Description

Multi-class travel product pushing method and device, electronic equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computer application, in particular to a method and a device for pushing various types of travel products, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
Background
With the development of OTA (Online Travel Agent), Travel electronic commerce is more and more popular, and users have more and more demands for different services.
OTA platforms typically push a message recommending travel products to prompt the user to place an order for a user who has access and transaction activity on the platform in the near future. The message channel is a major reach for travel product push. Since too many push messages may reduce user tolerance and cause interference, the mechanism may control the frequency of sending push messages. However, on the basis of this control, another problem arises, how to send appropriate content to appropriate users in limited message reach users, and the yield and benefit are maximized.
The existing push message sending mode is as follows:
1) based on the behaviors of browsing, ordering and the like of the user, different types of travel products (such as air tickets, trains, hotels and the like) push specific products according to the customized pushing mode.
2) When different types of travel products are pushed, the user is adopted to trigger which type of travel product and then which type of travel product is pushed.
Such a method has the following disadvantages that various types of travel products cannot be integrated for pushing, and it is difficult to uniformly acquire the operation of the user on the push message to perform optimization of subsequent algorithm updating.

In order to solve the defects of the prior art and realize the integrated pushing of various types of travel products, the invention provides a method and a device for pushing various types of travel products, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
Referring initially to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 illustrates a flow diagram of a multi-category travel product push method according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 1 shows a total of 4 steps:
step S110: and monitoring the travel time and/or the time interval between the order placing time and the current time of one or more orders according to one or more orders of the user account.
Step S120: and when the monitored time interval is matched with the trigger scene in the trigger scene set, determining a scene number according to the matched trigger scene, and triggering the pushing of various types of travel products.
In particular, the set of trigger scenarios can be seen in fig. 2.
When the user account only has one order (single order), if the order placing time B and the travel time D of the order are the same day (i.e. the triggering scenario 201), pushing of multiple types of travel products is triggered in real time when the order placing is successful. In some embodiments, the user order time is limited, and when the user order time exceeds 22 points, pushing of multiple types of travel products is triggered on day B + 1.
When the user account has only one order (single order), if the interval N between the order placing time B and the travel time D of the order is less than or equal to 10 days (i.e., the trigger scenario 202), the trigger time for pushing the multiple types of travel products is B +1 day. When the trigger time of the trigger scenario 202 conflicts with the trigger time of the trigger scenario 201, the trigger time earlier on the day is used as the standard.
When the user account only has one order (single order), if the interval N between the order placing time B and the travel time D of the order is greater than 10 and less than or equal to 45 days (i.e. the trigger scenario 203), the trigger time for pushing the multiple types of travel products is B +1 day and D-5 days (two times of pushing).
When the user account only has one order (single order), if the interval N between the order placing time B and the travel time D of the order is greater than 45 days (i.e., the trigger scenario 204), the trigger time for pushing the multiple types of travel products is B +1 day, (D-B)/2 days, and D-5 days (three times for pushing).
When the user account has a plurality of orders, and the orders have the same destination, the order with the latest departure time is taken as a reference order, and the order with the departure time of the reference order being less than or equal to 10 is taken as a first order (i.e., the trigger scenario 210), the reference order is taken as only one order of the user account to determine the trigger scenario set (i.e., the trigger scenario 201 to the trigger scenario 204), and push of multiple types of travel products is not triggered according to the first order.
When the user account has a plurality of orders, and the orders have the same destination, the order with the latest departure time is taken as the reference order, and the time interval between the departure time of the reference order and the departure time of the reference order is greater than 10 and is taken as the second order (i.e., the trigger scenario 220), the reference order is taken as only one order of the user account, the trigger scenario set (i.e., the trigger scenario 201 to the trigger scenario 204) is determined, and when the current time is B +10 days, the reference order is re-determined.
When the user account has a plurality of orders and the orders have different destinations (i.e., the trigger scenario 230), the trigger scenario set is determined by using each of the orders with different destinations as only one order of the user account. When there are multiple orders for the same destination, processing is per trigger scenario 210 and trigger scenario 220.
In each of the above trigger scenarios, the same user account only triggers pushing of multiple types of travel products once within 24 hours and/or the same user account only triggers pushing of multiple types of travel products once within 10 days of the same destination, so as to control the sending frequency of the push message.
