Description

Fastening device and fastening assembly
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a fastening device for a wall-mounted sanitary appliance; and a fastening assembly having the fastening apparatus and a sanitary appliance.
Background
The sanitary appliance is, for example, a toilet, a Bidet (Bidet), a urinal or a hand basin. Such sanitary appliances are fastened in such a way as to stand on the ground or hang on a wall. The present invention is directed to a wall mounted sanitary fixture that is intended to be fastened back on a wall. The rear face refers to the side of the sanitary fitting which faces the wall or rests against the wall when the sanitary fitting is fastened to the wall as intended. The back of the wall mounted sanitary fixture is open or has at least one opening for fastening the sanitary fixture to a wall.
A fastening device of this type is known from the publication DE 102011052558 a 1. Two block-shaped brackets are fastened to the wall side by side at the same height, which brackets are held side by side at a predetermined distance by means of distance holders. The upper sides of the two brackets form a support surface for the sanitary ware, on which the sanitary ware rests when it is intended to be fastened to the wall. The sanitary fitting has an open rear face, with which it is placed on the two brackets fastened to the wall at a distance and at the same height side by side. In this case, two spring-retaining pins snap into corresponding openings in the side walls in the interior of the sanitary fitting on the mutually facing outer sides of the brackets and hold the sanitary fitting on the wall with the rear side of the sanitary fitting.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to provide a fastening device for a wall-mounted sanitary fitting which makes possible a simple construction and inexpensive manufacture as well as a quick and simple installation of the sanitary fitting.
The fastening device according to the invention for a wall-mounted sanitary fixture has a bracket which can be mounted on a wall. An engagement element for engaging into an opening of the sanitary fitting is arranged on the bracket, said engagement element having a seat surface for the sanitary fitting. The engaging element can be connected integrally to the carrier or as a separate component, in particular movably connected to the carrier. When the bracket is intended to be fastened to the wall, the seat surface faces the wall and is directed upwards, in particular against the force of gravity. Preferably, when the bracket is fastened to the wall as intended, the seating surface extends obliquely from top to bottom towards the wall, i.e. towards the wall. Unless otherwise stated, "upper" and "lower" relate to: after fastening on the wall, the arrangement of the sanitary appliance and the fastening device as planned, wherein the gravitational force acts vertically downwards and the wall stands vertically. For the intended fastening to the wall, the sanitary fitting is placed over the seat surface onto the seat surface in such a way that the sanitary fitting rests on the seat surface for wall-mounted fastening with the open back of the sanitary fitting or with an opening for the coupling element. In this case, the seat surface engages behind a lateral recess in the opening of the sanitary fitting and thereby holds the sanitary fitting. In particular, the seat surface holds the sanitary fitting with its rear side against the wall, however, the invention does not exclude the spacing of the rear side of the sanitary fitting from the wall to which the sanitary fitting is fastened in a suspended manner by means of the fastening device.
The fastening device, in particular the bracket, can have a separate bearing surface for the sanitary fitting, on which the sanitary fitting rests when it is fastened on the wall as intended with the fastening device or the bracket of the fastening device. The support surface is, for example, a horizontally extending surface on the upper side of the fastening device, wherein a horizontal course is not absolutely necessary. The seat surface can merge into the bearing surface or be spatially separated from the bearing surface. Alternatively, the seat surface alone can also be used as a bearing surface, even if it is not so named in the following.
In order that a sanitary fitting fastened with the fastening device according to the invention in a suspended manner on the wall cannot be unintentionally removed from the fastening device over its seat surface, the fastening device has a spacing element with a spacing surface at the underside of the fastening device, as well as a spring element. The spring element is in particular a helical spring, but can also be another spring, a spring-elastic or rubber-elastic element or another elasticity of the holder or of the fastening device. According to the invention, the spring element acts on the spacer element in such a way that, when the fastening device is fastened to the wall as intended, the spacer element can be moved against the force of the spring element against the weight force toward the seat surface. The distance-maintaining surface can thus be moved upwards only against the force of the spring element and the weight force. The spring element thus presses the spacing element with the spacing surface downward, preferably against a counter surface of the sanitary appliance, the fastening device forming a fastening assembly with the sanitary appliance. The expression "downwards" also includes here a "diagonally downwards" movement. The self-weight of the sanitary appliance also presses the sanitary appliance downwards. In particular, the seat surface is also pressed towards the sanitary fitting by the pressure of the spring downwards towards the counter surface. The sanitary fitting can therefore be removed from the seat surface counter to the spring force of the spring, which must however be overcome in addition to its own weight, which makes removal difficult and prevents unintentional removal.
