Abstract

本发明公开了一种防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒装置,包括减速机、防爆电机、卷筒、滑环箱、导缆架和控制柜组成,其特征在于,所述防爆电机上设置减速机,减速机的输出端与卷筒连接,卷筒上安装有导缆架,防爆电机远离卷筒的一侧设置有滑环箱,防爆电机与控制柜之间通过电连接。本发明通过防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒解决了现有技术中的移动效率低、受距离限制大和成本高的技术问题。

一种防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒装置
技术领域
本发明涉及石油天然气工业领域,具体涉及一种防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒装置。
背景技术
当前,随着钻井作业市场竞争日趋激烈,各钻井公司对于石油天然气开发的成本控制和工作效率要求越来越高,与单个定向井相比,丛式井可大大减少钻井成本,并能满足油田整体开发要求,因此在海上、沙漠等区域油田开发中深受青睐。作为丛式井作业的关键部件,平移装置对于钻机的快速移运性、便利性起着决定性作用。目前,传统平移装置则采用线缆槽或者线缆拖令系统,用于存储和移运电控房至钻台区的低压动力、控制信号及通讯线缆,并在中间设置多个接插件转接装置,便于快速插接。
然而,随着丛式井数量增加,平移距离增加,对于通信和控制线缆来说,现有技术存在如下缺陷和不足:
1、移运效率较低;由于电控房到钻台区的通信和控制线缆数量较多,设备安装工作量较大,运输途中又需要分断运输,运输模块较多,限制了其移运效率。
2、电磁兼容性较差,故障率较高;电控房到钻台区的控制信号、通信线缆很容易受到来自变频器到交流变频电机的电源线缆的电磁干扰,再加上中间采用多插件分断,设备故障率较高。
3、网络通信线缆通常受其传输距离的限制;在长距离传输中,需要增加中继器等设备,增加了成本,同时,也增加了故障点,提高了故障概率。
4、设备成本较高;平移控制线缆多为铜芯线缆,近些年随着原材料价格上涨,线缆成本呈逐年上升趋势,而且平移距离越长,需要的线缆越长,考虑压降影响,线缆的规格也就越大,线缆成本也就越高。另外,平移距离越长,中间转接插件数量也就越多,尤其是接插件处于防爆区域内,需要采用防爆接插件,成本就更高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒装置,以解决现有技术中的移动效率低、受距离限制大和成本高的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒装置,包括减速机、防爆电机、卷筒、滑环箱、导缆架和控制柜组成,其特征在于,所述防爆电机上设置减速机,减速机的输出端与卷筒连接,卷筒上安装有导缆架,防爆电机远离卷筒的一侧设置有滑环箱,防爆电机与控制柜之间通过电连接。
进一步的,防爆电机的内部安装有制动器,所述制动器是通过控制回路控制的弹簧制动器。
进一步的,防爆电机与减速机之间设置有行星减速机,防爆电机的上端还设置有防雨帽。
进一步的,卷筒是由方管制成的半圆形拼装结构。
基于上述技术方案,本发明提供的一种防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒装置可以产生如下有益效果:
1、利于快速移运,钻台区域与动力区域控制系统仅包含一根光电复合线缆,省去了中间的多段存储线缆的专用线缆槽装置及转接装置,移运更加方便。并且在移运过程中,系统仍然可保持通信接通状态;
2、电磁兼容性更优,利用光纤进行通信,大幅度降低了电磁干扰风险,也提高了网络通信传输距离;
3、设备故障率更低,钻台区域与动力区域的通信控制电缆无需设置转接插件,很大程度的减少了设备故障风险;
4、设备经济性更好,对于长距离丛式井,特别是要求采用防爆电气设备的场合,以及要求采用进口品牌线缆及接插件的情况下,本发明的成本优势愈加明显。

具体实施方式
为了更好地了解本发明的目的、结构及功能,下面结合附图,对本发明的一种防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒装置做进一步详细的描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
如图所示,本发明的一种防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒装置,包括减速机1、防爆电机3、卷筒6、滑环箱7、导缆架8和控制柜9组成,其特征在于,所述防爆电机3上设置减速机1,减速机1的输出端与卷筒6连接,卷筒6上安装有导缆架8,防爆电机3远离卷筒6的一侧设置有滑环箱7,防爆电机3与控制柜9之间通过电连接。
通过控制柜9精确控制扭矩的输出。
防爆电机3的内部安装有制动器4,所述制动器4是通过控制回路控制的弹簧制动器,防爆电机3是卷筒6的动力来源。
制动器4装在防爆电机3电机内,一旦电机或者驱动器停止供电,制动器将制动线缆卷筒,制动器4由控制回路控制,一旦防爆电机3或系统出线异常,能很安全的将系统制动。
防爆电机3与减速机1之间设置有行星减速机2,防爆电机3的上端还设置有防雨帽5,设置防雨帽5防止防爆电机3淋水,提高防护效果。
行星减速机2安装在马达和减速机1中间以进一步增加扭矩输出,调节速度到需要值。
卷筒6是由方管制成的半圆形拼装结构,光电通讯线缆卷绕在卷筒6上。
导缆架8用于水平移动情况下线缆能够合理排布,放缆时,它可以让线缆能够更好的平铺在地面或缆槽;收缆时,它可以使线缆能够顺利引入卷筒6,而不至于剐蹭卷筒6。
本发明的具体操作方法为:
平移部分的光电复合通信线缆被敷设在卷筒6上,通过卷筒6转动进行收放,卷筒6的转动过程由防爆控制箱所控制的防爆电机3来进行驱动,通过减速机1和行星减速机2增加扭矩输出并进行调节。
卷筒6上安装的编码器实时记录卷筒旋转坐标,并用作扭矩曲线输出控制。卷筒6转动过程中,收放的线缆通过防爆滑环箱7与固定端的线缆连接,保持电源、信号的正常传输。
防爆的滑环箱7内安装滑环,集成光纤耦合器。线缆的收放通过导缆架合理排布。
若马达或系统出现异常,制动器4会进行系统制动。

1.一种防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒装置,包括减速机(1)、防爆电机(3)、卷筒(6)、滑环箱(7)、导缆架(8)和控制柜(9)组成,其特征在于,所述防爆电机(3)上设置减速机(1),减速机(1)的输出端与卷筒(6)连接,卷筒(6)上安装有导缆架(8),防爆电机(3)远离卷筒(6)的一侧设置有滑环箱(7),防爆电机(3)与控制柜(9)之间通过电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒装置,其特征在于,所述防爆电机(3)的内部安装有制动器(4),所述制动器(4)是通过控制回路控制的弹簧制动器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒装置,其特征在于,所述防爆电机(3)与减速机(1)之间设置有行星减速机(2),防爆电机(3)的上端还设置有防雨帽(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆光电复合通信线缆卷筒装置,其特征在于,所述卷筒(6)是由方管制成的半圆形拼装结构。
