Abstract

本发明提出的一种压入式电子连接器,包括壳体,壳体包括左右2个接线端,接线端内设置接线铜片和弹簧活动腔,接线铜片包括触头端和连接端,触头端上设有内凹的半球形的触板,弹簧活动腔内设有推块和压力弹簧,本发明结构简答,设计合理,较现有的螺丝紧固式连接相比,采用了压入式的连接方式,将两个导体桥接起来,不仅降低了接线难度,拆除也十分方便,而且端子位于连接器内部,保护性更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子连接器领域,特别是一种压入式电子连接器。
背景技术
电子连接器(也常被称为电路连接器,电连接器),将一个回路上的两个导体桥接起来,使得电流或者讯号可以从一个导体流向另一个导体的导体设备。
现下使用的电子连接器多为螺丝紧固式,此种紧固方式的电子连接器普遍存在连接较难、拆除麻烦的缺点,且端子多在外部,保护性不强。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种压入式电子连接器。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种压入式电子连接器,包括圆柱状的壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体包括左右2个接线端,所述2个接线端为一体式对称设置,接线端内嵌入有呈L形的接线铜片,所述接线铜片包括触头端和连接端;2个接线端内均设有圆柱形的空腔,且2个接线端内的空腔互相连通,构成弹簧活动腔;
所述位于2个接线端内的2个接线铜片的触头端分别位于弹簧活动腔的两端,触头端上设有内凹的半球形的触板,所述壳体上设有2个圆形的、供端子插入的端子插口,所述端子插口连通弹簧活动腔,并位于弹簧活动腔的两端,弹簧活动腔的内部设有推块和压力弹簧,所述压力弹簧始终处于压缩状态,推块的数量为2个,分别与压力弹簧的两端固定连接,且其外壁与弹簧活动腔间隙配合,2个推块与2个接线铜片的触头端一一对应,推块上设有截面呈弧形的限位槽和斜向设置的导向斜面,所述限位槽与触板相对设置,所述导向斜面对应端子插口位置,其斜面与端子插口的中心线所呈的角度为α,所述α为45°~70°;
所述端子包括球形端子和接线柱;
进一步的,所述位于2个接线端内的2个接线铜片的连接端通过导线或者铜片电性连接。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提出的一种压入式电子连接器,包括壳体,壳体包括左右2个接线端,接线端内设置接线铜片和弹簧活动腔,接线铜片包括触头端和连接端,触头端上设有内凹的半球形的触板,弹簧活动腔内设有推块和压力弹簧,本发明结构简答,设计合理,较现有的螺丝紧固式连接相比,采用了压入式的连接方式,将两个导体桥接起来,不仅降低了接线难度,拆除也十分方便,而且端子位于连接器内部,保护性更好。

为使本发明的技术方案更加清晰明确,下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步描述,任何对本发明技术方案的技术特征进行等价替换和常规推理得出的方案均落入本发明保护范围。
如图所示的一种压入式电子连接器,包括圆柱状的壳体1,其特征在于,所述壳体1包括左右2个接线端2,所述2个接线端2为一体式对称设置,接线端2内嵌入有呈L形的接线铜片3,所述接线铜片3包括触头端31和连接端32;2个接线端2内均设有圆柱形的空腔,且2个接线端2内的空腔互相连通,构成弹簧活动腔A;
所述位于2个接线端2内的2个接线铜片3的触头端31分别位于弹簧活动腔A的两端,触头端31上设有内凹的半球形的触板4,所述壳体1上设有2个圆形的、供端子插入的端子插口5,所述端子插口5连通弹簧活动腔A,并位于弹簧活动腔A的两端,弹簧活动腔A的内部设有推块6和压力弹簧7,所述压力弹簧7始终处于压缩状态,推块6的数量为2个,分别与压力弹簧7的两端固定连接,且其外壁与弹簧活动腔A间隙配合,2个推块6与2个接线铜片3的触头端31一一对应,推块6上设有截面呈弧形的限位槽61和斜向设置的导向斜面62,所述限位槽61与触板4相对设置,所述导向斜面62对应端子插口5位置,其斜面与端子插口5的中心线所呈的角度为α,所述α为45°~70°;
所述端子7包括球形端子71和接线柱72;
进一步的,所述位于2个接线端2内的2个接线铜片3的连接端32通过导线或者铜片电性连接。
本实施例中,端子的接线柱用于连接回路上的导体,当需要将一个回路上的两个导体桥接起来时,首先,将两个导体与端子的接线柱电性连接,随后,将球形端子自端子插口插入电子连接器的壳体内,球形端子压迫导向斜面,迫使压力弹簧收缩,球形端子继续向壳体内部运动,直至卡入触头端的半球形触板内,同时限位槽与球形端子的外壁契合,将球形端子位置限制住,此时,两个导体就桥接起来了。

1.一种压入式电子连接器,包括圆柱状的壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体包括左右2个接线端,所述2个接线端为一体式对称设置,接线端内嵌入有呈L形的接线铜片,所述接线铜片包括触头端和连接端;2个接线端内均设有圆柱形的空腔,且2个接线端内的空腔互相连通,构成弹簧活动腔;
所述位于2个接线端内的2个接线铜片的触头端分别位于弹簧活动腔的两端,触头端上设有内凹的半球形的触板,所述壳体上设有2个圆形的、供端子插入的端子插口,所述端子插口连通弹簧活动腔,并位于弹簧活动腔的两端,弹簧活动腔的内部设有推块和压力弹簧,所述压力弹簧始终处于压缩状态,推块的数量为2个,分别与压力弹簧的两端固定连接,且其外壁与弹簧活动腔间隙配合,2个推块与2个接线铜片的触头端一一对应,推块上设有截面呈弧形的限位槽和斜向设置的导向斜面,所述限位槽与触板相对设置,所述导向斜面对应端子插口位置,其斜面与端子插口的中心线所呈的角度为α,所述α为45°~70°;
所述端子包括球形端子和接线柱。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种压入式电子连接器,其特征在于,所述位于2个接线端内的2个接线铜片的连接端通过导线或者铜片电性连接。