With the configuration according to the invention of the fastening device, the distance between the spacer surface and the seat surface can be varied. "spacing" means the vertical spacing of the spacing-maintaining surface from the seating surface of the bracket, parallel to the wall, when the bracket is fastened to the wall as intended. The seat surface and the distance-maintaining surface can be arranged one above the other or can also be arranged offset from one another parallel and/or perpendicular to the wall. However, the two surfaces can also be arranged obliquely to one another. The distance-maintaining surface of the fastening device is preferably placed on a counter surface in the interior of the sanitary fitting and, as long as its distance from the seat surface does not change, presses the sanitary fitting so that the sanitary fitting is preferably not removable from the seat surface and in any case cannot be removed unintentionally so far from the seat surface of the holder that the lateral recess of the sanitary fitting can cross the seat surface so that the sanitary fitting leaves the holder, which lateral recess is engaged behind the seat surface of the holder when it is installed as intended. It is not mandatory for the invention that the distance between the spacer surface and the seat surface can be fixedly set or locked.
Depending on the design of the fastening device, exactly one fastening device or a plurality of fastening devices, in particular two fastening devices, can be used for mounting the sanitary fitting. If two fastening devices are provided, they are fastened to the wall side by side, in particular at the same height.
The advantage of the invention is the simple construction and therefore inexpensive manufacturability of the fastening device according to the invention, in particular according to the hook type. Another advantage of the invention is the simple wall-mounted fastening possibility of the sanitary appliance by simple suspension, in particular in the manner of one or more hooks.
The invention provides a guide, in particular a linear guide for the distance-maintaining element, along which the distance-maintaining element can be moved at the carrier and/or relative to the carrier and can be moved toward the seat surface and/or away from this seat surface. The linear guide is preferably a linear guide, but can also be a curved guide or other non-linear guide. For example, the fastening device has a spacer element, which can be guided in a cavity of the carrier at or in the carrier in a drawer-like manner or in another manner telescopically displaceable manner.
It is further preferred that the engaging element is movable relative to the holder. This facilitates the introduction of the engaging element into the opening of the sanitary appliance. Preferably, the engaging element, which is movable relative to the carrier, is mounted in a movable manner in a guide, in particular in a linear guide of the carrier, so that upon introduction of the engaging element into a predefined path, a movement takes place in order to ensure a reliable rear engagement of the undercut of the sanitary fitting.
In a preferred embodiment of the fastening device according to the invention, the spring element acts on the engagement element which is movable relative to the holder in such a way that it can be moved in the direction of the force of gravity counter to the force of the spring element. This achieves that the engagement element is positively pressed by the spring element against the undercut of the sanitary fitting, which facilitates a secure rear engagement of the undercut of the sanitary fitting by the engagement element and improves the installation friendliness.
The spring element loading the engaging element can be a separate second spring element which is arranged in the fastening device and acts independently of the first spring element loading the spacer element. Preferably, however, the spring element acts not only on the coupling element but also on the spacer element, the spring element acting on the coupling element counter to the force of gravity and acting on the spacer element in the direction of this force of gravity, wherein this also includes "oblique to the force of gravity". In particular, the spring element is in direct contact with the spacer element and the engagement element. The double use of the spring element results in a cost-effective and simple construction of the fastening device according to the invention.
One embodiment of the invention provides a through-opening through the carrier, with which the carrier can be placed on the anchor rod for fastening to the wall. The anchor rods are, for example, threaded rods which are anchored in the wall, for example, with wedges, mortar or synthetic resin projecting from the wall.

Detailed Description
The fastening device 1 according to the invention shown in fig. 1 to 3 has a holder 2. The holder 2 is a substantially square component which is partially hollow and on the upper side 22 of which the engagement elements 3 in the form of ridges are arranged. The upper side 22 of the support 2 on which the coupling element 3 is arranged forms a suitable support surface 4 on which a wall-mounted sanitary fixture 5 (in the present example a wall-mounted toilet) can be placed, provided that it is not occupied by the coupling element 3. The engagement element 3 has a seat surface 6 extending at an obtuse angle to the bearing surface 4. In the present exemplary embodiment, the holder 2, the coupling element 3 and the distance-maintaining element 8 of the fastening device described below are made of plastic, but this is not mandatory for the invention.
