Abstract

背景技术
如在本技术领域中众所周知地,阴道窥器具有可枢转地相互连接的两个“鸭嘴”展开构件。阴道窥器通常地用于扩展阴道腔,从而可以易于进行子宫颈和阴道组织的检查或治疗。
发明内容
如在下文中进一步详细描述地,本发明试图提供一种新颖的带有肌电传感器的阴道窥器。本发明可以用于阴道、子宫颈或者子宫中的肌电活动的直接测量。
本发明的系统具有很多应用,诸如而不限于确定子宫收缩特性、确定与肌电活动相关的子宫内压、治疗非妊娠妇女的月经相关疼痛、当子宫不活动时针对受精卵的体外受精再次引入测量子宫中的肌电活动以防止胎儿排斥,或者在分娩期间或者在分娩之前监测孕妇(诸如直接并且更加准确地测量子宫中的肌电活动、感测胎儿心跳)、测量用于增加或减少收缩或者用于加速或减缓子宫活动的药品的功效。
因此,根据本发明的实施例提供了一种阴道窥器,该阴道窥器包括展开元件和至少两个肌电传感器,所述肌电传感器中的至少一个肌电传感器被安装在展开元件中或者被安装在展开元件上,肌电传感器可操作以产生指示阴道、子宫颈或者子宫中的肌电活动的信号。
根据本发明的实施例,肌电传感器与肌电处理器电通信。
根据本发明的实施例,所述展开元件包括多于一个的展开元件,展开元件中的每一个展开元件在其中或者在其上安装有所述肌电传感器中的至少一个肌电传感器。

现在参考图1,图1示意了根据本发明的非限制实施例的阴道窥器10。
窥器10可以包括一个或多个展开元件12,诸如叶片12,展开元件12可以在枢轴14处可枢转地相互连接。然而,本发明不限于在窥器中使用的展开元件或者任何调节装置的具体构造;实际上,本发明能够应用于任何类型的阴道窥器。
窥器10包括一个或多个肌电传感器16,肌电传感器16可以被安装在展开元件12中的任一个展开元件中或者被安装在展开元件上。在一个实施例中,肌电(EMG)传感器16是表面EMG传感器,诸如安装在展开元件12的远端部分处或者可替代地安装在展开元件12的其它部分处的一对Ag/AgCl电极。(还可以使用(一个或多个)可选的参比电极。)展开元件12与阴道壁、子宫颈壁或者子宫壁形成直接接触。来自表面EMG传感器16的信号被发送到电连接器18(诸如经由有线连接19或者无线连接,例如蓝牙),电连接器18与EMG监视器或者处理器20(诸如可从以色列OB Tools Ltd.公司商购的EUM-100Pro系统)电通信。EMG监视器能够确定子宫收缩的存在、效力、频率和强度。EMG传感器16用作子宫电活动传感器。窥器10、EMG传感器16和EMG处理器20的组合形成用于阴道、子宫颈或者子宫中的肌电活动的直接测量系统。来自EMG传感器的信息能够被用于确定其它现象,诸如但是不限于与肌电活动相关的子宫内压。
在所示意的实施例中,在每一个展开元件12中或者在每一个展开元件12上设置有一对EMG传感器16。在每一个展开元件12上使用多于一个的EMG传感器有助于减小来自传感器的信号的噪声。可替代地,可以在窥器10中使用仅一个传感器16,其与外部传感器或者电极22(在图1中以虚线示出)协作。外部电极可以被用作参比电极。
如在本技术领域中已知的那样,表面EMG传感器通过感测在两个独立的电极之间的或者在每一个电极和参比电极之间的电压差来感测肌肉上的皮肤表面上的肌肉活动。所感测的数据是至有限深度的浅表肌肉活动的数据。
在另一个实施例中,EMG传感器16是肌内EMG传感器。例如,可以在窥器10上设置单个EMG传感器16,其中该传感器是与作为基准的表面电极协作的单极针状电极。可以采用一个以上的针状电极,并且该系统可以以单极、双极或者单极/双极组合操作模式操作。针状电极刺穿患者的皮肤并且测量阴道、子宫颈或者子宫中的肌电活动。
在另一个实施例中,窥器10还可以包括一个或多个位置传感器24,如在Calderon等人的美国专利7,447,542中所描述。处理器20处理EMG系统的数据和来自位置传感器的三维位置信息以在三维空间中提供肌电活动数据的输出。
Claims (14)
1.一种设备,包括:
阴道窥器(10),所述阴道窥器(10)包括展开元件(12)和至少两个肌电传感器(16),所述肌电传感器(16)中的至少一个肌电传感器被安装在所述展开元件(12)中或者被安装在所述展开元件(12)上,所述肌电传感器(16)可操作以产生指示阴道、子宫颈或者子宫中的肌电活动的信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述肌电传感器(16)与肌电处理器(20)电通信。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述展开元件(12)包括多于一个的展开元件(12),所述展开元件(12)中的每一个展开元件在其中或者在其上已安装有所述肌电传感器(16)中的至少一个肌电传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述展开元件(12)包括多于一个的展开元件(12),所述展开元件(12)中的每一个展开元件在其中或者在其上已安装有所述肌电传感器(16)中的至少两个肌电传感器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述肌电传感器(16)中的至少一个肌电传感器包括表面肌电传感器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述肌电传感器(16)中的至少一个肌电传感器包括肌内肌电传感器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,位置传感器(24)被安装在所述窥器(10)中或者被安装在所述窥器(10)上。
8.一种方法,所述方法包括:使用根据权利要求1所述的阴道窥器(10)以产生指示阴道、子宫颈或者子宫中的肌电活动的信号。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,包括:处理所述信号,以确定子宫收缩特性。
10.根据权利要求8所述的方法,包括:处理所述信号,以确定与肌电活动相关的子宫内压。
11.根据权利要求8所述的方法,包括:处理所述信号,以确定用于非妊娠妇女的月经相关疼痛的治疗。
12.根据权利要求8所述的方法,包括:处理所述信号,以当子宫不活动时针对受精卵的体外受精再次引入测量子宫中的肌电活动以防止胎儿排斥。
13.根据权利要求8所述的方法,包括:处理所述信号,以在分娩期间或者在分娩之前监测孕妇。
14.根据权利要求8所述的方法,包括:处理所述信号,以测量用于增加或减少收缩或者用于加速或减缓子宫活动的药品的功效。
