一种卷纸,其按以下配比制作而成:纸浆300-100份、硬脂酸镁15-38份、乙酸乙酯12-22份、胆碱10-22份、色素6-12份、蓖麻油10-15份、胶原水解物10-20份、珍珠粉3-5份、生物酵母5-10份、乙二醇5-10份和茶碱3-5份。
一种卷纸的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:原纸制备,按照配比将纸浆等物质充分混合流入浆池,由提浆泵把纸浆从浆池提入高频振动筛,高频振动筛起到筛选杂物分离作用,筛选后到流入浆池,再由浆泵提入漂洗机进行洗浆、漂白,漂白后自动流入浆池,再由浆提入磨浆机,经磨浆磨成细浆后,自动流入浆池再由浆泵提入沉沙盘进行杂质沉淀分离出去,后制成纯浆,再由除沙泵提入稳浆箱进行调和浆的浓度,之后自动流入网槽后,由网笼毛毯带浆进入烘缸,烘干;
步骤二:卷纸,将制备好的原纸利用卷纸机进行卷纸、压花、打孔,卷纸面平整,松紧一致;
步骤三:切纸,将卷好卷纸用切纸机进行切卷,宽度为10cm;
步骤四:包装,利用包装机进行外薄膜包装。
所述的步骤三中的卷纸长度为10cm。
