本发明公开了一种改良型高性能合成纤维,包括:中心层,加强层,中和层和保护层,其中,所述的中心层与所述的加强层相连接,且所述的加强层围绕所述的中心层,所述的加强层与所述的中和层相连接,且所述的中和层包围所述加强层,所述的中和层与所述的保护层相连接,且所述的保护层围绕所述的中和层。通过上述方式,本发明能够具有较好的韧性。

技术领域
本发明涉及化纤领域,特别是涉及一种改良型高性能合成纤维。
背景技术
聚酰胺纤维俗称尼龙(Nylon),英文名称Polyamide(简称PA),密度1.15g/cm3,是分子主链上含有重复酰胺基团—[NHCO]—的热塑性树脂总称,包括脂肪族PA,脂肪—芳香族PA和芳香族PA。其中脂肪族PA品种多,产量大,应用广泛,其命名由合成单体具体的碳原子数而定。由美国著名化学家卡罗瑟斯和他的科研小组发明的。
尼龙是聚酰胺纤维(锦纶)的一种说法,可制成长纤或短纤。锦纶是聚酰胺纤维的商品名称,又称耐纶(Nylon)。英文名称Polyamide(简称PA),其基本组成物质是通过酰胺键—[NHCO]—连接起来的脂肪族聚酰胺。。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种改良型高性能合成纤维,能够具有较好的韧性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种改良型高性能合成纤维,包括:中心层,加强层,中和层和保护层,其中,所述的中心层与所述的加强层相连接,且所述的加强层围绕所述的中心层,所述的加强层与所述的中和层相连接,且所述的中和层包围所述加强层,所述的中和层与所述的保护层相连接,且所述的保护层围绕所述的中和层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的中心层为竹炭纤维,所述的加强层为玻璃纤维,所述的中和层为棉纤维,所述的保护层为聚酰胺纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的保护层双重围绕保护中和层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有良好的综合性能,包括力学性能、耐热性、耐磨损性、耐化学药品性,且摩擦系数低,有一定的阻燃性,易于加工,适于用玻璃纤维和其它填料填充增强改性,提高性能和扩大应用范围。

区别于现有技术。
进一步说明,所述的中心层1为竹炭纤维,所述的加强层2为玻璃纤维,所述的中和层3为棉纤维,所述的保护层4为聚酰胺纤维。
再进一步说明,所述的保护层4双重围绕保护中和层2。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良型高性能合成纤维,其特征在于:所述的中心层为竹炭纤维,所述的加强层为玻璃纤维,所述的中和层为棉纤维,所述的保护层为聚酰胺纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良型高性能合成纤维,其特征在于:所述的保护层双重围绕保护中和层。
