Abstract
一种连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,准备多个不同颜色的高分子原料分别通过于各处理区,而分别连续产生出一呈区迷彩型态的高分子片体、多条丝线与多个不规则型态的片状颗粒,通过其中一处理区先对该高分子片体进行边缘切割而呈现多个色料条,并将该些色料条导引至各处理区而与该些丝线及该些片状颗粒相互参杂,通过该些处理区,使该些不同颜色的丝线与该些不规则型态的片状颗粒及该些不同颜色的色料条附着于该高分子片体表面处,令该高分子片体表面同时形成具有区迷彩、线迷彩与斑点迷彩其型态,最后,再将施压成型的高分子片体经由一发泡成型区而对该高分子片体进行硫化或固化的任一者型态,借以形成一具有混彩型态的弹性垫体。
Description
技术领域
本发明与发泡物的制程技术有关,更详述而言之是指一种连续式且兼具混彩型态的弹性垫体其制造方法。
背景技术
橡胶以其高弹性、良好回复性,耐疲劳性、止滑性及耐磨等特性而广泛应用于日常生活中,并成为工业上最常见且重要的原料之一。
一般常见橡胶发泡物的制作方式大体上可区分为连续押出法和模塑成型法二大类,连续押出法是将混炼后的橡胶原料利用押出机压成橡胶片,并将橡胶片置于输送机械的输送带上持续输入加硫发泡箱内加硫、发泡成型为橡胶发泡物,而热压成型法则利用模具将橡胶原料予以加热、加压成型。有关橡胶发泡物制作方式的专利前案,如中国台湾发明第82102866号「橡胶或人造橡胶发泡体的改良制法」、第88100802号「抗静电橡胶发泡体及其制法」、第91132350号「一种连续卷式弹性布贴合橡胶材的制造方法」、第92100377号「橡胶结合金属板材的连续成型法」、第89106811号「含有至少一整合的橡胶突起部的具缓冲性地毯化地板覆盖物件」及第90115918号「常压连续卷式橡胶发泡压纹制法」等专利案所示。由于连续押出法的生产速度较模塑成型法快且能源耗费较低,因此,较符合经济效益而广为业界使用。
依上述可得知,由于产品多样性的需求,其色彩单一色系的橡胶发泡制品已渐渐不符合市场需求,因美观性略显单调乏味,而未能满足丰富的视觉感受,并无法满足消费者求新、求变的多样化需求,导致产品仍存有单调、呆板而缺少变化,而伴随着人们对产质量感的要求日益增加,并无法一直沿用既有技术获得的发泡制品,因此,如何不断地开发出有别于既有技术以为因应,而改善不同物性的发泡产品的美观及用途,实相关业界一直以来努力研发突破的目标及方向。
本发明人有鉴于此,并且依据多年从事此领域的相关经验,细心观察及研究,并配合学理运用,进而提出一种合理且有效的本发明。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是在于:提供一种连续式且兼具混彩型态的弹性垫体其制造方法。
为达上述目的,本发明一种连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,其特征在于:其包括下列步骤:
步骤S1:准备多个不同颜色的高分子原料通过于一第一处理区,以压力施压将不同颜色的该些高分子原料,借以连续产出一高分子片体,使该高分子片体其整体则为不同颜色呈纵向型态且以横向依序排列而形成区迷彩型态,并向一第二处理区移动;
步骤S2:该第二处理区设有一积料混合区,并于该第二处理区中对该高分子片体进行压力挤压,利用该第二处理区的温度而使该高分子片体其整体软化,并向一第三处理区移动;
步骤S3:当位于该第二处理区的高分子片体移动至该第三处理区时,该第二处理区其外缘处则同时对该高分子片体的各区迷彩处进行边缘切割而呈现多个色料条,并将该些色料条导引至一第四处理区与一第五处理区;以及导引至该第一处理区与第三处理区;
步骤S4:该第三处理区设有多个积料混合区,供该第二处理区的各色料条导引储放;以及供该第四处理区将不同颜色的色料条以压力挤出丝线,并喷射至该第三处理区所形成的该些积料混合区,并于该第三处理区中进行滚压而以压力挤压,利用该第三处理区的温度使该高分子片体其整体软化,使该各积料混合区的丝线参杂于该高分子片体其表面,经由该第三处理区中进行压力挤压成型而呈现线条扩散型态,借以附着于该高分子片体表面处,使该高分子片体表面同时形成具有区迷彩与线迷彩其型态;
