For example, a process of acquiring a second account set meeting a second preset condition from a first account set is described, where for example, a second threshold is 5, a third account set includes accounts a to J, accounts in the third account set, which are matched with accounts in the first account set, are accounts a to H, and electronic scores corresponding to the accounts a to H are 3 to 10, then the accounts in the first account set are a to H, and the electronic scores corresponding to the accounts in the first account set are 3 to 10; the account numbers meeting the second preset condition are account numbers C-H in the first account number set; and constructing accounts C-H in the first account set into a second account set, wherein the second account set comprises accounts C-H.

In specific implementation, efficiency information corresponding to the accounts in the second account set may be obtained, and the first feedback information may be pushed to the accounts in the second account set according to the efficiency information.
Here, the efficiency information corresponding to the accounts in the second account set may be efficiency of processing the feedback opinions for the auditing user corresponding to the accounts in the second account set. For example, the efficiency information of the auditing user corresponding to the accounts in the second account set in a certain time period (for example, within one week, one month, one quarter, and half a year) may be determined by obtaining the total feedback information pushing amount and the processed feedback information amount of the auditing user corresponding to the accounts in the second account set in the certain time period.
Optionally, the efficiency information corresponding to the accounts in the second account set may be unprocessed feedback information amounts corresponding to the accounts in the second account set, that is, the number of pushed and unprocessed feedback information corresponding to the accounts in the second account set.
Pushing the first feedback information to the accounts in the second account set according to the efficiency information may include the following three cases:
in a first case, first feedback information is pushed to accounts in the second account set, where efficiency of processing feedback opinions by an audit user corresponding to the accounts in the second account set is greater than a fourth threshold.
Here, the fourth threshold may be any value such as 50%, 60%, 70%, and the like, and the fourth threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In a second case, the first feedback information is pushed to the account numbers in the second account number set, where the amount of unprocessed feedback information corresponding to the account numbers in the second account number set is smaller than a fifth threshold.
Here, the fifth threshold may be any value such as 5, 8, 10, 20, etc., and the fifth threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In a third situation, the first feedback information is pushed to the account with the efficiency of processing the feedback opinions by the auditing user corresponding to the account in the second account set larger than a fourth threshold and the unprocessed feedback information amount corresponding to the account in the second account set smaller than a fifth threshold.
In the embodiment of the application, first feedback information to be pushed is obtained, then a first account set with matching degree between characteristic information corresponding to accounts in the first account set and characteristic information of the first feedback information larger than a first threshold value is obtained, accounts with electronic scores larger than a second threshold value corresponding to accounts are obtained from the first account set, a second account set is obtained, and the first feedback information is pushed to the accounts in the second account set. Determining an account with a higher matching degree (namely, a checking user corresponding to the account) by determining the matching degree between the characteristic information of the account (namely, the characteristic information of the checking user corresponding to the account) and the characteristic information of the first feedback information, determining an account with a higher electronic score by determining an electronic score corresponding to the account with the higher matching degree, and pushing the first feedback information to the account with the higher electronic score; since the first feedback information is matched with the account number from multiple dimensions, that is, the auditing users corresponding to the first feedback information and the account number are matched from multiple dimensions, the auditing users with higher matching degree with the feedback information can be accurately determined, and the feedback information can be accurately pushed, so that the auditing efficiency is improved; when the first feedback information is pushed to the auditing user corresponding to the account in the second account set, the factors such as the processing efficiency of the auditing user on the feedback information, the feedback information which is not processed by the auditing user at present and the like are combined, so that the first feedback information can be reasonably pushed to the auditing user, and the reasonable utilization of resources is realized.

For example, the first feedback information may submit the vulnerability information of the user on the product, the improvement suggestion information of the product performance, the product optimization suggestion information, and the like. Optionally, the first feedback information may also be information that is submitted by the auditing user on the information pushing platform and is not related to the product.
