Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fastening device for a wall-mounted sanitary fitting (Santit ä robjekt), comprising a carrier for mounting the fastening device on a wall, a carrier element which is arranged movably on the carrier, and an insertion element which is arranged on the carrier element and can be moved relative to the carrier for insertion into an opening of the sanitary fitting, and a fastening system (Befettingsanordnung) comprising a sanitary fitting having an opening on the wall side and a fastening device.
Background
Bathroom fixtures for wall-mounted fastening are, for example, toilets (Klosettbecken), bidets, wash basins and urinals. Such sanitary ware is usually a hollow body which is fastened with its rear side to the wall and which is not placed on the floor. The rear side of the sanitary ware usually has at least one opening, so that the interior space of the sanitary ware is accessible through the rear side. The inlet and outlet pipes are in particular guided through the openings. In the region of the opening, fastening devices for sanitary fixtures are frequently also arranged. The invention is particularly intended for wall-mounted toilets and will be explained later with the aid of such wall-mounted toilets as an example for wall-mounted sanitary fixtures, without limiting the invention to fastening toilets.
A fastening device of this type for wall-mounted toilets is known from publication DE 102011052558 a 1. The fastening device is fastened with a bracket on a threaded rod, which is anchored in the wall. Two support elements are movably arranged in the holder, so that they can be moved in the holder toward the wall or away from the wall. Each of the support elements has a wedge-shaped insert element which projects laterally beyond the support element and can be moved into the support element against the force of a spring. For installation, the toilet bowl is moved horizontally onto the fastening device, so that the wedge-shaped insert element is first moved from the side wall of the toilet bowl into the carrier element against the force of the spring. In a further movement, the insert element reaches into the region of the receiving opening in the side wall of the toilet bowl. The insertion element is pressed into the receiving opening by a spring, said insertion element being held in the receiving opening in a form-fitting manner. The toilet bowl is connected with the fastening device. However, there is also a space between the rear side of the toilet bowl and the wall. In order to move the toilet bowl further toward the wall and to clamp it in a planned manner against the wall (verspan) so that it lies flat against the wall, two screws with wedge-shaped tips are screwed into the bracket. Each screw interacts with each wedge-shaped surface of the carrier element, so that the carrier element and the insert element, when the screw is screwed in, move together with the toilet bowl toward the wall and against the force of the two springs. In order to remove the sanitary fitting, the screws must be loosened so that the carrier element is moved away from the wall by the force of the spring. By this movement, the inclined surface of the wedge-shaped insertion element reaches the edge facing away from the wall in front of the receiving opening and is thereby pressed into the carrier element again, whereby the rear-cut (hingerschnitten) connection between the toilet bowl and the fastening device is eliminated. The toilet bowl can now be removed from the wall. Disadvantageously, the fastening device has many movable parts and is expensive to install and remove.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is therefore to provide an alternative fastening device which has a simple construction and enables a quick and simple installation of the sanitary fitting.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a fastening device having the following features: the insert element has an inclined surface on the wall side for resting against a support of the sanitary fitting, wherein the fastening device comprises a spring which is arranged in the following manner: the insertion element is moved against the force of the spring when inserted into the opening, and the spring force acts counter to the force of gravity. If the terms "upper" or "lower" or "front" and "rear" are used below, these are relative to the installation position in which the sanitary fitting is installed on the wall as intended. Sanitary ware usually has an upwardly open depression which is filled with water during operation in the toilet lid. Such side of the sanitary fixture is the upper side, which faces the ceiling of the room in which the sanitary fixture is installed. The lower side thus faces the floor of the room. The front wall represents the side of the sanitary fitting facing away from the wall, while the rear wall faces the wall and rests against the wall in the installation position in which the sanitary fitting is installed as intended on the wall. The side walls connect the front and rear walls of the sanitary ware.
