The linkage 80 is reset under the action of elastic force, and when the fixing rod 30 is separated from the connection seat 50, the pre-locking mechanism 60 is reset to the pre-locking position under the action of elastic force.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the stop portion adopts a stop edge 62b provided on the connection seat 50, the elastic clamping member adopts a spring pin 61b provided on the fixing rod 30, and when the pre-locking mechanism 60 is in the pre-locking position, the spring pin 61b extends out of the fixing rod 30 and is in a stop fit with the stop edge 62 b; the pre-lock mechanism 60 is in the unlocked position, with the latch pin 61b retracted within the fixed bar 30. The linkage member 80 is slidably mounted on the connecting seat 50, an abutting portion 81 matched with the spring pin 61b is provided on the linkage member 80, and a guiding inclined plane 82 matched with the spring pin 61b in a guiding manner is provided on a side of the abutting portion 81 away from the blocking edge 62 b.
In this embodiment, in the process of locking and fixing the fixing rod 30 and the connecting seat 50 by the locking member 40, according to the distance between the fixing rod 30 and the connecting seat 50, when the fixing rod 30 and the connecting seat 50 are locked, the position of the spring pin 61b has two conditions, wherein the first condition is: when the fixed rod 30 and the connecting seat 50 relatively move a short distance, the position of the spring pin 61b is in the position shown in fig. 12, and at this time, the spring pin 61b corresponds to the abutting portion 81 on the linkage member 80, and the linkage member 80 can directly link the spring pin 61b; the second case is: when the fixing lever 30 moves relatively to the connection base 50 by a long distance, the position of the latch 61b is shown in fig. 14, and at this time, the latch 61b is displaced from the abutment 81 on the link 80, and the link 80 cannot directly link the latch 61b.
For the first case, the locking member 40 is in linkage fit with the pre-locking mechanism 60 through the linkage member 80, the locking member 40 drives the linkage member 80 to move, and the linkage member 80 further drives the latch 61b to move from the pre-locking position to the unlocking position, so that the latch 61b and the blocking edge 62b are released from the limit.
For the second case described above, the locking member 40 is coupled to the linkage member 80 such that the linkage member 80 prevents the spring pin 61b from being in a limited engagement with the blocking edge 62 b. In addition, since the link 80 and the latch 61b are offset from each other at this time and the latch 61b cannot be directly linked, it is necessary to provide a guide slope 82, and the latch 61b can be retracted into the fixing lever 30 along the guide slope 82 when the fixing lever 30 is withdrawn from the connection base 50 by the guide slope 82.
At this time, as shown in fig. 10, during the process of inserting the fixing rod 30 into the connecting seat 50, the toilet seat 20 is moved toward the wall 10 along the arrow direction in the drawing, and the spring pin 61b is retracted into the fixing rod 30 (i.e., the pre-locking mechanism 60 is in the unlocking position).
As shown in fig. 11, when the fixing rod 30 is inserted in place, that is, when the position of the elastic pin 61b corresponds to that of the blocking edge 62b, the elastic pin 61b automatically extends out of the elastic pin mounting hole 31 to be in limit fit with the blocking edge 62b, so as to realize the pre-locking function of the fixing rod 30 and the connecting seat 50.
As shown in fig. 12, in the process of locking the toilet seat 20, the locking member 40 is rotated, and one end of the locking member 40 extending into the hollow cavity 51 from the screw hole 53 moves along the concave arc surface 32 on the fixing rod 30, so that the connecting seat 50 moves towards the wall body direction relative to the axial direction of the fixing rod 30, and the toilet seat 20 is tightly pressed against the wall surface, thereby realizing fastening; at the same time, due to the relative movement of the fixing rod 30 and the connecting seat 50, the spring pin 61b is also far away from the blocking edge 62b, and is no longer in limit fit with the blocking edge 62 b.
When the toilet seat 20 is locked, the spring pin 61b is located at the first condition, as shown in fig. 13, when the toilet seat 20 is disassembled, the locking member 40 is reversely rotated, the locking member 40 is withdrawn from the hollow cavity 51 of the connecting seat 50 to unlock the fixing rod 30 and the connecting seat 50, at the same time, the locking member 40 drives the linkage member 80 to move downwards, and the abutting part 81 of the linkage member 80 pushes the spring pin 61b downwards, so that the spring pin 61b loses the limit fit with the blocking edge 62b, that is, the spring pin 61b moves to the unlocking position. Thereby allowing the toilet seat 20 to be detachable.
When the toilet seat 20 is locked, the spring pin 61b is located in the second condition, as shown in fig. 14, when the toilet seat 20 is detached, the locking member 40 is reversely rotated, the locking member 40 is withdrawn from the hollow cavity 51 of the connecting seat 50 to unlock the fixing rod 30 and the connecting seat 50, at the same time, the locking member 40 drives the linkage member 80 to move downward, and the abutting part 81 of the linkage member 80 is matched with the blocking edge 62b, so that the limit matching of the spring pin 61b and the blocking edge 62b is prevented, at this time, an external force is applied to move the connecting seat 50 in a direction separating from the fixing rod 30, and the spring pin 61b can retract into the fixing rod 30 along the guide inclined plane 82 under the action of the guide inclined plane 82, that is, the spring pin 61b moves to the unlocking position. Thereby allowing the toilet seat 20 to be detachable.