A first set obtaining module 302, configured to obtain a first account set meeting a first preset condition, where the first preset condition includes that a matching degree between feature information corresponding to an account in the first account set and feature information of the first feedback information is greater than a first threshold;
here, the feature information corresponding to the account in the first account set is feature information of an audit user corresponding to the account in the first account set, and the audit user corresponding to the account is a user who logs in the account. Specifically, the auditing user may register accounts or bind accounts on the information push platform in advance, where one account corresponds to one auditing user. Alternatively, the bound account may be a registered mailbox account, a QQ account, a WeChat account, or other accounts of the auditing user. A second set obtaining module 303, configured to obtain, from the first account set, a second account set that meets a second preset condition, where the second preset condition includes that an electronic score corresponding to an account in the second account set is greater than a second threshold;
here, the electronic score corresponding to the account in the second account set may be a score corresponding to the account in the second account set, and the score may be determined by the information push platform according to the first tag corresponding to the account.
An information pushing module 304, configured to push the first feedback information to the accounts in the second account set.
In a specific implementation, the information pushing module 304 may obtain efficiency information corresponding to the accounts in the second account set, and push the first feedback information to the accounts in the second account set according to the efficiency information.
In a possible design, the first set obtaining module 302 is specifically configured to:
acquiring a third account set;
in a possible case, the first set obtaining module 302 may obtain the third account set by:
first, the first set obtaining module 302 may first obtain a plurality of accounts and historical feedback information pushed to each account in the plurality of accounts.
Here, the multiple accounts are accounts registered or bound by the auditing user on the information push platform, that is, the multiple auditing user accounts and the historical feedback information pushed to each of the multiple auditing user accounts are obtained first, that is, the first set obtaining module 302 obtains each auditing user and the feedback information that each auditing user has audited.
Next, the first set obtaining module 302 obtains an account satisfying a third preset condition from the multiple accounts to form a third account set, where the third preset condition includes that the similarity between the first feedback information and the historical feedback information corresponding to the account in the third account set is greater than a third threshold.
Here, the third threshold may be any value such as 100%, 80%, 70%, and the like, and the third threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The similarity can be determined by calculating the coincidence degree of the keywords contained in the two pieces of information, and if the keywords are completely coincident, the similarity can be 70% -100%; if the keywords are partially overlapped, the similarity can be 30% -69%; if the keywords are not coincident at all, the similarity may be 0-29%.

IT can be understood that the first tag may include multiple tags in different fields, for example, tags representing multiple fields such as "IT", "IP", "law", "bioscience", and the like, in the present technical solution, an audit user corresponding to a field to which any one first feedback information belongs is obtained by analyzing the field to which the first feedback information belongs, that is, a field of excellence of the audit user is the same as or similar to the field to which the first feedback information belongs, and according to this way, an audit user in the field to which each first feedback information belongs can be determined.
The first set obtaining module 302 obtains at least one second tag of the first feedback information, where one second tag corresponds to one feature information of the first feedback information;
here, for example, the first feedback information is "the game APP has a serious BUG, and is stuck every time of entering, the first tag may include" game "," APP "," BUG "," stuck ", and the like, and one feature information of the first feedback information may also include" game "," APP "," BUG "," stuck ". After the opinion submitting user submits the first feedback information on the information pushing platform, the first set obtaining module 302 may obtain at least one second tag in the first feedback information.
The first set obtaining module 302 calculates a matching degree between the at least one first tag and the at least one second tag;
if the matching degree is greater than a first threshold, the first set obtaining module 302 determines that the accounts in the third account set satisfy the first preset condition;
thus, the first set obtaining module 302 may determine that the accounts in the third account set satisfy the first preset condition. For a specific method for calculating the matching degree between the first tag and the second tag by the first set obtaining module 302, reference may be made to the similarity determining method in step one, and details are not repeated here. The first threshold may be any value such as 90%, 75%, 60%, etc., and the first threshold is not limited in this embodiment.
The first set obtaining module 302 constructs a first account set from the accounts in the third account set that satisfy the first preset condition, where the third account set includes a plurality of accounts.
Thus, the first set obtaining module 302 may determine a first set of accounts.
