妆品中作为添加剂。但精油具有亲脂性,很容易溶在油脂中,因为精油的分子链通常比较短,这使得它们极易渗透于皮肤,且借着皮下脂肪下丰富的毛细血管而进入体内,如果不作处理直接进入皮肤,会对皮肤产生较大的刺激。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种防霾喷剂及其制备方法,本发明用于喷在普通口罩上,达到过滤PM2.5的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防霾喷剂及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三甲基壳聚糖15-25份、黄连提取物6-10份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠4-8份、羟丙基壳聚糖6-10份、牡丹籽油6-10份、葡庚糖酸钠3-5份、聚乙二醇5-7份、溶菌酶2-4份、金银花提取物4-6份、乙醇2-4份、硫酸铜4-6份、去离子水80-100份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三甲基壳聚糖15份、黄连提取物6份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠4份、羟丙基壳聚糖6份、牡丹籽油6份、葡庚糖酸钠3份、聚乙二醇5份、溶菌酶2份、金银花提取物4份、乙醇2份、硫酸铜4份、去离子水80份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三甲基壳聚糖20份、黄连提取物8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠6份、羟丙基壳聚糖8份、牡丹籽油8份、葡庚糖酸钠6份、聚乙二醇6份、溶菌酶3份、金银花提取物5份、乙醇3份、硫酸铜5份、去离子水90份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三甲基壳聚糖25份、黄连提取物10份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠8份、羟丙基壳聚糖10份、牡丹籽油10份、葡庚糖酸钠5份、聚乙二醇7份、溶菌酶4份、金银花提取物6份、乙醇4份、硫酸铜6份、去离子水100份。
进一步:本发明制备方法具有如下步骤:
步骤一、将原料按上述比例配比后备用;
步骤二、用60%~70%乙醇热回流提取,合并提取液,浓缩至无醇味得乙醇提取浓缩液;
步骤三、乙醇提取浓缩液用去离子水稀释,过滤,用大孔树脂富集活性成分,再加入剩余原材料进行混合搅拌,减压浓缩至干,研磨成细粉既得成品。
本发明的有益效果是:普通口罩基本都含有纤维成分,本发明提供的防霾喷剂喷到普通口罩上时,在纤维成分的诱发作用下会发生缩聚反应形成致密的防霾保护膜,该防霾保护膜能够滤除PM2.5,同时能将吸附在PM2.5颗粒上的细菌杀死。而且,本发明的防霾喷剂不会影响口罩的透气性。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
一种防霾喷剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三甲基壳聚糖15-25份、黄连提取物6-10份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠4-8份、羟丙基壳聚糖6-10份、牡丹籽油6-10份、葡庚糖酸钠3-5份、聚乙二醇5-7份、溶菌酶2-4份、金银花提取物4-6份、乙醇2-4份、硫酸铜4-6份、去离子水80-100份。
实施例二:
一种防霾喷剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三甲基壳聚糖15份、黄连提取物6份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠4份、羟丙基壳聚糖6份、牡丹籽油6份、葡庚糖酸钠3份、聚乙二醇5份、溶菌酶2份、金银花提取物4份、乙醇2份、硫酸铜4份、去离子水80份。
实施例三:
一种防霾喷剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三甲基壳聚糖20份、黄连提取物8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠6份、羟丙基壳聚糖8份、牡丹籽油8份、葡庚糖酸钠6份、聚乙二醇6份、溶菌酶3份、金银花提取物5份、乙醇3份、硫酸铜5份、去离子水90份。
实施例四:
一种防霾喷剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三甲基壳聚糖25份、黄连提取物10份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠8份、羟丙基壳聚糖10份、牡丹籽油10份、葡庚糖酸钠5份、聚乙二醇7份、溶菌酶4份、金银花提取物6份、乙醇4份、硫酸铜6份、去离子水100份。
实施例五:
一种防霾喷剂的制备方法制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将原料按上述比例配比后备用;
步骤二、用60%~70%乙醇热回流提取,合并提取液,浓缩至无醇味得乙醇提取浓缩液;
步骤三、乙醇提取浓缩液用去离子水稀释,过滤,用大孔树脂富集活性成分,再加入剩余原材料进行混合搅拌,减压浓缩至干,研磨成细粉既得成品。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

三甲基壳聚糖15-25份、黄连提取物6-10份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠4-8份、羟丙基壳聚糖6-10份、牡丹籽油6-10份、葡庚糖酸钠3-5份、聚乙二醇5-7份、溶菌酶2-4份、金银花提取物4-6份、乙醇2-4份、硫酸铜4-6份、去离子水80-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霾喷剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
三甲基壳聚糖15份、黄连提取物6份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠4份、羟丙基壳聚糖6份、牡丹籽油6份、葡庚糖酸钠3份、聚乙二醇5份、溶菌酶2份、金银花提取物4份、乙醇2份、硫酸铜4份、去离子水80份。

5.一种根据权利要求1所述的一种防霾喷剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将原料按上述比例配比后备用;
步骤二、用60%~70%乙醇热回流提取,合并提取液,浓缩至无醇味得乙醇提取浓缩液;
步骤三、乙醇提取浓缩液用去离子水稀释,过滤,用大孔树脂富集活性成分,再加入剩余原材料进行混合搅拌,减压浓缩至干,研磨成细粉既得成品。