The fastening device for a wall-mounted sanitary fixture according to the present invention has a bracket for mounting the fastening device on a wall. In order to fasten the bracket to the wall, the bracket may comprise a through hole for receiving a fastening element. The fastening elements are in particular threaded rods which are anchored in the wall on which the sanitary fitting is to be placed and on which the bracket is fastened with a nut, as is generally customary in known fastening devices for sanitary fittings. "wall" herein means the following: the sanitary ware should be placed on the member. The wall can be made, for example, in a solid manner, for example, from masonry (Mauerwerk) or concrete, or it can comprise a front wall element, for example, with a water trough inserted, as is usually used in dry construction (Trockenbau). The invention is not limited to this type of fastening. Alternative fastening elements can also be provided for fastening. At least one carrier element is arranged on the carrier, which is movable relative to the carrier. The carrier element connects the carrier and the insert element, which is arranged on the carrier and can be moved relative to the carrier and in particular also relative to the carrier for insertion into the opening of the sanitary fitting. During insertion, the insert element is moved, in particular completely or partially, into the carrier element. The carrier element has in particular a receptacle for the insert element. The cross section of the receptacle corresponds in particular to the cross section of the insert element and forms a guide for the insert element. The receptacle is inclined, in particular in the installed position, in particular at an angle of less than 30 °, in particular less than 20 °, relative to the wall, wherein the receptacle is inclined away from the wall counter to the force of gravity. The insertion element engages behind a support of the sanitary fitting after insertion into the opening, so that the sanitary fitting is held on the fastening device by the insertion element after the sanitary fitting has been moved or placed onto the fastening device. The support can be formed in particular by a rear wall, a side wall, an inner wall of the sanitary ware or a receiving opening arranged in the interior.
The fastening device according to the invention is characterized in that the insert element has an inclined surface on the wall side behind with respect to the installation position for abutting against a support of the sanitary fitting. The "inclined surface" indicates a surface inclined in the insertion direction. The inclined surface is inclined relative to the wall, in particular also in the installation position, in particular in the following manner: the distance between the inclined surface and the wall in the mounted position becomes smaller in the direction in which the force of gravity acts. Due to the inclined surface, the sanitary fitting can be moved in the direction of the wall, for example by spring force or in particular by its own weight, and pressed against the wall, so that the sanitary fitting rests with its rear wall, in particular flat, against the wall. Thereby, friction is created between the wall and the sanitary fixture, whereby the sanitary fixture is fixed in its position. Further movement of the sanitary fixture towards the wall, for example by screwing, is not necessary, as is known from the prior art. The fastening device according to the invention enables a very simple mounting and dismounting of the sanitary ware. Here, the fastening device is distinguished by a simple structure with a small number of components.
In a preferred embodiment of the fastening device according to the invention, the fastening device comprises a spring which is arranged in the following manner: the insertion element is moved against the force of the spring, in particular relative to the holder, when inserted into the opening. When the fastening device is inserted into the opening of the sanitary fitting, the spring is clamped (spannen). The clamped spring presses against the inclined surface of the insert element, which abuts against the sanitary fitting, thereby moving the sanitary fitting in the direction of the wall as described above. The spring can act alone or together with other forces, in particular with the weight of the sanitary ware. The spring, in particular a helical spring, which is preferably arranged between the carrier element and the insert element, makes it possible to achieve a particularly simple and space-saving construction of the fastening device according to the invention.
The spring is preferably arranged in the following manner: the spring force acts counter to the force of gravity. Thus, the spring force and the gravity add up, which together press the inclined surface towards the sanitary fixture or press the sanitary fixture towards the inclined surface.
The support element preferably has at least one latching element in order to fix the support element in the installed position on the support and to transmit forces between the support element and the support. The term "force" is intended here to mean, in particular, the weight force of the sanitary fitting and the tensile force acting in the fastening device at right angles to the wall. The hooking element may have the shape of a hook, for example. The hooking elements are in particular embodied as ribs or tongues and are in particular inserted into guides arranged on the carrier, in particular into grooves. Alternatively, the groove can be formed on the carrier element and the tongue on the holder, so that the tongue forms the guide and the groove forms the hooking element.