步骤S5:再通过该第五处理区使将不同颜色的高分子原料以压力而挤出裁切出多个片状颗粒,并喷射至该第三处理区所形成的该些积料混合区,而与该第四处理区所喷射于该些积料混合区的丝线相互参杂,经由该第三处理区中进行压力施压而呈现扩散型态,借以附着于该高分子片体表面处,使该高分子片体表面同时形成具有区迷彩、线迷彩与斑点迷其型态;及
步骤S6:将施压成型的高分子片体经由一发泡成型区而对该高分子片体进行硫化或固化的任一者型态,借以形成一具有混彩型态的弹性垫体。
本发明的连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,其主要目的功效在于:先准备多个不同颜色的高分子原料分别通过于各处理区,借以分别连续产生出一呈区迷彩型态的高分子片体、多条丝线与多个不规则型态的片状颗粒,通过其中一处理区先对该高分子片体的各区迷彩处进行边缘切割而呈现多个色料条,并将该些色料条导引至各处理区而与该些丝线及该些片状颗粒相互参杂,并通过该些处理区,使该些不同颜色的丝线与该些不规则型态的片状颗粒及该些不同颜色的色料条附着于该高分子片体表面处,致使该高分子片体表面同时形成具有区迷彩、线迷彩与斑点迷彩其型态,最后,再将施压成型的高分子片体经由一发泡成型区而对该高分子片体进行硫化或固化的任一者型态,借以形成一具有混彩型态的弹性垫体者;借此,进而提供一种与发泡物的制程技术有关,更详述而言之是指一种连续式且兼具混彩型态的弹性垫体其制造方法。

具体实施方式
首先,请参阅图1至图6所示,为本发明连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法;为该弹性垫体1制造方法,包括下列步骤:
步骤S1:准备多个不同颜色的高分子原料10通过于一第一处理区2,以压力施压将不同颜色的该些高分子原料10,借以连续产出一高分子片体11,致使该高分子片体11其整体则为不同颜色呈纵向型态且以横向依序排列而形成区迷彩111型态,并向一第二处理区4移动;而该第二处理区4位于该第一处理区2的上、下、左、右任一方处;
步骤S2:该第二处理区4设有一积料混合区M,并于该第二处理区4中对该高分子片体11进行压力挤压,利用该第二处理区4的温度H而使该高分子片体11其整体软化,并向一第三处理区5移动;
其中至步骤S1时,该第一处理区2选自一滚轮压片装置20,该滚轮压片装置20包含相隔预定距离的二挤压件21,而该二挤压件21并具有预定温度H,该二挤压件21间形成一间隙G1,可调整其距离位置而使该间隙G1其缝隙调整厚度,其中该二挤压件21受动力驱动而以旋转方向相反状态;以及多个挡板22,排列该二挤压件21其上方处,借以形成多个颜色入料区221,并分别供不同颜色的高分子原料10置入储放;又该第二处理区4选自一滚轮41,该滚轮41具有预定温度H并铺设有多个不同颜色的色带411,而该滚轮41与该第一处理区2的其中一挤压件21间形成一间隙G2,可调整其距离位置而使该间隙G2其缝隙调整厚度,借以决定不同颜色的色带411边缘的混合;利用该滚轮压片装置20的二挤压件21以旋转方向相反状态,借以带动该些不同颜色的高分子原料10经由该间隙G1处进行连续挤压动作而制成该高分子片体11;而该二挤压件21可调整其距离位置,使该间隙G1其缝隙调整厚度,借以决定该高分子片体11其整体厚度;而该第二处理区4的积料混合区M是位于该滚轮41与该第一处理区2的其中一挤压件21的间隙G2处;其中该二挤压件21其整体为轮状体,并经由该第二处理区4移动,利用该第二处理区4的滚轮41呈旋转状态而带动该高分子片体11往该第三处理区5移动,当该高分子片体11受到该第一处理区2的滚轮压片装置20的其中一挤压件21与该第二处理区4的滚轮41之间的滚压,而使该第二处理区4的滚轮41表面的不同颜色的色带411附着于该些高分子片体11表面处;再者,该第二处理区4更进一步具有多个切料刀具42,位于该滚轮41一侧处且呈滚动状态,其用以对该滚轮41所连续产出的高分子片体11其各区迷彩111处进行边缘切割动作,如图4所示;