The holder 2 has a cavity 7 (fig. 2 and 3) at its bottom side 23, which has a rectangular cross section and remains constant over the depth of the cavity 7. The cavity 7 is open on the side of the carrier 2 opposite the bearing surface 4. A square spacer element 8 is arranged in the cavity 7, the end face of which facing away from the bearing surface 4 forms a spacer surface 9. The cavity 7 guides the spacer element 8 in a drawer-like manner or in a telescopic manner, the cavity 7 forming a guide 10 for the spacer element 8 and its spacer surface 9, which guide guides the spacer element 8 and its spacer surface 9 at or in the bracket 2 of the fastening device 1 according to the invention in a manner movable toward the seat surface 6 and perpendicular to the bearing surface 4. In this embodiment of the invention, the guide 10 is a linear guide, in particular a linear guide. The distance between the spacer surface 9 and the bearing surface 4 can be varied by means of the guide 10.
In the side facing the bottom of the cavity 7, the spacer element 8 has a cylindrical blind hole, in which a helical compression spring is arranged as a spring element 11, which presses the spacer element 8 from the bottom of the cavity 7 and thereby loads the spacer element 8 and the spacer surface 9 away from the seat surface 6 in such a way that the weight force F must be compensatedGThe spacer element 8 is moved back toward the seat surface 6 against the force of the spring element 11.
Between the bottom of this cavity 7 and the bearing surface 4, the support 2 of the fastening device 1 according to the invention has a through-hole 12 which passes through the support 2 parallel to the bottom of the cavity 7 and parallel to the bearing surface 4.
For the wall-mounted fastening of the sanitary fitting 5, i.e. for the fastening of the sanitary fitting 5 in a manner suspended from a wall 13, two fastening devices are fastened side by side at the same height and with a lateral spacing to the wall 13. In order to fasten the two brackets 2 of the fastening device 1, in the present embodiment, two threaded rods are anchored, i.e. fastened, as anchor rods 14 in the wall 13. Two anchor rods 14 are anchored in the wall 13, for example with wedges, synthetic resin or mortar. The two anchor rods 14 are anchored or fastened parallel to one another, at the same height and with a transverse spacing, side by side and projecting from the wall 13. The two supports 2 are placed with their through-holes 12 onto the anchor rod 14 and pressed against the wall 13 with nuts 21 screwed onto the anchor rod 14. The holder 2 of the fastening device 1 is fastened to the wall 13 in such a way that the bearing surface 4 is located above, the coupling element 3 stands upward, and the spring element 11 loads the spacer element 8 and the spacer surface 9 downward, as shown in fig. 2 and 3. The seat surface 6 extends from top to bottom obliquely towards the wall 13 and at an acute angle to the wall 13, wherein the distance between the seat surface 6 and the wall 13 increases upward. The invention does not exclude further ways of fastening the bracket 2 to the wall 13.
