技术领域
本发明涉及一种装置,具体指一种便携式装置,所述装置可用于支撑及握持各种物品,如专业技术人员所使用的工具,其可通过连接臂连接在所述支撑装置上。
背景技术
当人们在工作中执行某一项特殊任务的时候,需要使用到各种各样的物品或工具。这些物品或工具通常被妥善地保存在盒子里或者是专用的工具箱里。但更典型的情况是,当工具使用者在进行手头的工作时,这些正被使用着的工具或物品并没有被放回工具箱,而是被随意放在了工作区域的附近位置,导致使用者在需要使用某个特殊工具的时候,不能够高效地找到该工具,因此造成巨大的时间浪费,使工作效率低下,也令使用者感到沮丧。
在工作过程中,使用者也可能在任意一只手上握有工具的情况下同时需要使用其它工具,这令使用者必须松开手上的工具后拿起另外的工具,然后同时使用该两种工具。最典型的例子就是拿起照明灯照向正在作业的物体,或者是在工作中使用移动电话,例如使用免提通话,拿起一盏便携式照明灯,通着电话,然后同时使用一种或两种工具进行作业将会是一件非常困难的事情。
本发明旨在提供一种便携式装置,其可以解决上述技术问题,并能在任意位置握持及支撑各种物品。所述装置可使作业过程中需使用到的工具或物品被放置在触手可及且显而易见的地方,协助使用者高效地使用各种工具以完成指定的任务。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种可握持及支撑物品的装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明所述一种可握持及支撑物品的装置,包括支撑机构,所述支撑机构包括容装机构;
一个或多个具有第一端的延伸件,所述第一端可安装在所述支撑机构的容装机构内;
还包括连接机构,所述连接机构安装在任意一个或多个所述延伸件的第二端用于可拆卸地固定单个物品。
进一步地,所述支撑机构可放置于或连接于某表面,所述握持及支撑装置可在工作中被使用者伸手可及。优选地,所述支撑机构为具有一对上下夹持部的夹状机构。所述夹状机构可夹持某表面,使该表面被夹持在所述一对上下夹持部之间。优选地,一个或多个所述延伸件为可将单个物品定位在理想位置的柔性臂。所述容装机构为一个或多个容装座,单个或多个所述延伸件的端部可装配于所述容装座内。优选地,所述容装机构设置于任一所述夹持部之内或之上,或设置于所述夹状机构的任一夹持部的关联机构之内或之上。

如图1和图2所示,一种优选为便携式装置10,其可用于支撑多种物品及连接物,如工具,照明灯和手机等。所述便携式装置包括形式为夹状机构20的支撑机构,所述支撑机构包括一对把手21和22,所述把手21和22彼此相向挤压以夹紧位于第一夹持部23和第二夹持部24之间的平面。所述第一夹持部23和第二夹持部24的内表面各设置有一个用于保护被所述夹状机构20夹紧的平面的垫片28和29。所述夹状机构20可为任意一种可放置于表面或地面的坚固支撑装置。多个由所述第一夹持部23的外表面19(或机构)延伸出的容装孔25,26和27用于分别容装形式为柔性臂30,32和34的延伸件,所述延伸件可为实心轴或实心茎杆。所述柔性臂30,32和34可为任意长度,或可包括多个可被连接构成柔性臂的臂段。任意数量个柔性臂可装配于对应数量个位于第一夹持部23上的容装孔内。
多个所述连接机构40位于所述柔性臂30,32,和34的外部或末端,所述连接机构40用于容纳或者安装各种物品,例如带开口48的漏斗49(见图5A及5B),手机座60,照明灯70或其它装置,如可盛放螺母和螺栓的容器,或可稳定地握持任何装置或工具的磁性支撑板。
如图2A所示,所述柔性臂30,32,和34的各末端设置有连接件31,所述连接件31装配有球状接头33。所述球状接头33可插入所述连接机构40(下文中详细描述)的第一部44的开口端87(如图3B所示)。如图2B所示,所述第一部44与柔性臂30,32,和34末端的球状接头33装配后,可以与第二部46连接。如图2C所示,图1所示的装置10的柔性臂30连接有替代了漏斗49的容器120,连接于柔性臂32的磁性支撑板110替代了手机座60。如图所示,夹状机构20为夹紧状态。
夹状机构20的详细结构如图2D所示。所述把手21和22之间设置有支架39,弹簧37和轴35伸出所述支架39,使把手21和22在弹簧37的张力下合在一起。垫片28和29可从夹持部41和43上拆卸,替换为其它垫片。
图2E和2F所示为所述夹状机构20的部份机构。容装机构130包括支撑支架132,所述支撑支架132上设置有多个圆形凸起25A,26A和27A,容装孔25,26和27由所述圆形凸起25A,26A和27A形成,用以分别容装所述柔性臂30,32和34的近端。多个所述支撑支架132与卡钳144的第一支架部135连接,所述卡钳144具有一对钳腿136和141,所述钳腿136和141由螺栓138和螺母139组成的连接结构137所连接,所述钳腿136的自由端连接第一支架部135和第二支架部134(第一夹持部23),所述钳腿141的自由端连接具有板件143(第二夹持部24)的第三支架部142。