Step S130 performs the following 4 steps for each destination of the one or more orders:
step S131: and acquiring a plurality of pushed contents of each type of the travel products from the respective database of each type of the travel products.
Step S132: and performing priority sequencing on a plurality of pushed contents of each type of travel product at least according to the historical orders of the user accounts, the historical browsing records of the user accounts and the historical user feedback data of each pushed content.
For example, the user tag is obtained according to a historical order of the user account and a historical browsing record of the user account. The user tags can be high star users/low star users (user tags of hotel travel product pushed contents: star grade number of hotel travel products in historical orders and example browsing records is more than 3.5/less than or equal to 3.5), business class users/economy class users (user tags of air ticket travel product pushed contents: proportion of business class in historical orders and example browsing records is more than proportion of economy class/proportion of economy class is more than proportion of business class), and the like. A weighted calculation is performed to prioritize multiple pushes for each type of travel product based on the user tags and historical user feedback data for each push (feedback data may include the number of times the user clicks on the push, the number of times the user places an order for the push, etc.).
Step S133: and determining the pushed contents to be pushed in each type of travel products according to the priority sequence of the pushed contents.
In some embodiments, only the top 10% to 20% of the prioritized push content of each type of travel product may be extracted as push content to be pushed. In some embodiments, all of the push content in each type of travel product may be considered as the push content to be pushed.
Step S134: and prioritizing the plurality of types of travel products according to at least the type of the travel products of the current order, the scene number and the profit of the pushed contents to be pushed in each type of travel products after the order is placed.
Specifically, if the current order of the user is a hotel order, the hotel order is ranked backwards in the priority ranking process of the travel products (since the user has already reserved, it can be determined that the user needs hotel products to a lower degree). Further, different scene numbers (such as the reference numbers in fig. 2, but the present invention is not limited thereto) distinguish different trigger scenes, and user requirements are different for different trigger scenes. For example, in a trigger scenario that is further away from the departure time, the user's demand for ticket (or other transportation class) products is greater; in a trigger scene close to the departure time, the user has a greater demand for scenic spots and vehicle-packaging products. Different types of travel products may be ordered according to the above-mentioned needs.
In addition, in some embodiments, the profit (sum of profits or average profit) of each type of travel product after ordering the push content to be pushed is calculated preferentially, and the weight of each type of travel product is adjusted by the scene number and the type of travel product of the current order to perform priority ranking.
Step S140: and generating a push page of multiple types of travel products, wherein the push page comprises a destination window and multiple types of product push windows corresponding to the destination window, the destination window is used for displaying destination information, and the multiple types of product push windows are used for displaying push contents of the multiple types of travel products according to the priority sequence of the travel products.
In some embodiments, before generating the pushed page of the plurality of types of travel products, a link connected to the pushed page is pushed according to the user account and/or the user equipment identifier for logging in the user account. In such embodiments, the link contains parameters (push message and scene parameters, etc.) that can be used to determine the source of the message. By analyzing the encrypted user account in the link, the priority ranking result of the step S130 is obtained according to the user account, and the push content to be pushed is obtained by transmitting the push content from the server participating in different types of travel products (if there is no push content, preset push data can be pushed, and the preset push data is obtained according to a preset product identifier), and the push page is assembled according to the data. In this embodiment, it can also be obtained whether the user receives the message containing the link and whether the user clicks the data of the link, so as to optimize the algorithm in step S130.
In still other embodiments, the identification of each push content of the push page has a validity period, and when the validity period is exceeded, the push content is not displayed.
Specifically, the generated push page can be seen in fig. 3, and the push page 301 includes a destination window 302 and a multi-type product push window 303 corresponding to the destination window. The destination window 301 is used to display destination information (e.g., a picture of shanghai, a name, and/or other information). The multi-category product push window 303 is used to display push contents (hotel content 305, air ticket content 307) that display multiple categories of travel products (hotel product 304, air ticket product 306) in the priority order of the travel products.
Several modes of operation of the push page of the present invention are described below in conjunction with fig. 3-8.
