优选的,所述排线器与绕线筒链轮相连接。
优选的,所述排线器是利用减速机旋转通过绕线筒链轮驱动排线器的减速机带动导缆架进行往返运动。

请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种电缆卷筒,包括卷筒支撑架1和卷筒框架2,卷筒支撑架1和卷筒框架2组成卷筒大架,卷筒支撑架1上安装有变压器12,变压器12电性连接有电动机3,卷筒支撑架1安装于卷筒框架2后侧,且卷筒支撑架1和卷筒框架2通过螺栓连接在一起,卷筒框架2上还分别安装有绕线筒10、驱动装置、排线器7组装在一起;绕线筒10内部装有集电器,驱动装置是由电动机3、减速机4和绕线筒链轮6组成,卷筒框架2左侧安装有电气控制柜5,且卷筒框架2右侧安装有接线盒11,接线盒11下侧安装有出线电缆13,绕线筒链轮6与电动机3相连接,排线器7与绕线筒链轮6相连接,排线器7是利用减速机4旋转通过绕线筒链轮6驱动排线器7的减速机4带动导缆架8进行往返运动。
工作原理:在使用该电缆卷筒时,集电器是从旋转位置向固定位置传输电源,避免导线在旋转过程中造成扭伤;减速机4向绕线筒10传输动力,驱动绕线筒10旋转,同时绕线筒链轮6驱动排线器7的减速机4旋转,排线器7的减速机带动导缆架进行往返运动,在绕线筒10卷线的同时,排线器7的导缆架拖动电缆,使电缆线排列整齐,绕线筒链轮6驱动排线器7的减速机旋转,电缆卷筒收线时,在电缆线受外部阻力过大时,卷筒自动停止收线,防止拉坏电缆线,当阻力解除后继续收线,绕线筒10内部装有集电器,是从旋转位置向固定位置传输电源,避免导线在旋转过程中造成扭伤。
