技术领域
本发明一种断开电线连接器,属于电气设备领域,具体涉及一种低电电气设备连接端子。
背景技术
家庭用电尤其是农村地区用电,经常需要在户外进行拉接电线,而且存在两条电线连接的情况,遇到这种情况,人们往往是简单的采用防水胶带缠裹电线接头处防护漏电或者触电等事故。这样的处理情况短时间内确实存在有效的用电防护作用,但是存在极大的安全隐患,容易产生漏电、短路的情况,尤其是遇到下雨或者潮湿环境,防水胶带的漏电、短路情况将更加严重。
发明内容
为克服上述情况中的缺陷,本发明提出的技术问题是:提供一种可以快速方便的连接电线的连接端子,这种连接端子具有结构简单、防止漏电、连接牢固的特点。
本发明提供的技术方案为:一种断开电线连接器,包括:接线柱和两个与接线柱配合的接线端子,所述接线端子与接线柱通过螺纹连接;
所述接线柱包括:接线管、压接端子和接线卡柱;所述接线柱为采用绝缘橡胶制作且两端具有外螺纹的圆柱实体,所述接线柱上设置有若干接线管,所述接线管内部中间位置设置有绝缘橡胶壁,且所述绝缘橡胶壁中间位置固定有金属的导线杆,所述压接端子采用金属管状结构,且压接端子一端由若干管片组成,若干所述管片向内方向设置有压接尖角,所述压接端子另一端孔径与导线杆直径相匹配,所述压接端子另一端外缘设置有螺纹槽,所述接线卡柱是与压接端子直径相适应的内螺纹管状结构,接线卡柱直径与接线管内径相适应,所述接线卡柱可活动安装于接线管内;
所述接线端子包括:接线端盖和接线孔;所述接线端盖中间位置设置有接线孔。
所述接线卡柱一端设置有用以通导线的导线通孔。
所述接线管内部为圆柱孔。
所述接线卡柱比压接端子长3~5mm。
所述接线孔内设置有密封橡胶垫圈。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:
一、本发明与现有技术相比,可以快速连接电路,同时本发明具有防护等级高,安全性好的特点。
二、本发明采用接线卡和接线卡槽,通过压接端子压接,可以直接插透导线的绝缘胶皮和金属导线,节省了导线剥皮的麻烦。
三、本发明采用压接端子和接线卡柱(13),便于压接导线,有利于固定导线,防止导线脱落。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示:一种断开电线连接器,包括:接线柱1和两个与接线柱配合的接线端子2,所述接线端子2与接线柱1通过螺纹连接;
所述接线柱1包括:接线管11、压接端子12和接线卡柱13;所述接线柱1为采用绝缘橡胶制作且两端具有外螺纹的圆柱实体,所述接线柱1上设置有若干接线管11,所述接线管11内部中间位置设置有绝缘橡胶壁14,且所述绝缘橡胶壁14中间位置固定有金属的导线杆15,所述压接端子12采用金属管状结构,且压接端子12一端由若干管片16组成,若干所述管片16向内方向设置有压接尖角17,所述压接端子12另一端孔径与导线杆15直径相匹配,所述压接端子12另一端外缘设置有螺纹槽,所述接线卡柱13是与压接端子12直径相适应的内螺纹管状结构,接线卡柱13直径与接线管11内径相适应,所述接线卡柱13可活动安装于接线管11内;
所述接线端子2包括:接线端盖21和接线孔22;所述接线端盖21中间位置设置有接线孔22。
所述接线卡柱13一端设置有用以通导线的导线通孔。
所述接线管11内部为圆柱孔。
所述接线卡柱13比压接端子12长3~5mm。
所述接线孔22内设置有密封橡胶垫圈。
使用时,将接线端子2通过接线孔22安装于电线上,然后将电线外皮拨开,将内部的单根导线穿插过接线卡柱13的导线通孔内部后接入压接端子12内,将接线卡柱13拧在压接端子12上,再将压接端子12放置于接线管11内,依次将其他导线安上述操作进行后,将接线端子2拧紧在接线柱1上。
为进一步提高所述电线连接器的防水性能,可以在接线孔22和接线端盖21与接线柱1连接处涂覆防水乳胶。
当然,本发明可以根据需要在接线柱1设置不同数量的接线孔22,上述实施例仅作为一种示例性说明本发明的原理及其效果,而非用于限制本发明。对于熟悉此技术的人皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改进。

1.一种断开电线连接器,其特征在于:包括:接线柱(1)和两个与接线柱配合的接线端子(2),所述接线端子(2)与接线柱(1)通过螺纹连接;
所述接线柱(1)包括:接线管(11)、压接端子(12)和接线卡柱(13);所述接线柱(1)为采用绝缘橡胶制作且两端具有外螺纹的圆柱实体,所述接线柱(1)上设置有若干接线管(11),所述接线管(11)内部中间位置设置有绝缘橡胶壁(14),且所述绝缘橡胶壁(14)中间位置固定有金属的导线杆(15),所述压接端子(12)采用金属管状结构,且压接端子(12)一端由若干管片(16)组成,若干所述管片(16)向内方向设置有压接尖角(17),所述压接端子(12)另一端孔径与导线杆(15)直径相匹配,所述压接端子(12)另一端外缘设置有螺纹槽,所述接线卡柱(13)是与压接端子(12)直径相适应的内螺纹管状结构,接线卡柱(13)直径与接线管(11)内径相适应,所述接线卡柱(13)可活动安装于接线管(11)内;
所述接线端子(2)包括:接线端盖(21)和接线孔(22);所述接线端盖(21)中间位置设置有接线孔(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种断开电线连接器,其特征在于:所述接线卡柱(13)一端设置有用以通导线的导线通孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种断开电线连接器,其特征在于:所述接线管(11)内部为圆柱孔。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种断开电线连接器,其特征在于:所述接线卡柱(13)比压接端子(12)长3~5mm。
5.根据权利要求1、2或4任一权利要求所述一种断开电线连接器,其特征在于:所述接线孔(22)内设置有密封橡胶垫圈。