In a further preferred embodiment of the fastening device according to the invention, a stop is arranged on the carrier element, which stop is suitable for transmitting a movement of the sanitary fitting transverse to the insertion direction to the carrier element. The stop is arranged in particular on the side of the carrier element facing away from the insert element and in particular forms a planar surface. The stop is in particular designed as a projection, a tab or a tongue and is in particular arranged on the underside of the carrier element. The stop corresponds to an outer or inner wall of the sanitary fixture and secures the sanitary fixture in the installed position against undesired lifting, which outer or inner wall rests against the stop when the sanitary fixture is moved counter to gravity in the installed position.
The carrier element is preferably movable relative to the bracket transversely to the insertion direction of the fastening device into the opening of the sanitary fitting. For installation, the sanitary fixture is usually moved horizontally and orthogonally (normal) with its rear wall with an opening relative to the wall on which it is intended to be placed. In this case, the sanitary fitting is moved in particular onto the fastening device. Insertion direction-the direction of insertion in which the fastening device is moved into the opening-is thus opposite to this movement. The insertion direction is usually horizontal and in particular orthogonal with respect to the wall on which the sanitary ware is to be mounted. The axis of the through-hole extends in particular parallel to the insertion direction, said through-hole being provided in the holder for receiving the fastening means. "transverse" means here that: the carrier element is movable relative to the holder at an angle relative to the insertion direction. In particular, the angle is substantially 90 °, i.e. radial to the insertion direction, so that the movement of the carrier element takes place in a radial plane of the insertion direction, i.e. in a plane relative to which the insertion direction forms a surface normal. The movability of the carrier element transversely to the insertion direction and relative to the holder can be achieved: for the purpose of removal, the sanitary fitting is moved together with the carrier element without the screws having to be loosened for this purpose. Thereby, the carrier element can be removed from the bracket at least little by little, and finally the sanitary ware is removed from the carrier element. A particularly simple disassembly is possible if the carrier element can be moved transversely to the insertion direction and relative to the holder counter to the force of gravity. In this case, in particular, the carrier element can be moved vertically relative to the support, while the insertion direction extends horizontally.
It is preferable that: the insert element can be moved together with the carrier element relative to the carrier, in particular jointly in the same direction, in particular counter to the force of gravity of the sanitary fitting. Thus, upon removal, the insertion element can initially remain in engagement with the seat of the sanitary fitting until the carrier element has moved to such an extent that the sanitary fitting can be removed from the fastening device.
It is furthermore preferred that: the carrier has at least one guide in which the carrier element is guided. The carrier element is guided in particular linearly in the guide. For this purpose, for example, slots or other contours can be provided, into which the support element is completely or partially embedded. The guide serves in particular to fix the carrier element to the holder. "fixed" here means in particular: the carrier element is connected to the support in such a way that the weight of the sanitary fitting and the tensile force (Zugkraft) acting in the fastening device orthogonally to the wall can be transmitted from the carrier element to the support. However, a lateral movement of the support element to the side or in particular against the force of gravity is also possible. The carrier has in particular at least two guides in which the carrier element is guided. Furthermore, the at least one guide is configured in the following manner: the carrier element is disengaged from the guide when moving relative to the bracket. This design offers the following possibilities: when the carrier element is detached from the guide of the holder, the carrier element can be moved relative to the holder, at least in the region of the guide, also in the direction of the insertion direction. In particular when two guides are provided, the carrier element is disengaged as intended from only one of the two guides, and the second guide is configured in such a way that: the carrier element can be turned or rotated relative to the bracket. Alternatively, the carrier element can be detached from both guides and completely removed from the stent.
In a further preferred embodiment of the fastening device according to the invention, the carrier element is connected to the holder by means of a pivot bearing (Drehlager). In this embodiment, the carrier element can be rotated relative to the bracket, in particular when the carrier element is detached from the guide of the bracket, as described above, as a result of which the sanitary fitting is released from the wall and can be lifted or removed from the carrier element due to the now lack of friction between the wall and the sanitary fitting.
