Abstract
本发明涉及泡棉技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合加强型减震泡棉,包括:本体、第一铝箔层、第一减震层、保温层、第二减震层、第二铝箔层、圆形凸起;所述第一铝箔层设置在本体的顶层,且第一铝箔层的表面设置有圆形凸起;所述第一减震层设置在第一铝箔层的下层,且第一减震层与第一铝箔层通过热压粘合方式相连接;所述保温层设置在第一减震层的下层,且保温层与第一减震层通过胶性粘合方式相连接;所述第二减震层通过热压粘合方式设置在保温层的下层,本发明通过以上结构上的改进,具有减震防缓冲、节能环保、保温隔热、防水、使用成本低等优点,从而有效的解决了现有装置中存在的问题和不足。

技术领域
本发明涉及泡棉技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合加强型减震泡棉。
背景技术
泡棉是塑料粒子发泡过的材料,简称泡棉。泡棉具有弹性、重量轻、快速压敏固定、使用方便、弯曲自如、体积超薄、性能可靠等一系列特点。
目前泡棉已被广泛应用到工业、商业、家庭、生活当中,但是在运送一些易碎物品,或者是电子产品时,现有装置不能起到良好减震作用,需要在包装箱里垫铺多层普通泡棉,造成包装繁琐、降低工作效率、浪费成本、花费时间多等问题和不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合加强型减震泡棉,以解决上述背景技术中提出的包装繁琐、降低工作效率、浪费成本、花费时间多的问题和不足。
本发明的目的与功效,由以下具体技术方案所达成:
一种复合加强型减震泡棉,包括:本体、第一铝箔层、第一减震层、保温层、第二减震层、第二铝箔层、圆形凸起;所述第一铝箔层设置在本体的顶层,且第一铝箔层的表面设置有圆形凸起;所述第一减震层设置在第一铝箔层的下层,且第一减震层与第一铝箔层通过热压粘合方式相连接;所述保温层设置在第一减震层的下层,且保温层与第一减震层通过胶性粘合方式相连接;所述第二减震层通过热压粘合方式设置在保温层的下层;所述第二铝箔层设置在本体的底部,且第二铝箔层与本体通过热压粘合方式相连接。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种复合加强型减震泡棉所述第一减震层与第二减震层设置有微小气孔,且所述微小气孔呈波纹式分布。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种复合加强型减震泡棉所述圆形凸起布在第一铝箔层的表面。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种复合加强型减震泡棉所述第二铝箔层的底部设置有粘贴层。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种复合加强型减震泡棉所述保温层为多孔状。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种复合加强型减震泡棉所述本体为矩形状,且本体为整体结构。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明第一减震层与第二减震层设置有微小气孔,且所述微小气孔呈波纹式分布的设置,有利于阻挡外界压力与振动。
本发明第二铝箔层的底部设置有粘贴层的设置,有利于固定在包装体上,防止缓冲。
本发明保温层为多孔状的设置,有利于保温,隔热。
本发明通过以上结构上的改进,具有减震防缓冲、节能环保、保温隔热、防水、使用成本低等优点,从而有效的解决了现有装置中存在的问题和不足。

请参阅图1至图2本发明提供一种复合加强型减震泡棉技术方案:
一种复合加强型减震泡棉,包括:本体1、第一铝箔层2、第一减震层3、保温层4、第二减震层5、第二铝箔层6、圆形凸起201;第一铝箔层2设置在本体1的顶层,且第一铝箔层2的表面设置有圆形凸起201;第一减震层3设置在第一铝箔层2的下层,且第一减震层3与第一铝箔层2通过热压粘合方式相连接;保温层4设置在第一减震层3的下层,且保温层4与第一减震层3通过胶性粘合方式相连接;第二减震层5通过热压粘合方式设置在保温层4的下层;第二铝箔层6设置在本体1的底部,且第二铝箔层6与本体1通过热压粘合方式相连接。
具体的,第一减震层3与第二减震层5设置有微小气孔,且所述微小气孔呈波纹式分布,有利于阻挡外界压力与振动。
具体的,圆形凸起201均匀分布在第一铝箔层2的表面,有效减小了物品与第一铝箔层2的碰撞,起到防缓冲的作用。
具体的,第二铝箔层6的底部设置有粘贴层,有利于固定在包装体上,防止缓冲。
具体的,保温层4为多孔状,有利于保温,隔热。
具体的,本体1为矩形状,且本体1为整体结构,结构简单、使用方便,提高工作效率。
具体使用方法与作用:
使用该装置时,可将本新型做成包装内衬,将第二铝箔层6的底部的粘贴层粘在包装体上,通过铝箔层与外界空气间隔,通过保温层4的设置,有利于对包装体内的物品保温、隔热,通过第一减震层与第二减震层5波纹式的设置,有效阻挡外界压力与振动,使被本新型包装的物品完好无损。
综上所述:该一种复合加强型减震泡棉,通过第一减震层与第二减震层设置有微小气孔,且所述微小气孔呈波纹式分布的设置,有利于阻挡外界压力与振动;通过第二铝箔层的底部设置有粘贴层的设置,有利于固定在包装体上,防止缓冲;通过保温层为多孔状的设置,有利于保温,隔热;本发明通过以上结构上的改进,具有减震防缓冲、节能环保、保温隔热、防水、使用成本低等优点,从而有效的解决了现有装置中存在的问题和不足。

1.一种复合加强型减震泡棉,包括:本体(1)、第一铝箔层(2)、第一减震层(3)、保温层(4)、第二减震层(5)、第二铝箔层(6)、圆形凸起(201);其特征在于:所述第一铝箔层(2)设置在本体(1)的顶层,且第一铝箔层(2)的表面设置有圆形凸起(201);所述第一减震层(3)设置在第一铝箔层(2)的下层,且第一减震层(3)与第一铝箔层(2)通过热压粘合方式相连接;所述保温层(4)设置在第一减震层(3)的下层,且保温层(4)与第一减震层(3)通过胶性粘合方式相连接;所述第二减震层(5)通过热压粘合方式设置在保温层(4)的下层;所述第二铝箔层(6)设置在本体(1)的底部,且第二铝箔层(6)与本体(1)通过热压粘合方式相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合加强型减震泡棉,其特征在于:所述第一减震层(3)与第二减震层(5)设置有微小气孔,且所述微小气孔呈波纹式分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合加强型减震泡棉,其特征在于:所述圆形凸起(201)均匀分布在第一铝箔层(2)的表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合加强型减震泡棉,其特征在于:所述第二铝箔层(6)的底部设置有粘贴层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合加强型减震泡棉,其特征在于:所述保温层(4)为多孔状。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合加强型减震泡棉,其特征在于:所述本体(1)为矩形状,且本体(1)为整体结构。