步骤S3:当位于该第二处理区4的高分子片体11移动至该第三处理区5时,该第二处理区4其外缘处则同时对该高分子片体11的各区迷彩111处进行边缘切割而呈现多个色料条C,并将该些色料条C导引至一第四处理区6与一第五处理区7;以及导引至该第一处理区2与第三处理区5;
步骤S4:该第三处理区5设有多个积料混合区M1,供该第二处理区4的各色料条C导引储放;以及供该第四处理区6将不同颜色的色料条C以压力挤出丝线12,并喷射至该第三处理区5所形成的该些积料混合区M1处,并于该第三处理区5中进行滚压而以压力挤压,利用该第三处理区5的温度H而使该高分子片体11其整体软化,使各该积料混合区M1的丝线12参杂于该高分子片体11其表面,经由该第三处理区5中进行压力挤压成型而呈现线条扩散型态,借以附着于该高分子片体11表面处,使该高分子片体11表面同时形成具有区迷彩111与线迷彩112其型态;
步骤S5:再通过该第五处理区7使将不同颜色的高分子原料10以压力而挤出裁切出多个片状颗粒13,并喷射至该第三处理区5所形成的该些积料混合区M1,而与该第四处理区6所喷射于该些积料混合区M1的丝线12相互参杂,经由该第三处理区5中进行压力施压而呈现扩散型态,借以附着于该高分子片体11表面处,使该高分子片体11表面同时形成具有区迷彩111、线迷彩112与斑点迷彩113其型态;及
步骤S6:将施压成型的高分子片体11经由一发泡成型区3而对该高分子片体11进行硫化或固化的任一者型态,借以形成一具有混彩型态的弹性垫体1;
借由上述步骤而言,兹更进一步说明如后:
(一)前述步骤S3至步骤S5时,该第三处理区5选自多个压延轮组51排列而成,该些压延轮组51为相邻排列(如图2所示)或等距离排列(如图3所示)的任一者型态,借以将该高分子片体11进行滚压而以压力施压成型;而该各压延轮组51具有二压延轮511,其呈左、右相隔预定距离设置着而形成一间隙G3,该二压延轮511受动力驱动而以旋转方向相反状态;且该些压延轮511其外周圆为凹凸纹路结构,使该高分子片体11表面同时形成具有凹凸纹路型态;而该第三处理区5的各积料混合区M1分别位于该各压延轮组51具有二压延轮511间所形成的间隙G3处;
特别一提,当该高分子片体11通过该第三处理区5的各压延轮组51时,其该高分子片体11与该各第三处理区5所形成的该些积料混合区M1处所储放不同颜色的色料条C、该些丝线12与该些片状颗粒13,同时受到各该压延轮组51的二压延轮511的滚压捻合,而使该些不同颜色的色料条C附着于该高分子片体11其表面,并受到该各压延轮组51的二压延轮511其外周圆所呈现的凹凸纹路结构影响,而连续产出的高分子片体11其表面呈现凹凸型态,而该二挤压件21其表面处的纹路成形结构为花纹、条纹、波浪纹、文数字、人物、动物、植物、卡通造型或商标的任一者或其任一组合式;使该弹性垫体1其表面同时具有混彩型态与纹路型态;其中该各压延轮组51的二压延轮511可调整其距离位置,使该些间隙G3其隙缝调整至厚度而对该些积料混合区M1处所储放不同颜色的色料条C与该高分子片体11于穿过时而达到其捻合混彩其控制;
(二)前述至步骤S4时,该第四处理区6选自至少一射出成型装置300,该各射出成型装置300具有一射料嘴310,其用以将该射出成型装置300内所储放的不同颜色的高分子原料10进行高温溶解,而经由该些射料嘴310喷出不同颜色的丝线12;并将该些不同颜色的丝线12更进一步喷射至该第二处理区4所形成的积料混合区M,经由该第二处理区4中进行压力挤压成型而呈现线条扩散型态,借以附着于该高分子片体11表面处,使该高分子片体11表面同时形成具有区迷彩111与线迷彩112其型态;其中,当该第二处理区4其外缘处对该高分子片体11的各区迷彩111处进行边缘切割而呈现多个色料条C而导引至该第四处理区6时,该些色料条C则与该些高分子原料10呈混合状态;