The carrier element and the bracket preferably have latching means in order to fix the carrier element in its position on the bracket in the installation position, "installation position" means a position in which the sanitary fitting is placed on the wall as intended, in which installation position the carrier element is fixed by the latching means against undesired movements on the bracket, the latching means can be cancelled by an intentionally applied force (ü berwenden.) if the carrier element can be moved transversely to the bracket, the force acts in particular in the same direction, towards which the carrier element can be moved relative to the bracket.
The fastening device according to the invention forms a fastening system together with a sanitary fixture having an opening at the wall side. In particular, two fastening devices are used for fastening the sanitary fixture, wherein corresponding parts of the fastening devices, for example the brackets, can also be designed in one piece.
The height of the fastening means mounted on the wall is preferably equal to or greater than the height of the portion of the opening corresponding to the fastening means. In particular, a recess can be provided on the sanitary fitting as part of the opening or in the region of the opening corresponding to the fastening device. The insertion element can thus rest against a support of the sanitary fitting, and at the same time the stop can hinder the lifting of the sanitary fitting in the installation position by the insertion element.
The abutment is preferably shaped as a back cut (hinderschneidung) and the fastening system is constructed in the following manner: in the installed position, the distance between the sanitary fixture and the stop is smaller than the depth at which the insertion element is inserted into the rear cutout of the sanitary fixture. "rear cut" means an element of the sanitary fitting which acts as a support and which, in the installed position, in which the sanitary fitting is fastened to the wall as intended, engages behind (hingreifen) the insertion element with respect to the insertion direction and prevents the sanitary fitting from being able to be moved away from the wall.
Preferably, the sanitary fixture is moved towards the wall for mounting on the wall with the fastening device according to the invention and the insert element of the fastening device is moved at least partially into the opening of the sanitary fixture. In particular, the movement is performed substantially horizontally. Based on the movement, the insertion element of the fastening device acts (angreifen) on the seat of the sanitary ware in the following manner: the sanitary fixture is pressed against the wall. The arrangement according to the invention of the fastening device, in particular the inclined surface on the insert element, allows the sanitary fitting to be placed flat against the wall after the insert element of the fastening device has been inserted into the opening. The sanitary ware is installed as planned and is located in the installation position. An additional subsequent movement of the sanitary fitting, for example by clamping by means of screws, is no longer necessary. The fastening system also does not have openings for screws for clamping the sanitary ware towards the wall.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a fastening system with a sanitary fixture 1 and two fastening devices 2 according to the invention. The sanitary fitting 1 is a wall-mounted toilet bowl which has an upwardly open depression 4 at its upper side 3, which is partially filled with water during operation. Also at the upper side 3, two mounting openings 6 are present for mounting a toilet lid (not shown) on the sanitary ware 1. The sanitary fixture 1 can be fastened to the wall in a suspended manner by means of the fastening device 2. The wall is not shown in fig. 1, but two threaded rods 5, which are firmly anchored in the wall as fastening elements for the fastening system, for example with hardened substance (Masse), partially protrude from the wall, and which are used to mount the fastening device 2 on the wall (see fig. 3). In the installation position shown in fig. 5, in which the sanitary fitting 1 is installed on the wall 15 as intended, the two fastening devices 2 engage in the wall-side opening 7 of the sanitary fitting 1. The opening 7 is located in a rear wall 8 of the sanitary ware 1, which rear wall in the mounted position is directed towards the wall 15. The opening 7 has a middle section for threading a pipe 9 of the sanitary ware 1 and two side sections 10, which correspond in height and shape to the fastening device 2.