In one possible design, the apparatus further includes:
a third set obtaining module 305, configured to obtain an electronic score corresponding to each first tag in at least one first tag of the accounts in the third account set;
the third set obtaining module 305 is further configured to calculate, according to the electronic score corresponding to each first tag in the at least one first tag, an electronic score corresponding to an account in the third account set;

because the first account set is obtained from the third account set, and the electronic scores corresponding to the accounts in the third account set are determined, the electronic scores corresponding to the accounts in the first account set can be obtained.
If the electronic score corresponding to the account in the first account set is larger than a second threshold, determining that the account in the first account set meets the second preset condition;
here, the second threshold may be any value such as 5, 7, 9, etc., and the second threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The second set obtaining module 303 constructs a second account set from the accounts in the first account set that meet the second preset condition, where the first account set includes a plurality of accounts.
For example, a process of acquiring a second account set meeting a second preset condition from a first account set is described, where for example, a second threshold is 5, a third account set includes accounts a to J, accounts in the third account set, which are matched with accounts in the first account set, are accounts a to H, and electronic scores corresponding to the accounts a to H are 3 to 10, then the accounts in the first account set are a to H, and the electronic scores corresponding to the accounts in the first account set are 3 to 10; the account numbers meeting the second preset condition are account numbers C-H in the first account number set; and constructing accounts C-H in the first account set into a second account set, wherein the second account set comprises accounts C-H.
In one possible design, the first set obtaining module 302 is specifically configured to:
acquiring a plurality of account numbers and historical feedback information pushed to each account number in the account numbers;
the second set obtaining module 303 obtains account numbers that meet a third preset condition from the multiple account numbers to form a third account number set, where the third preset condition includes that the similarity between the first feedback information and historical feedback information corresponding to the account numbers in the third account number set is greater than a third threshold.
In one possible design, the apparatus 30 further includes:
an invalid information deleting module 306, configured to obtain a plurality of feedback information;
here, the plurality of feedback information may include any information submitted by the opinion submitting user on the information pushing platform, and may include, for example, a plurality of information such as information that is not standardized (including content that is not standardized and information format that is not standardized), information that is not applicable to a product, information that is applicable to a product, and the like. Optionally, the feedback information may also be any information submitted by the auditing user on the information push platform.
In a specific implementation, the opinion submitting user may log in the information pushing platform and submit feedback information on the information pushing platform, and after the opinion submitting user submits the feedback information, the invalid information deleting module 306 obtains a plurality of feedback information. Here, one opinion submitting user may submit one or more feedback information.
The invalid information deleting module 306 is further configured to delete feedback information that conforms to an invalid information format from the plurality of feedback information, and use the deleted feedback information as valid feedback information, where the valid feedback information includes the first feedback information.
Here, the invalid information format may include a format without text information, such as a format with all punctuations, a format with all emoticons, a format with no text meaning recognized, and the like; advertising message formats such as weight loss + VX, alopecia contact 136XXXXXXXX, and the like; and other product-unrelated opinions such as bad mood today, XX being my remote, etc. It can be understood that the invalid information deleting module 306 deletes the feedback information conforming to the invalid information format to obtain valid information, and the valid information is feedback information that does not conform to the invalid information format, that is, information related to the product (first feedback information).
In a possible design, the information pushing module 304 is specifically configured to:
acquiring efficiency information corresponding to the accounts in the second account set;
here, the efficiency information corresponding to the accounts in the second account set may be efficiency of processing the feedback opinions for the auditing user corresponding to the accounts in the second account set. For example, the efficiency information of the auditing user corresponding to the accounts in the second account set in a certain time period (for example, within one week, one month, one quarter, and half a year), the information pushing module 304 may determine the efficiency information corresponding to the accounts in the second account set by obtaining the total feedback information pushing amount and the processed feedback information amount of the auditing user corresponding to the accounts in the second account set in the certain time period.