如图3A和3B所示,所述连接机构40具有多个彼此配合的部件。在本发明的一个实施例中,带开口48,出料槽50,轴47和出料口52的漏斗49通过具有带开口端87(图3B中未示)的第一部44的所述连接机构40连接到柔性臂30。所述开口端87可与第二部46连接,其可为能使物体向任意方向旋转的球形接头(如球状接头33),所述第一部44与球状接头33为简单的卡合机构。如图3B所示,所述第一部44的近端88设置有在近端88形成的凹部86。所述凹部86内设置有第一卡合部,所述第一卡合部包括茎杆82,所述茎杆82设置有内孔位84和形式为多个第一凸起83的第一凸部,多个所述第一凸起83沿所述茎杆82的外围设置。各个第一凸起83之间设置有空间85,空间85用于容装形式为多个第二凸起91的第二凸部。如图3A所示,所述第二部46的末端设置有第一圆状凸起92,所述第一圆状凸起92具有带柱体97的开口部95,所述柱体97具有开孔90。所述第二凸起91沿所述开口部95的内缘形成。如图3B所示,端部61可装配于具有开口的近端88。由此,所述柱体97可装配于所述凹部86的内孔位84内,多个所述第二凸起91装配于相邻第一凸起83之间的空间85内,使所述第一圆状凸起92装配于凹部86内,并使所述第二部46的中部68抵靠或靠近近端88的环形面63装配。由此,所述第二部46可与所述第一部44相对转动,使第二凸起91与第一凸起83在凹部86的空间内接触并抵靠,从而使所述第一部44和第二部46稳定结合。
所述第二部46的另一端,即第二圆状凸起93的内部,具有可容装任何物品或其它连接机构的空间,例如装配可使所连接物品向任意方向运动的球状接头,所述连接机构可为图3A所示的公接头,或为图3B所示的母接头,其构成了可快速拆卸的连接系统,使所述第一部44和第二部46能在各种用途下将物品连接到所述柔性臂30、32、34。所述旋转钮45上具有隆起部,所述隆起部可协助拉紧或放松所述连接机构,例如所述第一部44的开口端87的容装座内的球状接头。
所述连接机构40的爆炸结构如图3C所示。所述连接机构40包括第一部44和第二部46,如图所示,所述第一部44包括部件44(1)和部件44(2),部件44(1)可容装支撑安装件153,所述茎杆82穿过所述支撑安装件153。所述支撑安装件153的底部具有滚珠轴承154,当所述第二部46与所述第一部44的部件44(1)相结合或分离时,所述滚珠轴承154可作用于弹簧155。所述支撑安装件153与部件44(1)通过螺丝150,151和152连接(图中未示)。当连接第二部46与第一部44时,所述部件44(1)的柱体97具体位于茎杆82的内孔位84中。通过所述第一圆状凸起92对支撑安装件153施加压力,支撑安装件153相对茎杆82和第一凸起83缓慢移动,直至第二部46的第二凸起91移出空间85,并位于第一凸起83的后面。所述第二部46被转动直至第二凸起91抵靠第一凸起83的后侧,从而使第一部44与第二部46牢固连接。与上述相反的过程可用于将第一部44与第二部46拆卸。第一柱销160用于将单个物品与第二部46连接。所述弹簧155的底部抵靠圆锥部156的顶部,所述圆锥部156设置于部件44(2)内,圆锥部156的下端具有开口,所述开口用于容纳将所述连接机构40连接至柔性臂30,32或34的球状接头。第二柱销157与旋转钮45的螺纹部158可与球状接头33接触并固定球状接头33.所述螺纹部158与圆状凸起部159的内螺纹结合以固定旋转钮45。
图3D是所述连接机构40的第一部44与第二部46连接后的示意图。
如图1所示,照明装置70通过连接装置与所述连接机构40连接,更详细的结构如图4A和4B所示。所述连接装置80的一端102设置有孔位100,孔位100的尺寸适于安装直径较大的轴,例如构成部份照明装置70的轴78。调节把手81可将轴78拉紧以固定轴78。连接装置80的另一端104可于第二部46和第一部44的任一端装配,并在第一凸起83和第二凸起91的作用下装配固定。照明装置70具有可使光线穿过的透明或半透明的面板72,用于触发照明灯的按钮74和容装照明装置70的电子元件的主筒体或轴体76。控制开关73设置于照明装置70的外端75。
所述手机座60与第一部44连接,手机座60的底端62,侧面64和66可固定手机65。在使用过程中,较典型的是通过手机向用户提供可让用户跟随操作的指导或图纸/照片,这样可释放用户的双手用于其它操作。所述手机座60具有如图3A所示类似第二部46的连接部,该连接部可与如图3B所示的对应第一部44相装配。或者,所述手机座可具有能调整为任意角度的球状接头,使物品可被用户定位在适合的角度。
图6A和6B为磁性支撑板110的前视图和后视图,所述磁性支撑板110可暂时地固定金属工具或器物,便于用户在工作时伸手可及,诸如扳手类似的工具不会错放位置,可被用户容易看到和拿到。磁性支撑板110的正面板112设置有磁性材料,支撑轴114设置于磁性支撑板110的后面板113上,磁性支撑板110的后面板113设置有如图3A和3B所示任意一种用于与柔性臂32连接的连接端116。
图7A和7B为容器120的侧视图,容器120用于容纳小物件,例如螺母,螺栓和螺丝。容器120具有可与柔性臂30,32或34相连接的连接端部122,或具有如图3A或3B所示的连接机构。容器120内,优选为容器120内底部设置有可移动的磁条,所述磁条可固定上述小物件。当物件(例如油腻的螺母或螺栓)需要被清洗时,该物件可被溶剂清洗后再被空气枪干燥,在清洁过程中,该物件可被磁条固定。固定物件也可采用其它方法,如磁条可延伸到容器120的整个底部表面,或设置在容器120的侧面。