The fastening device 2 according to the invention is composed of a carrier 11, a carrier element 12, an insert element 13 and a spring 14, which is embodied as a helical spring (see fig. 2), the carrier 11 serving for mounting the fastening device 2 on a wall 15, the carrier 11 having a through-hole 16 corresponding to the diameter of the threaded rod 5, so that the carrier 11 can be moved onto the threaded rod 5 anchored in the wall 15 and can be clamped with a washer 17 and a nut 18 towards the wall 15, the carrier element 12 being movably arranged on the carrier 11, in order to be able to effect a movement between the carrier element 12 and the carrier 11, the carrier 12 has two elongate (l ä nglch) downwardly projecting lugs 19, which project at their ends towards the wall 15On the inner sides facing each other, grooves 20 are formed, which form a first guide 21 in which the carrier element 12 is guided linearly movably in the vertical direction. On the side of the top of the carrier 11 opposite the projection 19, two first spring tongues 34 are arranged, each with a first wedge-shaped latching element 22 pointing outward. After the bracket 11 has been fastened to the wall 15 with the nut 18, the carrier element 12 is fastened to the bracket 11. For this purpose, a tongue (Zapfen) 23, which is arranged opposite and directed outwards on the lateral outer side 35 of the carrier element 12 below, is inserted into the groove 20 provided with the insertion opening 24 and is moved downwards in the following manner: the first spring tongues 34 of the bracket 11 enter the corresponding slots 25 of the carrier element 12. The spring tongue 34 thus forms the second guide 26 of the bracket 11. During insertion, the wedge-shaped first latching element 22 latches into a first rectangular latching opening 27 of the carrier element 12, which together with the spring tongue 34 forms a first latching means, which blocks the carrier element 12 in the bracket 11 against an unintentional movement of the bracket 11 vertically upwards. In this position, the insertion element 30, which is formed with the insertion opening 29, is inserted into the insertion tongue 31 of the holder 11 in the following manner: the edge 32 of the carrier element 12 rests on the flange 33 of the bracket 11, so that the weight force F acting on the carrier element 12 from the sanitary fitting 1 isGCan be transferred to the holder 11 via the flange 33 (see fig. 5). The hook element 30, together with the first spring tongue 34, also counteracts a tilting of the carrier element 12 in the holder 11 in the installation position. The hooking element 30 thus fixes the carrier element 12 to the bracket 11 in the installed position.
In the region of the first latching opening 27, laterally oppositely outwardly directed contact tongues 50 with a U-shaped profile cross section project from the carrier element 12. The abutment tongues serve as lateral stops for the sanitary fitting 1. Each abutment tongue 50 abuts laterally against a vertical wall (not shown) of the opening 7 of the sanitary fitting 1. The abutment tongue 50 thus counteracts an undesired lateral movement of the sanitary fitting 1 relative to the wall 15. The carrier element 12 has a receptacle 36 for the insert element 13, the cross section of which corresponds to the cross section of the insert element 13 and forms a receptacle for the insert element 13Which in the mounted position is inclined with respect to the wall 15, here by about 12 °. A channel 37 is formed on the insert element 13, into which the spring 14 is inserted before the insert element 13 is moved into the receptacle 36. The insert element 13 is inserted into the receptacle 36 together with the spring 14 until a second spring tongue 38, which is formed laterally on the insert element 13, engages with a wedge-shaped latching hook 40 in a second latching opening 39 of the carrier element 12, so that the insert element 13 is held in the receptacle 36 in a manner secured against loss. Here, the spring 14 is arranged between the carrier element 12 and the insert element 13 in the following manner: the insert element 13 can follow the weight force F of the sanitary fitting 1GAgainst the force of the spring 14. For insertion into opening 7 of sanitary fitting 1, insert element 13 can be moved further into receptacle 36, with spring 14 being clamped. The insert element 13 can thus be moved relative to the carrier element 12 and relative to the holder 11.