(三)前述至步骤S5时,该第五处理区7选自至少一造粒挤出装置400,该各造粒挤出装置400具有一射料嘴410,其用以将该造粒挤出装置400内所储放的不同颜色的高分子原料10进行裁切,而经由该些射料嘴410喷出呈多个不规则型态的片状颗粒13;并将该些不规则型态的片状颗粒13更进一步喷射至该第二处理区4所形成的积料混合区M,经由该第二处理区4中进行压力挤压成型而呈现扩散型态,借以附着于该高分子片体11表面处,使该高分子片体11表面同时形成具有区迷彩111与斑点迷彩113其型态;其中,当该第二处理区4其外缘处对该高分子片体11的各区迷彩111处进行边缘切割而呈现多个色料条C而导引至该第五处理区7时,该些色料条C则与该些高分子原料10呈混合状态;
而不管至前述步骤S4或步骤S5,其中各该第二处理区4的滚轮41与该第一处理区2的滚轮压片装置20的其中一挤压件21可调整其距离位置,使该些间隙G2其隙缝调整至厚度而对该些积料混合区M处所储放不同颜色的色料条C、不同颜色的丝线12、不规则型态的片状颗粒13与该高分子片体11于穿过时而达到其捻合混彩其控制;
(四)前述步骤S1至步骤S5时,该各处理区(2、4、5、6、7)更进一步搭配至少一机械手臂装置100与至少一挤压装置200而呈现不同型态的制程方法(如图5所示),利用该各机械手臂装置100以各种连续或不连续的任一者方式,将不同颜色的高分子原料10、丝线12、片状颗粒13与色料条C进行各种形状、大小与颜色其自由组合搭配,而移至该第二处理区4与该第三处理区5所形成的该各积料混合区(M、M1),借以附着于该高分子片体11其表面处,并于该第二处理区4与该第三处理区5中进行滚压而以压力挤压,利用该第二处理区4与该第三处理区5的温度H而使该高分子片体11其整体软化,使该各积料混合区(M、M1)的丝线12、片状颗粒13与色料条C参杂于该高分子片体11其表面,经由该第二处理区4与该第三处理区5中进行压力挤压成型,使该高分子片体11表面达到混彩效果;其中该各机械手臂装置100更进一步将不同颜色的高分子原料10、丝线12、片状颗粒13与色料条C以不同旋转角度交错排列方式,而移至该第二处理区4与该第三处理区5所形成的各积料混合区(M、M1),借以附着于该高分子片体11其表面处,并于该各处理区(2、4、5、6、7)中进行滚压而以压力挤压,使该高分子片体11表面呈现多线条纹路交错型态效果;利用该各机械手臂装置100将不同颜色的色料条C、不同颜色的丝线12与不规则型态的片状颗粒13以旋转30度、60度或90度的任一者角度进行交错排列,以解决方向性排列的问题;
接着,当本发明至步骤S4或步骤S5时,额外搭配该些至少一机械手臂装置100时,则供该各机械手臂装置100更进一步将不同颜色的高分子原料10、丝线12、片状颗粒13与色料条C移至该挤压装置200而形成混合团状,并利用该挤压装置200对混合团状进行挤压作业而形成辐射状的色料片材,而所述辐射状则为云彩、辐射形、大理石、木纹、年轮或石纹的任一者形状;再经由该各机械手臂装置100将形成辐射状的色料片材移至该第二处理区4与该第三处理区5所形成的各积料混合区(M、M1),借以附着于该高分子片体11其表面处,并于该第二处理区4与该第三处理区5中进行滚压而以压力挤压,使该高分子片体11表面呈现不规则图样效果;
再者,借由以上步骤而言,当本发明于步骤S3至步骤S5时,其三者更为同步进行加工动作;
特别一提,本发明内容中所提到该高分子片体11、该些丝线12与该些片状颗粒13所选自的高分子原料10为单一高分子原料10或多种高分子原料10混合物的任一者,举例而言,所述高分子原料10可为天然橡胶、合成橡胶、塑料、各类弹性体等,包括但不限于乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶、聚丁二烯橡胶、异戊二烯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、压克力橡胶、硅橡胶、氟氯橡胶、热可塑性橡胶、EPDM橡胶、丙烯-丁二烯橡胶、氯丁橡胶、聚乳酸、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物等等;
甚至,该高分子片体11、该些丝线12与该些片状颗粒13所选自的高分子原料10是指结构中含有多个重复单元的高分子有机化合物,其可为天然存在的化合物、经加工的天然化合物或是完全人工合成的化合物,亦可为各种均聚物或共聚物(包括交替共聚物、随机共聚物、嵌段共聚物或接枝共聚物),且其较佳为适于制成片体结构的高分子有机化合物;
