Abstract
The invention discloses a bearing polisher, which comprises a polishing mechanism, wherein the polishing mechanism comprises a workbench, an outer ring polisher and an inner ring polisher, a fixing mechanism used for fixing a bearing is arranged between the outer ring polisher and the inner ring polisher on the workbench, and the inner ring polisher and the outer ring polisher are driven to reversely rotate through a linkage piece; the linkage piece comprises a planetary gear which is rotationally arranged in a cavity formed in the workbench, and the planetary gear comprises a driving wheel which is positioned in the middle and used for driving the inner ring sander to rotate and an inner gear ring which takes the driving wheel as the center and is used for driving the outer ring sander to rotate; the inner ring sander comprises a turntable driven by the driving wheel to rotate, a plurality of inner ring sanding blades arranged at the edge of the turntable along the circumferential direction of the turntable, and an adjusting piece for driving each inner ring sanding blade to simultaneously slide inwards or outwards along the radial direction of the turntable; compared with the prior art, the invention improves the polishing efficiency and the processing quality of the bearing.

Background

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the inner gear ring is driven to rotate in different rotation directions by the driving wheel of the planetary gear, so that the inner ring sander and the outer ring sander are driven to polish the inner surface of the inner ring and the outer surface of the outer ring of the bearing simultaneously from opposite directions, and therefore polishing force in opposite directions is applied, and polishing high efficiency is improved;
2. the positions of the inner ring polishing blades are adjusted simultaneously through the adjusting piece, the bearing polishing device is convenient and fast, the bearing polishing device is favorable for mounting and taking down the bearing processing process, and the bearing polishing processing work can be carried out on bearings with different sizes through the adjustment of the inner ring polishing blades.

When the bearing is used, the bearing is fixed through the fixing mechanism, after the position of the inner ring polishing blade 8 is adjusted through the adjusting column 9, the power mechanism 5 and the pressure pump are started, the outer ring polisher 6 and the inner ring polisher reversely rotate, and meanwhile the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing are polished.
