The printing ink disclosed by the invention has poor printing quality on smooth paper, but has good printing effect, good adhesive force and good anti-smudging property on rough paper such as toilet paper. The other fillers and the dispersion method thereof can reduce the surface tension between the pigment and the resin, strengthen the grinding effect of the ink, reduce the dispersion time, and ensure that the ink has good glossiness and good fluidity.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
The black aromatic ink for toilet paper printing and the method for preparing the same according to the present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples to assist those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the inventive concept and technical solution of the present invention.
It will be understood that terms such as "having," "including," and "comprising," as used herein, do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other elements or groups thereof.
Example 1
A black aromatic ink for toilet paper printing is prepared by putting 45 wt% of NeoCrylB-725 acrylic resin, 4 wt% of carbon black, 2 wt% of acetylated distarch adipate, 5 wt% of guar gum, 4 wt% of food-grade mineral oil, 10 wt% of PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, 4 wt% of methyl soyate, 3 wt% of carboxymethyl starch, 2 wt% of dispersing agent, water and half of defoaming agent into a reaction kettle in a stirring state at 50 ℃ for 45min, then putting 0.1 wt% of the rest essential oil or essence, 1 wt% of polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder, 2 wt% of the other half of defoaming agent and 1 wt% of butyl hydroxyanisole into the reaction kettle, finally adding a proper amount of 0.1mol/L potassium hydroxide to stabilize the pH value of the ink to be around 8, and cooling for later use. Wherein the defoaming agent and the dispersing agent are commonly used in the field.
Food-grade mineral oil is added to make the printing ink printed matter have lasting luster.
The PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil which can be naturally degraded is added, so that the pigment wetting effect of mineral oil in the ink and the ink characteristic improving effect can be better replaced.
And the thixotropic property of the printing ink is reduced by adding the soyabean oil fatty acid methyl ester.
The acetylated distarch adipate and the guar gum are added, so that the ink aging resistance is realized, the phenomena of reverse printing and ink bleeding of the ink in the printing process are reduced, and the double-sided printing of 3 layers or more of toilet paper can be realized.
The addition of the polytetrafluoroethylene ultrafine powder strengthens the grinding effect of the printing ink and improves the wear resistance and the smooth texture of printed matters.
The essential oil or essence is added to make the printed matter have fragrance which is easy to be accepted by the public.
The addition of the pH regulator can enable the carbon black to be better wetted and dispersed in a weakly alkaline environment.
Example 2
On the basis of example 1, the single variable printing effect comparison is made for the components in the ink:
on the basis of the ink, the ink A is obtained without adding acetylated distarch adipate;
on the basis of the ink disclosed by the invention, carboxymethyl starch is not added to obtain ink B;
on the basis of the ink disclosed by the invention, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil is not added to obtain ink C;
on the basis of the ink disclosed by the invention, double times of PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil is added to obtain ink D;
on the basis of the ink disclosed by the invention, guar gum is not added to obtain ink E;
on the basis of the ink disclosed by the invention, guar gum in double times is added to obtain ink F;
ink G was obtained from commercially available Rongcai 586 plain black water-based ink.
Since the current commercially available toilet paper is generally a multi-layer toilet paper with about three layers, the three-layer toilet paper made from commercially available raw wood pulp is used as printing paper, and the inks of examples 1, A, B, C, D, E, F, G are printed on the same toilet paper by a rubber plate common printing method, and the following results are obtained:
when the bleeding phenomenon is 3 layers or more, it is considered that the ink cannot be used for double-sided printing on three-layer toilet paper. The reverse printing phenomenon is that after printing, the printed pattern is immediately and lightly impressed on the blank toilet paper without further drying, and the probability of the reverse printing phenomenon on the blank toilet paper is observed. The smallest standard song font size that can be clearly displayed is a criterion for the clarity of ink printing. The effect on the paper after printing is the compliance of the printed pattern when in contact with the skin. Anti-smudging property was obtained by wiping the printed portion of the paper surface of the toilet paper with a white cloth 3 times and observing whether the white cloth was stained with color.
As can be seen from the table above, the acetylated distarch adipate with proper content, guar gum, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, methyl soyate and carboxymethyl starch disclosed by the invention have a positive effect on improving the printing characteristics of the black aromatic ink for toilet paper printing.
