Abstract

本发明提出的一种直式压接型电子连接器,包括壳体,壳体包括上下2个接线端,接线端上设有插入口,并内设空腔,空腔内设有弹性铜片,每个弹性铜片均由多个弧形铜片构成,2个接线端之间固定设有圆柱形的铜块,铜块的两端分别于2个接线端内的弧形铜片电性连接,本发明结构简单,设计合理,较现有的螺丝紧固式连接相比,连接器的壳体采用直式设计,并采用了压接的连接方式,当端子插入空腔内,并与弹性铜片卡接,即可实现回路上导体的桥接,不仅降低了接线难度,拆除也十分方便,插入口设置倒锥形的橡胶套,当端子插入后,可有效防止粉尘、水进入壳体内,提高了连接器的防尘、防腐蚀效果,提高了使用的安全性。

本发明涉及电子连接器领域,特别是一种直式压接型电子连接器。
背景技术
电子连接器(也常被称为电路连接器,电连接器),将一个回路上的两个导体桥接起来,使得电流或者讯号可以从一个导体流向另一个导体的导体设备。
现下使用的电子连接器多为螺丝紧固式,此种紧固方式的电子连接器普遍存在连接较难、拆除麻烦的缺点,且端子多在外部,保护性不强。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种直式压接型电子连接器。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种直式压接型电子连接器,包括圆柱状的壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上下2个接线端,所述2个接线端为一体式对称设置,接线端的一端开口,为插入口,接线端的内部为圆柱形的空腔,所述插入口呈圆柱形,其内设有倒锥形的橡胶套,所述空腔内设有多个弹性铜片,所述多个弹性铜片呈周向均布,每个弹性铜片形状大小相同,且每个弹性铜片均由多个弧形铜片构成,所述弧形铜片包括第一弧形铜片、第二弧形铜片和第三弧形铜片,所述第一弧形铜片、第二弧形铜片和第三弧形铜片为一体式结构,第一弧形铜片呈圆弧形,其所呈的圆弧形所对应的圆心角为α,所述α为45°~55°,第二弧形铜片呈圆弧形,其所呈的圆弧形所对应的圆心角为β,所述β为125°~135°,第三弧形铜片呈圆弧形,其所呈的圆弧形所对应的圆心角为γ,所述γ为120°~130°;
所述2个接线端之间固定设有圆柱形的铜块,所述铜块的两端分别于2个接线端内的弧形铜片电性连接;
进一步的,所述插入口所呈的圆柱形的直径小于空腔所呈的圆柱形的直径;
进一步的,所述圆柱状的壳体的外壁上设有防滑纹,所述防滑纹呈网状。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提出的一种直式压接型电子连接器,包括壳体,壳体包括上下2个接线端,接线端上设有插入口,并内设空腔,空腔内设有弹性铜片,每个弹性铜片均由多个弧形铜片构成,2个接线端之间固定设有圆柱形的铜块,铜块的两端分别于2个接线端内的弧形铜片电性连接,本发明结构简单,设计合理,较现有的螺丝紧固式连接相比,连接器的壳体采用直式设计,并采用了压接的连接方式,当端子插入空腔内,并与弹性铜片卡接,即可实现回路上导体的桥接,不仅降低了接线难度,拆除也十分方便,插入口设置倒锥形的橡胶套,当端子插入后,可有效防止粉尘、水进入壳体内,提高了连接器的防尘、防腐蚀效果,提高了使用的安全性。

如图所示的一种直式压接型电子连接器,包括圆柱状的壳体1,其特征在于,所述壳体1包括上下2个接线端2,所述2个接线端2为一体式对称设置,接线端2的一端开口,为插入口21,接线端2的内部为圆柱形的空腔A,所述插入口21呈圆柱形,其内设有倒锥形的橡胶套3,所述空腔A内设有多个弹性铜片4,所述多个弹性铜片4呈周向均布,每个弹性铜片4形状大小相同,且每个弹性铜片4均由多个弧形铜片构成,所述弧形铜片包括第一弧形铜片41、第二弧形铜片42和第三弧形铜片43,所述第一弧形铜片41、第二弧形铜片42和第三弧形铜片43为一体式结构,第一弧形铜片41呈圆弧形,其所呈的圆弧形所对应的圆心角为α,所述α为45°~55°,第二弧形铜片42呈圆弧形,其所呈的圆弧形所对应的圆心角为β,所述β为125°~135°,第三弧形铜片43呈圆弧形,其所呈的圆弧形所对应的圆心角为γ,所述γ为120°~130°;
所述2个接线端2之间固定设有圆柱形的铜块5,所述铜块5的两端分别于2个接线端2内的弧形铜片电性连接;
进一步的,所述插入口21所呈的圆柱形的直径小于空腔A所呈的圆柱形的直径;
进一步的,所述圆柱状的壳体1的外壁上设有防滑纹6,所述防滑纹6呈网状。

1.一种直式压接型电子连接器,包括圆柱状的壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上下2个接线端,所述2个接线端为一体式对称设置,接线端的一端开口,为插入口,接线端的内部为圆柱形的空腔,所述插入口呈圆柱形,其内设有倒锥形的橡胶套,所述空腔内设有多个弹性铜片,所述多个弹性铜片呈周向均布,每个弹性铜片形状大小相同,且每个弹性铜片均由多个弧形铜片构成,所述弧形铜片包括第一弧形铜片、第二弧形铜片和第三弧形铜片,所述第一弧形铜片、第二弧形铜片和第三弧形铜片为一体式结构,第一弧形铜片呈圆弧形,其所呈的圆弧形所对应的圆心角为α,所述α为45°~55°,第二弧形铜片呈圆弧形,其所呈的圆弧形所对应的圆心角为β,所述β为125°~135°,第三弧形铜片呈圆弧形,其所呈的圆弧形所对应的圆心角为γ,所述γ为120°~130°;
所述2个接线端之间固定设有圆柱形的铜块,所述铜块的两端分别于2个接线端内的弧形铜片电性连接。