The toilet constituting the sanitary fixture 5 has an opening 15 for the engaging element 3. Alternatively, the sanitary appliance 5 can have a separate opening 15 in the rear wall 16 at the rear face 17 of the sanitary appliance 5 for each engaging element 3 of the two fastening devices 1. The rear side 17 refers to the side of the sanitary fitting 5 with which the sanitary fitting 5 is fastened to the wall 13. The sanitary fixture 5 is attached to the two fastening devices 1 with its opening 15 in such a way that the spacer surface 9 rests on the lower edge of this opening 15. The lower edge of this opening 15 forms a counterpart 18 of this sanitary fitting 5 for the spacer surface 9 of the spacer element 8 of the fastening device 1 according to the invention. By lifting the sanitary fitting 5, the counter surface 18 of the sanitary fitting presses the spacer element 8 with the spacer surface 9 upward against the force of the spring element 11, so that the distance between the spacer surface 9 and the bearing surface 4 is reduced and the sanitary fitting 5 can be placed on the wall 13 over the engagement element 3 with the seat surface 6. After the rear wall 16 of the sanitary appliance 5 has overcome the engaging element 3 of the fastening device 1, the sanitary appliance 5 is lowered. The seat surface 6, which extends obliquely downwards towards the wall 13, engages the rear wall 16 of the sanitary fitting 5 behind the upper part of the opening 15 and presses the rear wall 16 of the sanitary fitting 5 against itOn said wall 13 (fig. 3). The inner side of the rear wall 16 facing away from the wall 13 above the opening 15 that is engaged behind the seat surface 6 can also be understood as a lateral recess 20. The sanitary fitting 5 can be lowered until the upper edges 19 of the openings 15 in the rear wall 17 of the sanitary fitting 5 rest on the bearing surfaces 4 of the two supports 2 fastened at the same height and with a lateral spacing on the wall 13, or until at least the bearing surfaces 6 rest against the lateral recesses 20, and the sanitary fitting 5 is pressed against the wall 13 in such a way that the sanitary fitting 5 is no longer possible under the force of gravity FGIs moved in the direction of (a). The spring-loaded distance-keeping element 8 of the two fastening devices 1 with the distance-keeping surface 9 is oriented downward under the force of gravity FGLoading the sanitary tool 5 in the direction of (a) and pressing the sanitary tool, the spacing element 8 is placed on the counter surface 18 of the sanitary tool 5. They prevent the sanitary fitting 5 from being removed from the bearing surface 4 and, in particular, the sanitary fitting 5 from being lifted unintentionally so far that it passes over the engagement element 3 with the seat surface 6 and leaves the fastening device 1. For the disassembly, the sanitary fitting 5 is lifted against the spring force of the spring elements 11 of the two fastening devices 1, so that it can be removed from the wall 13 over the engagement element 3 with the seat surface 6.
Fig. 4 shows a second fastening device 101 according to the invention for wall-hanging fastening of the sanitary fixture 5 to the wall 13. In this case, two fastening devices 101 are also used for fastening, the brackets 102 of which are fastened next to one another at the same height and with a lateral spacing to the wall 13 by means of the anchor rods 14. The anchor rods 14 are each passed through a through-hole 112 of a holder 102, which is fixed to the anchor rods 14 by means of a nut 21. The support has a cavity 107 at its upper side 122, which has a rectangular cross section and remains constant over the depth of the cavity. At the bottom of this cavity, a bore 125 is arranged, which runs coaxially with the cavity 107 and penetrates the carrier 102 as far as the bottom side 123. The drillThe holes 125 form linear guides 110 for the spacer elements 108, which have a circular cross section and are received by the bores 125. In this fastening device 101, the engaging element 103 is received as a separate member in the cavity 107 in such a manner as to be linearly movable toward the holder 102. The engaging element 103 has a blind hole 126 at the bottom, which is oriented coaxially with a plug 127, which is formed integrally with the spacer element 108 at its upper end. The plug 127 and the blind hole 126 form a seat for a helical compression spring as the spring element 111. The spring element 111 acts not only directly on the spacer element 108 and the engagement element 103, but also acts on these elements 108, 111 in such a way that the force of gravity F is absorbedG(into which the self-weight of the sanitary ware 5 acts) counter-loads the engaging element 103 also under the force of gravity FGIn the direction of (a) loads the spacing retaining element 180. When the fastening device 101 is inserted into the opening 15, the engagement element 103 and the spacer element 180 are moved into the guides 110, 124 against the force of the spring element 111 and toward each other, so that the distance between the spacer surface 109 and the seat surface 106 is reduced. After passing through the undercut 20, the spring element 111 moves the engagement element 103 out of the guide 110, so that the seat surface 106 rests flat against the undercut 20. In addition, the spring element 111 presses the spacer element 108 against the counter surface 18, so that the sanitary fitting 5 is placed on the fastening device 101 without play. Thus, when the size of the opening 15 deviates from the average dimension due to manufacturing tolerances, the sanitary fitting 5 also bears fixedly against the fastening device 101, and a reliable wall-mounted fastening is also possible. Due to the double use of the spring element 111, a compact construction of the fastening device 102 with a small number of components of a structurally simple configuration is possible.
The two fastening devices 1, 101 according to the invention form with the sanitary fixture 5 a fastening assembly according to the invention.