Optionally, the efficiency information corresponding to the accounts in the second account set may be unprocessed feedback information amounts corresponding to the accounts in the second account set, that is, the number of pushed and unprocessed feedback information corresponding to the accounts in the second account set.
The information pushing module 304 pushes the first feedback information to the accounts in the second account set according to the efficiency information.
The pushing of the first feedback information to the accounts in the second account set by the second set obtaining module 303 according to the efficiency information may include the following three cases:
in the first case, the information pushing module 304 pushes the first feedback information to the account in the second account set, where efficiency of processing feedback opinions by the auditing user corresponding to the account in the second account set is greater than a fourth threshold.
Here, the fourth threshold may be any value such as 50%, 60%, 70%, and the like, and the fourth threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the second case, the information pushing module 304 pushes the first feedback information to the account numbers in the second account number set, where the amount of unprocessed feedback information corresponding to the account numbers in the second account number set is smaller than the fifth threshold.
Here, the fifth threshold may be any value such as 5, 8, 10, 20, etc., and the fifth threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In a third case, the information pushing module 304 pushes the first feedback information to the account with the efficiency of processing the feedback opinions by the auditing user corresponding to the accounts in the second account set being greater than a fourth threshold and the unprocessed feedback information amount corresponding to the accounts in the second account set being less than a fifth threshold.
It should be noted that, for the content that is not mentioned in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, reference may be made to the description of the method embodiment, and details are not described here again.
In the embodiment of the application, first feedback information to be pushed is obtained, then a first account set with matching degree between characteristic information corresponding to accounts in the first account set and characteristic information of the first feedback information larger than a first threshold value is obtained, accounts with electronic scores larger than a second threshold value corresponding to accounts are obtained from the first account set, a second account set is obtained, and the first feedback information is pushed to the accounts in the second account set. Determining an account with a higher matching degree (namely, a checking user corresponding to the account) by determining the matching degree between the characteristic information of the account (namely, the characteristic information of the checking user corresponding to the account) and the characteristic information of the first feedback information, determining an account with a higher electronic score by determining an electronic score corresponding to the account with the higher matching degree, and pushing the first feedback information to the account with the higher electronic score; since the first feedback information is matched with the account number from multiple dimensions, that is, the auditing users corresponding to the first feedback information and the account number are matched from multiple dimensions, the auditing users with higher matching degree with the feedback information can be accurately determined, and the feedback information can be accurately pushed, so that the auditing efficiency is improved; when the first feedback information is pushed to the auditing user corresponding to the account in the second account set, the factors such as the processing efficiency of the auditing user on the feedback information, the feedback information which is not processed by the auditing user at present and the like are combined, so that the first feedback information can be reasonably pushed to the auditing user, and the reasonable utilization of resources is realized.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a composition structure of an information pushing apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus 40 includes a processor 401, a memory 402, and an input/output interface 403. The processor 401 is connected to the memory 402 and the input-output interface 403, for example, the processor 401 may be connected to the memory 402 and the input-output interface 403 through a bus.
The processor 401 is configured to support the information push apparatus to execute corresponding functions in the information push method described in fig. 2. The processor 401 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), a hardware chip, or any combination thereof. The hardware chip may be an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), or a combination thereof. The PLD may be a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), a General Array Logic (GAL), or any combination thereof.
The memory 402 is used to store program codes and the like. Memory 402 may include Volatile Memory (VM), such as Random Access Memory (RAM); the memory 402 may also include a non-volatile memory (NVM), such as a read-only memory (ROM), a flash memory (flash memory), a Hard Disk Drive (HDD) or a solid-state drive (SSD); the memory 402 may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
The input/output interface 403 is used for inputting or outputting data.
The processor 401 may call the program code to perform the following operations:
acquiring first feedback information to be pushed;
acquiring a first account set meeting a first preset condition, wherein the first preset condition comprises that the matching degree between the characteristic information corresponding to the accounts in the first account set and the characteristic information of the first feedback information is greater than a first threshold value;
acquiring a second account set meeting a second preset condition from the first account set, wherein the second preset condition comprises that the electronic score corresponding to the account in the second account set is greater than a second threshold value;
and pushing the first feedback information to the accounts in the second account set.