Referring first to fig. 3-5, when multiple orders for a user account have multiple destinations, the destination window 302 displays by default destination information for the order with the closest departure time (e.g., shanghai), and the multiple-category product push window 303 displays push content for multiple categories of travel products (e.g., preferentially displaying hotel products 304, and then displaying airline ticket products 306) corresponding to shanghai in the priority ranking of the travel products. Then, a first gesture 403 may be identified. The first gesture 403 is a gesture that slides in the destination window 302 in any direction within a first range of directions. An included angle between any one direction in the first direction range and the first direction D1 is less than 45 degrees (for example, sliding from the starting point 401 to the end point 402, and an included angle between the starting point 401 to the end point 402 and the first direction D1 is 0 degree). When the first gesture 403 is recognized, the destination information of the order with the second closest departure time is displayed in the destination window according to the departure time (for example, Shanghai, Suzhou, Nanjing, Paris, Tokyo and the destination with the second closest departure time to Shanghai is Suzhou according to the departure time from near to far), and the pushed contents (train contents 310 and special car contents 311) of multiple types of travel products (train products 308 and special car products 309) which are displayed according to the priority of the travel products in the corresponding Suzhou are displayed in the multiple types of product pushing window.
In the reverse manner, multiple types of travel products whose departure time is next to the current destination can also be switched. Specifically, a second gesture may be identified, the second gesture being a gesture of sliding in the destination window in any direction within a second range of directions, wherein any direction within the second range of directions makes an angle of less than 45 degrees with a second direction D2, the second direction D2 being opposite the first direction D1. When the second gesture is recognized, displaying the destination information of the order with the second highest departure time in the destination window according to the departure time, and displaying the push contents of the multiple types of travel products corresponding to the destination in the multiple types of product push windows according to the priority sequence of the travel products. For example, if a second gesture is identified on the page of FIG. 5, the content of FIG. 3 may be displayed.
Referring now to fig. 6-8, when multiple orders for a user account have multiple destinations, the destination window 302 defaults to displaying destination information for the order with the closest departure time (e.g., shanghai), and the multiple-category product push window 303 displays push content for multiple categories of travel products (e.g., preferentially displaying hotel products 304, and then displaying airline ticket products 306) corresponding to shanghai in the priority ranking of the travel products. Then, a third gesture may be recognized. The third gesture includes the first sub-gesture 403 and the second sub-gesture 107. When the first sub-gesture 403 is recognized, the destination window 302 displays a plurality of icons of destination information of orders sorted by departure time. The first sub-gesture 403 is a gesture where the press time exceeds a first threshold or the press pressure exceeds a second threshold in the destination window 302. When the second sub-gesture 407 is recognized after the first sub-gesture 403 (the second sub-gesture 407 is a gesture of sliding along the arrangement direction of the icons in the destination window 302), an icon is selected from the icons (for example, when the second sub-gesture 407 moves from the starting point 405 to the ending point 406, an icon located approximately in the middle of the destination window 302 is used as the selected icon), destination information corresponding to the icon is displayed in the destination window 302, and the push content displayed in the multi-type product push window is updated accordingly (as shown in fig. 8, when the second sub-gesture 407 moves up, an icon representing suzhou is located in the middle of the destination window 302, which corresponds to the selection of suzhou as the destination, and the content shown in fig. 5 is displayed). Optionally, a plurality of the icons are scrolled in the destination window 302 along with the sliding cycle of the second sub-gesture 407.
In a variation on the above embodiment, the first sub-gesture 404 further includes holding a pressing pressure exceeding a second threshold value to slide on the destination window 301, so that the icons displayed on the destination window 301 are arranged in the order of the departure time of the corresponding destination information from near to far along the sliding direction of the first sub-gesture.
In a variation of the above embodiments, which may be combined with the embodiments of fig. 3-8, for example, a gesture of sliding at the destination window 301 with a pressure not exceeding a second threshold may be recognized as a first gesture and/or a second gesture, with the destination information switched at the destination window 301 by the first gesture and/or the second gesture being ordered by default; a gesture in which the destination window 301 slides with a press pressure exceeding the second threshold may be recognized as a first sub-gesture of the third gesture, the first sub-gesture causes the destination window 301 to display an icon representing the destination information while also changing the sorting direction of the destination information, and when a second sub-gesture is recognized on the basis of the first sub-gesture, the icon in the destination window 301 may be selected. Thereby, different manners of operation in the destination window 301 can be achieved.
