本发明公开了一种充气密封装置,包括壳体、内腔和底座,所述内腔位于壳体内部,所述底座连接于壳体下端,所述壳体上端连接有旋转轴,所述壳体通过旋转轴连接有上盖,所述内腔外侧设置有外腔,所述外腔设置于壳体内侧,所述内腔和外腔之间设置有橡胶圈,所述壳体下端设置有扇叶。本发明通过在壳体内部分别设置内腔和外腔,使该充气密封装置的防护效果更好,可根据不同密封对象的实际保存情况进行调节适应,通过在内腔上端两侧均连接电动推杆,能够对被密封对象进行夹持,并且对内腔进行较高程度的密封,通过在内腔下方设置扇叶,对内腔及壳体内部进行灰尘的吹除,并且使壳体内部能够保持干燥,增强使用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封装置,特别涉及一种充气密封装置。
背景技术
充气包装是指将产品装入气密性包装容器,抽真空(或不抽真空),再充入保护性气体(一般为N2、CO2),然后将包装密封的一种包装方法,简言之,是用脱气或充气技术,除去包装体系中的氧,改善包装内产品周围的气氛,防止或减弱产品化学或生物化学反应发生,从而达到保护产品目的的一种包装方法,随着科技的发展和人们实际需求的不断扩展,充气式方法不仅能够进行产品的包装,同时在对产品的密封性能上也具有较强的优势,逐渐被广泛使用。
现有的充气密封装置其结构较为单一,对密封产品的防护保护效果欠缺,在应对不同保存或运输状态下的产品适应效果不佳,容易造成产品的损坏或渗漏,造成损失,并且现有的充气密封装置对其自身的防护结构同样表现不足,密封装置的使用寿命受到影响。为此,我们提出一种充气密封装置。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种充气密封装置,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种充气密封装置,包括壳体、内腔和底座,所述内腔位于壳体内部,所述底座连接于壳体下端,所述壳体上端连接有旋转轴,所述壳体通过旋转轴连接有上盖,所述内腔外侧设置有外腔,所述外腔设置于壳体内侧,所述内腔和外腔之间设置有橡胶圈,所述壳体下端设置有扇叶,所述扇叶一端连接有传动轴,所述扇叶通过传动轴活动连接有电动马达,所述电动马达设置于底座内部,所述内腔上端内侧连接有电动推杆,所述电动推杆一端连接有电磁铁,所述壳体下端一侧设置有注气口,所述底座下端连接有放气管。
进一步地,所述壳体内侧连接有缓冲弹簧,所述缓冲弹簧连接于外腔外侧,所述缓冲弹簧两端均连接有防护垫。
进一步地,所述内腔内部设置有过滤网且过滤网设置于扇叶上方。
进一步地,所述底座内部设置有减震弹簧,所述放气管一侧连接有控制阀。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该种充气密封装置:
1、本发明通过在壳体内部分别设置内腔和外腔,通过两组空腔的设定能够使该充气密封装置的防护效果更好,根据不同密封对象的实际保存情况进行调节适应,同时利用橡胶圈的可拉伸效果及热胀冷缩性能帮助对保存环境的应对自适应。
2、本发明通过在内腔上端两侧均连接电动推杆,在内腔上方能够利用电动推杆进行向内的推送,并使两端的电磁铁达到相互吸附,能够对被密封对象进行夹持,增强固定效果,并且对内腔进行较高程度的密封。
3、本发明通过在内腔下方设置扇叶,并在扇页一端经传动轴连接电动马达,能够对内腔及壳体内部进行灰尘的吹除,并且经过风力扰流使壳体内部能够保持干燥,使用效果进一步提升。
4、本发明通过在壳体内侧连接缓冲弹簧,对该密封装置的横向冲击力进行缓冲减释,增强横向的保护效果,并在底座内部设置减震弹簧,对该密封装置进行放置或运输时提高其减震性能,进一步提升防护效果。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-2所示,一种充气密封装置,包括壳体1、内腔2和底座3,所述内腔2位于壳体1内部,所述底座3连接于壳体1下端,所述壳体1上端连接有旋转轴6,所述壳体1通过旋转轴6连接有上盖5,所述内腔2外侧设置有外腔15,所述外腔15设置于壳体1内侧,所述内腔2和外腔15之间设置有橡胶圈7,所述壳体1下端设置有扇叶12,所述扇叶12一端连接有传动轴11,所述扇叶2通过传动轴11活动连接有电动马达10,所述电动马达10设置于底座3内部,所述内腔2上端内侧连接有电动推杆8,所述电动推杆8一端连接有电磁铁9,所述壳体1下端一侧设置有注气口4,所述底座3下端连接有放气管18。