It should be noted that, implementation of each operation may also correspond to the corresponding description with reference to the foregoing method embodiment; the processor 401 may also cooperate with the input/output interface 403 to perform other operations in the above-described method embodiments.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, which stores a computer program, where the computer program includes program instructions, and the program instructions, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to execute the method according to the foregoing embodiments, where the computer may be a part of the above-mentioned information pushing apparatus. Such as the processor 401 described above.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. acquiring first feedback information to be pushed;
acquiring a first account set meeting a first preset condition, including: acquiring a third account set; acquiring at least one first label of the accounts in the third account set, wherein one first label corresponds to one feature information of the accounts in the third account set; acquiring at least one second label of the first feedback information, wherein one second label corresponds to one characteristic information of the first feedback information; calculating the matching degree between the at least one first label and the at least one second label; if the matching degree is greater than a first threshold value, determining that the account numbers in the third account number set meet the first preset condition; establishing a first account set by using accounts in the third account set meeting the first preset condition, wherein the third account set comprises a plurality of accounts; the first preset condition comprises that the matching degree between the characteristic information corresponding to the account in the first account set and the characteristic information of the first feedback information is greater than a first threshold value;
acquiring an electronic score corresponding to each first label in at least one first label of the account numbers in the third account number set;
calculating an electronic score corresponding to an account in the third account set according to an electronic score corresponding to each first label in the at least one first label;
acquiring a second account set meeting a second preset condition from the first account set, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring an electronic score corresponding to an account matched with the account in the first account set from the third account set, and taking the electronic score corresponding to the matched account as the electronic score corresponding to the account in the first account set; if the electronic score corresponding to the account in the first account set is larger than a second threshold, determining that the account in the first account set meets the second preset condition; establishing a second account set by using the accounts in the first account set meeting the second preset condition, wherein the first account set comprises a plurality of accounts; the second preset condition comprises that the electronic score corresponding to the account in the second account set is larger than a second threshold value;
and pushing the first feedback information to the accounts in the second account set.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining a third set of account numbers comprises:
acquiring a plurality of account numbers and historical feedback information pushed to each account number in the account numbers;
acquiring accounts meeting a third preset condition from the plurality of accounts to form a third account set, wherein the third preset condition comprises that the similarity of the first feedback information and historical feedback information corresponding to the accounts in the third account set is greater than a third threshold value.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the obtaining the first feedback information to be pushed, further comprising:
acquiring a plurality of feedback information;
deleting feedback information conforming to an invalid information format from the plurality of feedback information, and taking the deleted feedback information as valid feedback information, wherein the valid feedback information comprises the first feedback information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the pushing the first feedback information to the accounts in the second set of accounts comprises:
acquiring efficiency information corresponding to the accounts in the second account set;
and pushing the first feedback information to the account in the second account set according to the efficiency information.
5. An information pushing apparatus, comprising:
the first information acquisition module is used for acquiring first feedback information to be pushed;
the first set obtaining module is configured to obtain a first account set meeting a first preset condition, and includes: acquiring a third account set; acquiring at least one first label of the accounts in the third account set, wherein one first label corresponds to one feature information of the accounts in the third account set; acquiring at least one second label of the first feedback information, wherein one second label corresponds to one characteristic information of the first feedback information; calculating the matching degree between the at least one first label and the at least one second label; if the matching degree is greater than a first threshold value, determining that the account numbers in the third account number set meet the first preset condition; establishing a first account set by using accounts in the third account set meeting the first preset condition, wherein the third account set comprises a plurality of accounts; the first preset condition comprises that the matching degree between the characteristic information corresponding to the account in the first account set and the characteristic information of the first feedback information is greater than a first threshold value;
a third set obtaining module, configured to obtain an electronic score corresponding to each first tag in at least one first tag of the accounts in the third account set; calculating an electronic score corresponding to an account in the third account set according to an electronic score corresponding to each first label in the at least one first label;
