Abstract
本发明公开了一种风力发电装置,包括固定台、主机、风轮、通风装置、制动装置、外壳;所述主机安装在固定台上,所述风轮安装在与主机连接的轴承上;所述外壳设置在主机外部;所述通风装置包括通风罩、主机进气通道、主机排气扇,所述主机进气通道一端与通风罩连通另一端与主机进气孔连通,所述主机排气扇一端与主机出气孔连通另一端与通风罩外部连通,所述通风罩与外壳连接,所述通风罩设有百叶窗进风口,所述百叶窗进风口的朝向与风轮的正面朝向相同,所述制动装置包括固定连接在轴承上的刹车盘,与刹车盘连接的液压系统,安装在外壳上的制动器,以及设置在制动器上的弹簧。本发明实现了发电机的良好散热和制动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风力发电装置。
背景技术
现有的风力发电装置的散热方式均为主动散热,整个散热系统需要消耗较多的能量,而且故障几率较高,一旦这种主动散热系统发生故障,发电机的热量将不能及时排出,严重时可能会导致整个发电机烧毁。制动保护是风力发电装置的一项重要的保护内容,由于风力的不稳定性和不可预料性,风力发电装置的构成部分中必须包括能够使风力发电装置在大风情况下防止飞车的装置,而且如果急速刹车的话会对轴承造成损坏,会减少发动机的使用寿命。
因此,有必要设计一种能有效散热和制动的风力发电装置。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种风力发电装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
风力发电装置,包括固定台、主机、风轮、通风装置、制动装置、外壳;所述主机安装在固定台上,所述风轮安装在与主机连接的轴承上;所述外壳设置在主机外部;所述通风装置包括通风罩、主机进气通道、主机排气扇,所述主机进气通道一端与通风罩连通另一端与主机进气孔连通,所述主机排气扇一端与主机出气孔连通另一端与通风罩外部连通,所述通风罩与外壳连接,所述通风罩设有百叶窗进风口,所述百叶窗进风口的朝向与风轮的正面朝向相同,所述制动装置包括固定连接在轴承上的刹车盘,与刹车盘连接的液压系统,安装在外壳上的制动器,以及设置在制动器上的弹簧,所述主机进气通道外表面涂覆有疏水涂层。
本发明的通风罩设有百叶窗进风口,百叶窗进风口的朝向与风力发电装置的风轮的正面朝向相同,而由于偏航始终控制风轮面迎风向,也就是说百叶窗进风口始终朝向风的方向,因此通风罩能最大限度地收集到外界的冷风;冷风经发电机进气道进入发电机冷却后,热风通过排气扇排出通风罩外,主动散热和被动散热结合,使得散热效果更高效;本发明的制动装置通过制动器与刹车盘接触,逐步增加摩擦阻力,最终实现停车。

下面结合附图说明和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的方式包括但不仅限于以下实施例。
如图1~3所示,本发明包括固定台1、主机2、风轮4、通风装置5、制动装置6、外壳7;所述主机2安装在固定台1上,所述风轮4安装在与主机2连接的轴承3上;所述外壳7设置在主机2外部;所述通风装置包括通风罩8、主机进气通道9、主机排气扇10,所述主机进气通道一端与通风罩连通另一端与主机进气孔连通,所述主机排气扇一端与主机出气孔连通另一端与通风罩外部连通,所述通风罩与外壳连接,所述通风罩设有百叶窗进风口11,所述百叶窗进风口的朝向与风轮的正面朝向相同,所述制动装置包括固定连接在轴承上的刹车盘12,与刹车盘连接的液压系统13,安装在外壳上的制动器14,以及设置在制动器14上的弹簧15,所述主机进气通道(9)外表面涂覆有疏水涂层,避免了水分积聚。

1.风力发电装置,其特征在于,包括固定台(1)、主机(2)、风轮(4)、通风装置(5)、制动装置(6)、外壳(7);所述主机(2)安装在固定台(1)上,所述风轮(4)安装在与主机(2)连接的轴承(3)上;所述外壳(7)设置在主机(2)外部;所述通风装置包括通风罩(8)、主机进气通道(9)、主机排气扇(10),所述主机进气通道一端与通风罩连通另一端与主机进气孔连通,所述主机排气扇一端与主机出气孔连通另一端与通风罩外部连通,所述通风罩与外壳连接,所述通风罩设有百叶窗进风口(11),所述百叶窗进风口的朝向与风轮的正面朝向相同,所述制动装置包括固定连接在轴承上的刹车盘(12),与刹车盘连接的液压系统(13),安装在外壳上的制动器(14),以及设置在制动器(14)上的弹簧(15),所述主机进气通道(9)外表面涂覆有疏水涂层。
