本发明公开了一种防水耐高温涂料。本发明的防水耐高温涂料由以下质量配比的原料,经球磨、高速球磨、低速搅拌制备:有机硅树脂40%‑50%、功能填料 10%‑30%、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油10%‑30%、助剂3%‑6%、余量为溶剂。本发明通过在涂料配方中加入丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油,赋予涂料成膜后形成双层保护层,提高产品的耐水与耐高温性能,克服现有技术同类产品在高温,干烧条件下易烧熔,使用时间长易氧化及防水性差等缺点。

一种防水耐高温涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合涂料,具体涉及一种防水耐高温涂料,属精细化工领域。
背景技术
耐高温涂料一般是指在200℃以上,漆膜不变色,不脱落,并且能够保持一定的物理机械性能,使得被保护对象能够在高温环境下正常发挥作用的涂料。耐高温涂料是多学科有机结合以及综合应用的成果,该类涂料可以广泛地应用于高温蒸汽管道、热交换器、冷凝器、高温炉、石油裂解设备、冶金行业的金属高温防护、排烟管、烤炉、马弗炉、高炉 (燃烧室)、锅炉、烤肉架及器皿、喷气发动机零部件、排气管和其他发动机设备。通过对涂料配方的调整,能够使耐高温涂料具有许多良好的性能,如,耐高温性,耐候性,电绝缘性,能够广泛应用于各种高温场所。
涂料耐水性为涂料中加入耐水基料而具有的特性,近几十年来,随着多个行业对防水耐高温涂料需求量的不断增长,国内外关于防水耐高温涂料的研究也越来越多,关于新的防水耐高温涂料的报道不断出现。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有的隔热涂料中耐热温度低,耐辐射和耐氧化性能差及不防水的特点,提供一种高温条件下不易变色、不易脱落,柔韧性及耐水性好的防水耐高温涂料。
本发明技术方案如下:一种防水耐高温涂料,由以下质量配比的原料制备:有机硅树脂40%-50%、功能填料10%-30%、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油10%-30%、助剂3%-6%、余量为溶剂;所述助剂为成膜助剂、分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述质量配比计量各原料;在球磨机中加入溶剂、有机硅树脂,经初次球磨制得浆料;
(2)在浆料中加入功能填料、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油、成膜助剂、分散剂、消泡剂,进行高速球磨并充分分散,使其混合均匀;
(3)加入增稠剂,低速搅拌,过筛并稠化,制得。
优选的,所述功能填料云母粉,其粒度为500-1250 目。
优选的,所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯;分散剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷或/和有机硅改性聚醚酰胺聚合物;所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷溶液;所述增稠剂为气相二氧化硅。
优选的,所述高速球磨速度为250-350r/min。
优选的,所述低速搅拌速度为50-70r/min。
优选的,所述溶剂为软化水。
本发明通过在涂料配方中加入丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油,赋予涂料成膜后形成双层保护层,提高产品的耐水与耐高温性能,克服现有技术同类产品在高温,干烧条件下易烧熔,使用时间长易氧化及防水性差等缺点。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1 一种防水耐高温涂料,由以下原料质量配比制备:有机硅树脂(聚甲基硅树脂) 40%、功能填料 (粒度为500目的云母粉)10%、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油30%、助剂3%(其中,十二碳醇酯1%、聚醚改性硅氧烷1%、聚硅氧烷溶液0.5%、气相二氧化硅0.5%)、溶剂(软化水)为17%;其制备步骤如下:
(1)按上述质量配比计量各原料;在球磨机中加入软化水、有机硅树脂,经初次球磨制得浆料;
(2)在浆料中加入功能填料、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油、十二碳醇酯、聚醚改性硅氧烷、聚硅氧烷溶液,以250r/min进行高速球磨10小时,并充分分散,使其混合均匀;
(3)加入气相二氧化硅,以50r/min低速搅拌2小时,过筛,稠化,出料,制得。
实施例2一种防水耐高温涂料,由以下原料质量配比制备:有机硅树脂(聚甲基硅树脂) 40%、功能填料 (粒度为500目的云母粉)30%、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油10%、助剂3%(其中,十二碳醇酯1%、聚醚改性硅氧烷1.2%、聚硅氧烷溶液0.5%、气相二氧化硅0.3%)、溶剂为(软化水)17%;其制备步骤如下:
(1)按上述质量配比计量各原料;在球磨机中加入软化水、有机硅树脂,经初次球磨制得浆料;
(2)在浆料中加入功能填料、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油、十二碳醇酯、聚醚改性硅氧烷、聚硅氧烷溶液,以250r/min进行高速球磨10小时,并充分分散,使其混合均匀;
(3)加入气相二氧化硅,以60r/min低速搅拌2小时,过筛,稠化,出料,制得。
实施例3 一种防水耐高温涂料,由以下原料质量配比制备:有机硅树脂(聚芳基有机硅树脂) 45%、功能填料 (粒度为800目的云母粉)10%、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油25%、助剂4%(其中,十二碳醇酯1.5%、有机硅改性聚醚酰胺聚合物1.5%、聚硅氧烷溶液0.5%、气相二氧化硅0.5%)、溶剂为(软化水)17%;其制备步骤如下:
(1)按上述质量配比计量各原料;在球磨机中加入软化水、有机硅树脂,经初次球磨制得浆料;
(2)在浆料中加入功能填料、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油、十二碳醇酯、聚醚改性硅氧烷、聚硅氧烷溶液,以300r/min进行高速球磨10小时,并充分分散,使其混合均匀;
(3)加入气相二氧化硅,以70r/min低速搅拌2小时,过筛,稠化,出料,制得。
实施例4一种防水耐高温涂料,由以下原料质量配比制备:有机硅树脂(聚甲基硅树脂和聚芳基有机硅树脂按重量比3:1混合) 50%、功能填料(粒度为1250目的云母粉)20%、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油10%、助剂6%(其中,十二碳醇酯2%、有机硅改性聚醚酰胺聚合物2%、聚硅氧烷溶液1%、气相二氧化硅1%)、溶剂为14%(软化水);其制备步骤如下:
(1)按上述质量配比计量各原料;在球磨机中加入软化水、有机硅树脂,经初次球磨制得浆料;
(2)在浆料中加入功能填料、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油、十二碳醇酯、聚醚改性硅氧烷、聚硅氧烷溶液,以350r/min进行高速球磨10小时,并充分分散,使其混合均匀;
(3)加入气相二氧化硅,以70r/min低速搅拌2小时,过筛,稠化,出料,制得。

Claims (6)

1.一种防水耐高温涂料,其特征在于:由以下质量配比的原料制备:有机硅树脂40%-50%、功能填料10%-30%、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油10%-30%、助剂3%-6%、余量为溶剂,所述助剂为成膜助剂、分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述质量配比计量各原料;在球磨机中加入溶剂、有机硅树脂,经初次球磨制得浆料;
(2)在浆料中加入功能填料、丙烯酸树脂乳化黑煤油、成膜助剂、分散剂、消泡剂,进行高速球磨并充分分散,使其混合均匀;
(3)加入增稠剂,低速搅拌,过筛并稠化制得。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的防水耐高温涂料,其特征在于,所述功能填料云母粉,其粒度为500-1250 目。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的防水耐高温涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯;分散剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷或/和有机硅改性聚醚酰胺聚合物;所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷溶液;所述增稠剂为气相二氧化硅。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的防水耐高温涂料,其特征在于,所述高速球磨速度为250-350r/min。
5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的防水耐高温涂料,其特征在于,所述低速搅拌速度为50-70r/min。
6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的防水耐高温涂料,其特征在于,所述溶剂为软化水。