其中,所述壳体1内侧连接有缓冲弹簧13,所述缓冲弹簧13连接于外腔15外侧,所述缓冲弹簧13两端均连接有防护垫14,利用缓冲弹簧13对两侧的横向冲击力进行缓冲减释,增强其密封效果,并且利用防护垫14对缓冲弹簧13进行承托和限位,延长该密封装置的使用寿命。
其中,所述内腔2内部设置有过滤网16且过滤网16设置于扇叶12上方,对灰尘及杂质进行过滤,有效通过扇叶12进行吹除,保持充气密封的内部洁净度。
其中,所述底座3内部设置有减震弹簧17,所述放气管18一侧连接有控制阀19,利用减震弹簧17提升该装置的减震抗压效果,利用控制阀19能够对放气量进行调节控制,根据不同的使用需求适应性更强。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种充气密封装置,工作时,通过对其结构进行一定程度改进并对其增加相应的功能性适应性构件,增强其实际使用效果,其具体表现为,通过在壳体1内部分别设置内腔2和外腔15,并在内腔2和外腔15之间设置橡胶圈7,能够使该充气密封装置的防护保护效果更好,两组空腔可进行单独进气,根据不同密封对象的实际保存情况进行调节适应,同时利用橡胶圈7的可拉伸效果及热胀冷缩性能帮助对保存环境的应对自适应,通过在内腔2上端两侧均连接电动推杆8,并在电动推杆8一端连接电磁铁9,在内腔2上方能够利用电动推杆8进行向内的推送,并使两端的电磁铁9达到相互吸附,从而一方面能够对被密封对象进行夹持,防止其在内腔2内晃动不稳定,增强固定,另一方面能够对内腔2进行较高程度的密封,防止被密封对象在封装保存中产生渗漏等情况,通过在内腔2下方设置扇叶12,利用电动马达10进行动力传输,通过传动轴11带动扇叶12进行同步运转,能够对内腔2及壳体1内部进行灰尘的吹除,防止灰尘在壳体1内部集聚影响密封使用,并且经过风力扰流使壳体1内部能够保持干燥,防止在密封保存中有液体渗漏导致霉变等情况,通过在壳体1内侧连接缓冲弹簧13,并在底座3内部设置减震弹簧17,利用缓冲弹簧13能够对该密封装置的横向冲击力进行缓冲减释,而减震弹簧17则能够在对该密封装置进行放置或运输时提高其减震性能,进一步提升防护效果,延长该充气密封装置的使用寿命,从而充分提高了该充气密封装置的使用防护效果及其在实际应用中的适应性和实用性。

1.一种充气密封装置,包括壳体(1)、内腔(2)和底座(3),所述内腔(2)位于壳体(1)内部,所述底座(3)连接于壳体(1)下端,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)上端连接有旋转轴(6),所述壳体(1)通过旋转轴(6)连接有上盖(5),所述内腔(2)外侧设置有外腔(15),所述外腔(15)设置于壳体(1)内侧,所述内腔(2)和外腔(15)之间设置有橡胶圈(7),所述壳体(1)下端设置有扇叶(12),所述扇叶(12)一端连接有传动轴(11),所述扇叶(2)通过传动轴(11)活动连接有电动马达(10),所述电动马达(10)设置于底座(3)内部,所述内腔(2)上端内侧连接有电动推杆(8),所述电动推杆(8)一端连接有电磁铁(9),所述壳体(1)下端一侧设置有注气口(4),所述底座(3)下端连接有放气管(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气密封装置,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内侧连接有缓冲弹簧(13),所述缓冲弹簧(13)连接于外腔(15)外侧,所述缓冲弹簧(13)两端均连接有防护垫(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气密封装置,其特征在于:所述内腔(2)内部设置有过滤网(16)且过滤网(16)设置于扇叶(12)上方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气密封装置,其特征在于:所述底座(3)内部设置有减震弹簧(17),所述放气管(18)一侧连接有控制阀(19)。