借此,经由以上所述得知,本发明借由先准备多个不同颜色的高分子原料10分别通过于各处理区(2、4、5、6、7),借以分别连续产生出一呈区迷彩111型态的高分子片体11、多条丝线12与多个不规则型态的片状颗粒13,通过第二处理区4先对该高分子片体11的各区迷彩111处进行边缘切割而呈现多个色料条C,并将该些色料条C导引至各处理区(2、4、5、6、7)而与该些丝线12及该些片状颗粒13相互参杂,并通过该些处理区(2、4、5、6、7),使该些不同颜色的丝线12与该些不规则型态的片状颗粒13及该些不同颜色的色料条C附着于该高分子片体11表面处,使该高分子片体11表面同时形成具有区迷彩111、线迷彩112与斑点迷彩113其型态,最后,再将施压成型的高分子片体11经由一发泡成型区3而对该高分子片体11进行硫化或固化的任一者型态,借以形成一具有混彩型态的弹性垫体1;借此,进而提供一种与发泡物的制程技术有关,更详述而言之是指一种连续式且兼具混彩型态的弹性垫体1其制造方法。
综上所述,当知本发明确实可为相关产业广为利用,极具有进步性与新颖性,且发明于申请前未见公开,符合专利法的规定,依法提出发明专利申请。
惟以上所述,仅为本发明的其中较佳实施例而已,当不能以之限定本发明实施的范围;即大凡依本发明申请专利范围所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,其特征在于:其包括下列步骤:
步骤S1:准备多个不同颜色的高分子原料通过于一第一处理区,以压力施压将不同颜色的该些高分子原料,借以连续产出一高分子片体,使该高分子片体其整体则为不同颜色呈纵向型态且以横向依序排列而形成区迷彩型态,并向一第二处理区移动;
步骤S2:该第二处理区设有一积料混合区,并于该第二处理区中对该高分子片体进行压力挤压,利用该第二处理区的温度而使该高分子片体其整体软化,并向一第三处理区移动;
步骤S3:当位于该第二处理区的高分子片体移动至该第三处理区时,该第二处理区其外缘处则同时对该高分子片体的各区迷彩处进行边缘切割而呈现多个色料条,并将该些色料条导引至一第四处理区与一第五处理区;以及导引至该第一处理区与第三处理区;
步骤S4:该第三处理区设有多个积料混合区,供该第二处理区的各色料条导引储放;以及供该第四处理区将不同颜色的色料条以压力挤出丝线,并喷射至该第三处理区所形成的该些积料混合区,并于该第三处理区中进行滚压而以压力挤压,利用该第三处理区的温度而使该高分子片体其整体软化,使该各积料混合区的丝线参杂于该高分子片体其表面,经由该第三处理区中进行压力挤压成型而呈现线条扩散型态,借以附着于该高分子片体表面处,使该高分子片体表面同时形成具有区迷彩与线迷彩其型态;
步骤S5:再通过该第五处理区使将不同颜色的高分子原料以压力而挤出裁切出多个片状颗粒,并喷射至该第三处理区所形成的该些积料混合区,而与该第四处理区所喷射于该些积料混合区的丝线相互参杂,经由该第三处理区中进行压力施压而呈现扩散型态,借以附着于该高分子片体表面处,使该高分子片体表面同时形成具有区迷彩、线迷彩与斑点迷彩 其型态;及
步骤S6:将施压成型的高分子片体经由一发泡成型区而对该高分子片体进行硫化或固化的任一者型态,借以形成一具有混彩型态的弹性垫体。
2.如权利要求1所述的连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,其特征在于:其中至步骤S1时,该第一处理区选自一滚轮压片装置,该滚轮压片装置包含相隔预定距离的二挤压件,而该二挤压件并具有预定温度,该二挤压件间形成一间隙,可调整其距离位置而使该间隙其缝隙调整厚度;以及多个挡板,排列该二挤压件其上方处,借以形成多个颜色入料区,并分别供不同颜色的高分子原料置入储放;又该第二处理区选自一滚轮,该滚轮具有预定温度并铺设有多个不同颜色的色带,而该滚轮与该第一处理区的其中一挤压件间形成一间隙,可调整其距离位置而使该间隙其缝隙调整厚度,借以决定不同颜色的色带边缘的混合程度。