At its upper end, the insert element 13 has an inclined surface 41 on the wall side for resting against a support 42 of the sanitary fitting 1. Also at its upper end, a downwardly bent cantilever 43 is arranged on the insert element 13 on the side facing away from the wall 15, the upper side of which cantilever facing the sanitary fitting 1 forms an insertion ramp 44. Because of the height H of the fastening device 2 mounted on the wall 15BIs larger than the height H of the part 10 of the opening 7 of the sanitary ware 1 corresponding to the fastening device 2SThe cantilever arm 43 with its insertion slope 44 strikes against the rear wall 45 of the sanitary fitting 1, so that when the fastening device 2 is inserted into the opening 7 of the sanitary fitting 1 in the insertion direction E or the sanitary fitting 1 is moved counter to the insertion direction E toward the wall 15 and onto the fastening device 2 mounted on the wall 15, the insertion element 13 is pressed into the receptacle 36 against the force of the spring 14, as can be seen in fig. 3 and 4.
After insertion of fastening device 2 into opening 7 of sanitary fitting 1, spring 14 relaxes again, wherein insertion element 13 opposes the weight force F of sanitary fitting 1 in the following mannerGThe ground is pressed upwards by the spring 14: the inclined surface 41 rests against a support 42 of the sanitary fitting 1, which support is designed as a rear cutout 46. The rear cut 46 passes through the inclined ground of the rear wall 45An extended inner portion is formed. By the abutment 42 resting on the inclined surface 41, the sanitary fitting 1 is held by its weight FGPressing against the wall 15, so that the sanitary fitting 1 rests with the outer side 47 of the rear wall 45 flat against the wall 15, as can be seen in fig. 5. The planar contact is also supported by a spring force, which opposes the force of gravity FGIs active and the inclined surface 41 is additionally pressed against the abutment 42. As a result, friction is formed between the rear wall 45 and the wall 15, which friction secures the sanitary fitting 1 in the installed position. An additional clamping of the sanitary fitting 1 against the wall 15, for example by screwing, as is known from the prior art, is not necessary. A toilet seat and a toilet cover can be fastened to the mounting opening 6 of the sanitary ware to be mounted. Alternatively, they are already preassembled, which is possible on the basis of the inventive embodiment of the fastening device 2.
In order to counteract unintentional release of the sanitary fitting 1, which is installed as intended, from the fastening device 2, a stop 48 is provided on the underside of the carrier element 12. The fastening device 2 and the sanitary ware 1 are constructed in the following manner: in the installed position, the distance a between the sanitary fitting 1 and the stop 48SLess than depth tEAt this depth, the insertion element 13 is inserted into the undercut 46 of the sanitary fitting 1. In the event of an unintentional lifting of the sanitary fitting 1, the stop 48 stops against the sanitary fitting 1. In the installation position shown in fig. 5, the stop 48 is already in contact with the rear wall 45 of the sanitary fitting 1.
To detach the sanitary ware 1 from the wall 15, first of all counter to the force of gravity FGThe sanitary ware 1 is lifted vertically so that the rear wall 45 is pressed against the stop 48. If the force moving sanitary fitting 1 upward is sufficiently great, first latching element 22 is disengaged from first latching opening 27 of the first latching device, and carrier element 12 can be moved together with sanitary fitting 1 transversely to insertion direction E and counter to gravitational force FGGround moves relative to the support 11. The insert element 13 moves together with the carrier element 12. By further lifting, the first spring tongue 34 and the insertion tongue 31 are disengaged from the slot 25 and the insertion opening 29, so that the support element 12 is oriented transversely to the support 11 are disengaged from the second guide portion 26 when they move. The tenon 23 forms in the groove 20 a rotary support 49 with an axis of rotation D about which the carrier element 12 can be turned after its disengagement from the second guide 26. By the tilting movement, the height of the fastening device 2 is reduced, so that the sanitary ware 1 can be moved in the insertion direction E and can be released from the fastening device 2. If, after the removal of sanitary fitting 1, carrier element 12 is again connected to bracket 11 via second guide 26, it can no longer be rotated relative to bracket 11 and fastening device 2 can be used again for mounting sanitary fitting 1.
