本发明涉及一种电源线收放线推车,包括:底座、推手、轮子、支撑臂、绕线盘、限位圈、支撑架、传动箱、手柄、插座,其特征在于:底座的两侧横梁分别焊接有支撑臂,绕线盘设置在两个相对的支撑臂之间,绕线盘的左侧板外侧安装有插座,底座的底部设有轮子,推手焊接在底座的后侧顶部,底座的前侧横梁上安装有支撑架,限位圈焊接在支撑架的顶部,传动箱的一端连接绕线盘的转轴,其另一端固定在推手上,传动箱在靠近推手一端设有手柄。本发明设有传动箱,收放线更方便,更省力,限位圈可防止绕线过程中线圈错位缠绕,工作效率可大幅提高,宜推广使用。

本发明涉及电源线收放线设备领域,尤其涉及一种电源线收放线推车。
背景技术
在电力施工及日常检修过程中,电源线是最常使用的辅助设备之一,大多数仪器都需要外接电源才能进行工作,电源线的收放线便捷程度将很大程度影响工作效率,现有的绕线盘虽收放线方便,但当绕线长度较长时,线盘较重,比较费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电源线收放线推车,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种电源线收放线推车,包括:底座、推手、轮子、支撑臂、绕线盘、限位圈、支撑架、传动箱、手柄、插座,其特征在于:所述底座的两侧横梁分别焊接有支撑臂,所述绕线盘设置在两个相对的支撑臂之间,所述绕线盘的左侧板外侧安装有插座,所述底座的底部设有轮子,所述推手焊接在底座的后侧顶部,所述底座的前侧横梁上安装有支撑架,所述限位圈焊接在支撑架的顶部,所述传动箱的一端连接绕线盘的转轴,其另一端固定在推手上,所述传动箱在靠近推手一端设有手柄。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述支架的底板与底座螺栓连接,所述限位圈的宽度与绕线盘的宽度相等,并且正对绕线盘。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述轮子有4个,所述插座采用盘形插座。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述传动箱包括第一牙盘、第二牙盘、传动链条,所述第一牙盘与手柄一体成型,所述第二牙盘安装在绕线盘的转轴上,所述第一牙盘与第二牙盘传动链条传动。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明采用推车式设计,使用起来更省力,可适用于更长的电源线;设有传动箱,收放线更方便、高效;限位圈可防止绕线过程中线圈错位缠绕,工作效率可大幅提高。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
如图1-2所示,一种电源线收放线推车,包括:底座1、推手2、轮子3、支撑臂4、绕线盘5、限位圈6、支撑架7、传动箱8、手柄9、插座10,其特征在于:所述底座1的两侧横梁分别焊接有支撑臂4,所述绕线盘5设置在两个相对的支撑臂4之间,所述绕线盘5的左侧板外侧安装有插座10,所述底座1的底部设有轮子3,所述推手2焊接在底座1的后侧顶部,所述底座1的前侧横梁上安装有支撑架7,所述限位圈6焊接在支撑架7的顶部,所述传动箱8的一端连接绕线盘5的转轴,其另一端固定在推手2上,所述传动箱8在靠近推手2一端设有手柄9,所述支架7的底板与底座1螺栓连接,所述限位圈6的宽度与绕线盘5的宽度相等,并且正对绕线盘5,所述轮子3有4个,所述插座10采用盘形插座。
如图2所示,所述传动箱8包括第一牙盘11、第二牙盘12、传动链条13,所述第一牙盘11与手柄9一体成型,所述第二牙盘12安装在绕线盘5的转轴上,所述第一牙盘11与第二牙盘12传动链条13传动。
电源线的一端从限位圈穿过并在绕线盘的内测与插座连接,其另一端连接电源,收线时,左手扶推手沿电源线方向前进,右手转动手柄,通过传动箱使绕线盘转动,电源线便可缠绕在绕线盘上,绕线盘的前侧设有限位圈,电源线经限位圈导向后缠绕在绕线盘上,即使前方电源线与电源线手推车上的绕线盘不在一条直线上也可准确缠绕,可有效防止缠绕错位,收线更方便,更省力;放线时,电源线接好电源后,直接拖动推车向用电设备方向即可。

1.一种电源线收放线推车,包括:底座(1)、推手(2)、轮子(3)、支撑臂(4)、绕线盘(5)、限位圈(6)、支撑架(7)、传动箱(8)、手柄(9)、插座(10),其特征在于:所述底座(1)的两侧横梁分别焊接有支撑臂(4),所述绕线盘(5)设置在两个相对的支撑臂(4)之间,所述绕线盘(5)的左侧板外侧安装有插座(10),所述底座(1)的底部设有轮子(3),所述推手(2)焊接在底座(1)的后侧顶部,所述底座(1)的前侧横梁上安装有支撑架(7),所述限位圈(6)焊接在支撑架(7)的顶部,所述传动箱(8)的一端连接绕线盘(5)的转轴,其另一端固定在推手(2)上,所述传动箱(8)在靠近推手(2)一端设有手柄(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电源线收放线推车,其特征在于:所述支架(7)的底板与底座(1)螺栓连接,所述限位圈(6)的宽度与绕线盘(5)的宽度相等,并且正对绕线盘(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电源线收放线推车,其特征在于:所述轮子(3)有4个,所述插座(10)采用盘形插座。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电源线收放线推车,其特征在于:所述传动箱(8)包括第一牙盘(11)、第二牙盘(12)、传动链条(13),所述第一牙盘(11)与手柄(9)一体成型,所述第二牙盘(12)安装在绕线盘(5)的转轴上,所述第一牙盘(11)与第二牙盘(12)传动链条(13)传动。