3.如权利要求2所述的连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,其特征在于:其中该第二处理区更进一步具有多个切料刀具,位于该滚轮一侧处且呈滚动状态,其用以对该滚轮所连续产出的高分子片体其各区迷彩处进行边缘切割动作。
4.如权利要求1所述的连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,其特征在于:其中步骤S3至步骤S5时,该第三处理区选自多个压延轮组排列而成,该些压延轮组为相邻排列或等距离排列的任一者型态,借以将该高分子片体进行滚压而以压力施压成型;而该各压延轮组具有二压延轮,其呈左、右相隔预定距离设置着而形成一间隙,该二压延轮受动力驱动而为旋转方向相反状态;且该些压延轮其外周圆为凹凸纹路结构,使该高分子片体表面同时形成具有凹凸纹路型态。
5.如权利要求1所述的连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,其特征在于:其中至步骤S4时,该第四处理区选自至少一射出成型装置,该各射出成型装置具有一射料嘴,其用以将该射出成型装置内所储放的不同颜色的高分子原料进行高温溶解,而经由该些射料嘴喷出不同颜色的丝线;并将该些不同颜色的丝线更进一步喷射至该第二处理区所形成的积料混合区,经由该第二处理区中进行压力挤压成型而呈现线条扩散型态,借以附着于该高分子片体表面处,使该高分子片体表面同时形成具有区迷彩与线迷彩其型态。
6.如权利要求1所述的连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,其特征在于:其中至步骤S5时,该第五处理区选自至少一造粒挤出装置,该各造粒挤出装置具有一射料嘴,其用以将该造粒挤出装置内所储放的不同颜色的高分子原料进行裁切,而经由该些射料嘴喷出呈多个不规则型态的片状颗粒;并将该些不规则型态的片状颗粒更进一步喷射至该第二处理区所形成的积料混合区,经由该第二处理区中进行压力挤压成型而呈现扩散型态,借以附着于该高分子片体表面处,使该高分子片体表面同时形成具有区迷彩与斑点迷彩其型态。
7.如权利要求1所述的连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,其特征在于:其中步骤S1至步骤S5时,该各处理区更进一步搭配至少一机械手臂装置,利用该各机械手臂装置以各种连续或不连续的任一者方式,将不同颜色的高分子原料、丝线、片状颗粒与色料条进行各种形状、大小与颜色其自由组合搭配,而移至该第二处理区与该第三处理区所形成的该各积料混合区,借以附着于该高分子片体其表面处,并于该第二处理区与该第三处理区中进行滚压而以压力挤压,利用该第二处理区与该第三处理区的温度而控制该高分子片体其整体软化程度,使该各积料混合区的丝线、片状颗粒与色料条参杂于该高分子片体其表面,经由该第二处理区与该第三处理区中进行压力挤压成型,使该高分子片体表面达到混彩效果。
8.如权利要求7所述的连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,其特征在于:其中该各机械手臂装置更进一步将不同颜色的高分子原料、丝线、片状颗粒与色料条以不同旋转角度交错排列方式,而移至该第二处理区与该第三处理区所形成的各积料混合区,借以附着于该高分子片体其表面处,并于该各处理区中进行滚压而以压力挤压,使该高分子片体表面呈现多线条纹路交错型态效果。
9.如权利要求8所述的连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,其特征在于:其中更搭配至少一挤压装置,供该各机械手臂装置更进一步将不同颜色的高分子原料、丝线、片状颗粒与色料条移至该挤压装置而形成混合团状,并利用该挤压装置对混合团状进行挤压作业而形成辐射状的色料片材,再经由该各机械手臂装置将形成辐射状的色料片材移至该第二处理区与该第三处理区所形成的各积料混合区,借以附着于该高分子片体其表面处,并于该第二处理区与该第三处理区中进行滚压而以压力挤压,使该高分子片体表面呈现不规则图样效果。
10.如权利要求1所述的连续式混彩弹性垫体制造方法,其特征在于:其中步骤S3至步骤S5时,其三者更为同步进行加工动作。
