本发明公开了防水型接线端子,包括接线端子本体,接线端子本体两端分别设有电器连接头和压接管,所述压接管包括用于供电缆插入的电缆压接管和用于供电缆端部裸线芯插入的线芯压接管,线芯压接管和电缆压接管串联并且内部连通,线芯压接管的一端密封并与所述电器连接头固定连接,线芯压接管的另一端固定连接电缆压接管的一端,电缆压接管的另一端设有供电缆插入的插线口,电缆压接管内部沿轴向并列设有至少一个密封胶圈;本发明防水型接线端子,防水密封性好且可靠耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力供电技术领域,具体是涉及防水型接线端子。
背景技术
通常使用接线端子来连接电缆和电器接线端,接线端子的电缆连接端通常暴露在外,目前常用的绝缘方法是在电缆连接端外缠绕绝缘胶带进行密封,这样的结构存在如下问题:当接线端子端面附着雨水时,很容易通过绝缘胶带与接线端子或电缆之间的间隙倒流到接线端子的接线处从而引发电缆裸线锈蚀损坏等安全隐患,而且缠绕的绝缘胶带时间久了容易松动、老化,也会造成雨水渗入而带来安全隐患,另外,由于缠绕绝缘胶带的方式随意性较大,工艺因人而异,质量容易参差不齐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种防水密封性好且可靠耐用的防水型接线端子。
本发明通过下列技术方案来实现:
防水型接线端子,包括导电材质的接线端子本体,接线端子本体的一端设有用于固定连接电器接线端的电器连接头,另一端设有用于固定连接电缆的压接管,所述压接管包括用于供电缆插入的电缆压接管和用于供电缆端部裸线芯插入的线芯压接管,线芯压接管和电缆压接管串联并且内部连通,线芯压接管的一端密封并与所述电器连接头固定连接,线芯压接管的另一端固定连接电缆压接管的一端,电缆压接管的另一端设有供电缆插入的插线口,电缆压接管内部沿轴向并列设有至少一个密封胶圈。
优选,所述压接管为阶梯管状结构,其中细径段为所述线芯压接管,粗径段为所述电缆压接管,且所述线芯压接管的内径小于所述电缆压接管的内径。
使用时,将电缆(电缆端部的绝缘外皮已剥去)插入压接管并穿过密封胶圈,电缆端部的裸线芯插入至线芯压接管内,电缆压接管内的电缆则带有绝缘外皮,然后压接线芯压接管以将其内的裸线芯压紧固定,压接电缆压接管以将其内的电缆压紧固定,密封胶圈在挤压变形后能够密封电缆压接管与电缆绝缘外皮之间的缝隙。
和现有技术相比,本发明防水型接线端子的有益效果是:通过将电缆连接头设置为阶梯状压接管,能够分别用来压接电缆裸线芯和电缆绝缘外皮,连接牢靠,且在其中电缆压接管内设置密封胶圈,在对电缆压接管进行压接时能够使密封胶圈在挤压变形后密封电缆压接管与电缆绝缘外皮之间的缝隙,密封性好,不易松脱、老化。
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的效果作进一步说明,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明防水型接线端子作进一步描述:
如图1-4所示,防水型接线端子,包括导电材质的接线端子本体1,接线端子本体1的一端设有用于固定连接电器接线端的电器连接头11,另一端设有用于固定连接电缆2的压接管12,所述压接管12为阶梯管状结构,其中细径段为用于供电缆2插入的线芯压接管121,粗径段为用于供电缆2端部裸线芯21插入的电缆压接管122,线芯压接管121和电缆压接管122串联并且内部连通,线芯压接管121的一端密封并与所述电器连接头11固定连接,线芯压接管121的另一端固定连接电缆压接管122的一端,电缆压接管122的另一端设有供电缆2插入的插线口,电缆压接管122内部沿轴向并列嵌入式设有两个密封胶圈123。
使用时,将电缆2(电缆2端部的绝缘外皮已剥去)插入压接管12并穿过密封胶圈123,电缆2端部的裸线芯21插入至线芯压接管121内,电缆压接管122内的电缆2则带有绝缘外皮22,然后压接线芯压接管121以将其内的裸线芯21压紧固定,压接电缆压接管122以将其内的电缆2压紧固定,密封胶圈123在挤压变形后能够密封电缆压接管122与电缆2绝缘外皮22之间的缝隙。
和现有技术相比,本发明防水型接线端子的有益效果是:通过将电缆2连接头设置为阶梯状压接管12,能够分别用来压接电缆2裸线芯21和电缆2绝缘外皮22,连接牢靠,且在其中电缆压接管122内设置密封胶圈123,在对电缆压接管122进行压接时能够使密封胶圈123在挤压变形后密封电缆压接管122与电缆2绝缘外皮22之间的缝隙,密封性好,不易松脱、老化。
本发明详细介绍了一些实施方式及其附图,但本发明不限于这些实施例及其附图,尤其不限于附图中的防水型接线端子形状,附图中示出的是各种各样的形状中较为美观的防水型接线端子,虽然此形状不是本发明保护要求保护的技术点,只要本领域普通技术人员根据本发明,不付出创造性劳动,对其进行修改、等同替换、改进等而得到的其他实施方式及其附图,均在本发明的保护范围内。

1.防水型接线端子,包括导电材质的接线端子本体,接线端子本体的一端设有用于固定连接电器接线端的电器连接头,另一端设有用于固定连接电缆的压接管,其特征在于,所述压接管包括用于供电缆插入的电缆压接管和用于供电缆端部裸线芯插入的线芯压接管,线芯压接管和电缆压接管串联并且内部连通,线芯压接管的一端密封并与所述电器连接头固定连接,线芯压接管的另一端固定连接电缆压接管的一端,电缆压接管的另一端设有供电缆插入的插线口,电缆压接管内部沿轴向并列设有至少一个密封胶圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水型接线端子,其特征在于,所述压接管为阶梯管状结构,其中细径段为所述线芯压接管,粗径段为所述电缆压接管,且所述线芯压接管的内径小于所述电缆压接管的内径。