如图8A所示,手机座60具有侧面64和66,侧面64和66的内侧设置有肋状部174用于抓紧手机65。底座部170或172由侧面64,66,底端62和顶部67构成,手机座60的底端62形成两个弧形部62(1)和62(2)。图8B为手机座60的后视图,手机座60具有带球状接头的锥形件176,球状接头与颈部178连接(可使手机座被灵活定位在任意位置)。颈部178与连接部件180连接,第二部46与连接部件180连接。
上述装置提供了高效地连接及定位物件的方法,该装置使用户在进行特殊操作的时候双手可被释放,并使物件能被放置于易于看见和拿取的地方,有效避免了物件的丢失和错放。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施方式,故凡依本发明专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本发明专利申请范围内。

Claims (14)

1.一种可握持及支撑物品的装置,包括具有容装机构的支撑机构,一个或多个具有第一端的延伸件,所述第一端可安装在所述支撑机构的容装机构内,还包括连接机构,所述连接机构安装在任意一个或多个所述延伸件的第二端用于可拆卸地固定单个物品;
所述连接机构可由第一部和第二部结合而成,所述第一部的一端具有第一凸部,所述第二部的一端具有第二凸部,其中所述第一凸部与第二凸部可拆卸地抵靠,使所述第一部与所述第二部稳定地连接;
所述第一部的近端设置有在近端形成的凹部,所述凹部内设置有第一卡合部,所述第一卡合部包括茎杆,所述茎杆设置有内孔位和多个第一凸起的第一凸部,多个所述第一凸起沿所述茎杆的外围设置,各个第一凸起之间设置有空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述支撑机构可放置于或连接于某表面,所述握持及支撑装置在工作中能被用户伸手可及。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述支撑机构为具有一对上下夹持部的夹状机构,所述夹状机构可夹持某表面,使该表面被夹持在所述一对上下夹持部之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:一个或多个所述延伸件为可将单个物品定位在理想位置的柔性臂。
5.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于:所述容装机构为一个或多个容装座,单个或多个所述延伸件的端部可装配于所述容装座内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于:所述容装机构设置于任一夹持部之内或之上,或设置于所述夹状机构的任一夹持部的关联机构之内或之上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于:所述第一部与所述第二部的每一端均设置有所述第一凸部与所述第二凸部的任意组合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于:所述第二凸部包括多个第二凸起,多个所述第二凸起形成在开口部的内缘,每个所述第二凸起与穿过所述开口部的柱体相间隔。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于:所述柱体装配于所述茎杆的内孔位中,多个所述第二凸起先装配于多个所述第一凸起之间的空间,使所述第一部与第二部可相对转动直至多个所述第二凸起抵靠多个所述第一凸起,从而使所述第一部与第二部稳定连接。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一所述的装置,其特征在于:所述握持及支撑装置为便携式装置。
11.一种用于所述装置的连接机构,其特征在于:所述装置具有带容装机构的支撑机构,以及一个或多个具有第一端的延伸件,所述第一端可安装在所述支撑机构的容装机构内,所述连接机构包括第一部与第二部,所述第一部的一端具有第一凸部,所述第二部的一端具有第二凸部,所述第一凸部与第二凸部可拆卸地抵靠,使所述第一部与所述第二部稳定地连接;
所述第一部与所述第二部的每一端均设置有所述第一凸部与所述第二凸部的任意组合;
所述第一部的近端设置有在近端形成的凹部,所述凹部内设置有第一卡合部,所述第一卡合部包括茎杆,所述茎杆设置有内孔位和多个第一凸起的第一凸部,多个所述第一凸起沿所述茎杆的外围设置,各个第一凸起之间设置有空间。
12.根据权利要求11所述的连接机构,其特征在于:所述第二凸部包括多个第二凸起,多个所述第二凸起形成在开口部的内缘,每个所述第二凸起与穿过所述开口部的柱体相间隔。
13.根据权利要求12所述的连接机构,其特征在于:所述柱体装配于所述茎杆的内孔位中,多个所述第二凸起先装配于多个所述第一凸起之间的相邻空间,使所述第一部与第二部可相对转动直至多个所述第二凸起与多个所述第一凸起相抵靠,从而使所述第一部与第二部稳定连接。
14.根据权利要求11-13任一所述的连接机构,其特征在于:所述装置为便携式装置。
