According to the equipment, the storage equipment and the terminal equipment related to the product identity code, the identity code of the product is collected and recorded in sequence before the product is packaged, and the product with failed identity code collection is removed, so that the readability of the product identity code packaged in the combined packaging body is ensured; the products with successfully collected identities are conveyed to a packaging station, the packaging station counts the products conveyed to the position of the packaging station, packs the products meeting the counting threshold value into a combined packaging body, collects identity codes of the products with the count value of one, and uses the collected identity codes as associated separators of the combined packaging body where the products corresponding to the identity codes are located, so that the identity codes consistent with the associated separators are inquired in a recording table in which the identity codes of each product are sequentially recorded according to the associated separators of each combined packaging body, all the identity codes ordered between two corresponding identity codes and between two adjacent associated separators can be inquired in the recording table, all the identity codes inquired by the latter are associated with the previous associated separators of the two adjacent associated separators, and the identity codes (associated separators) of each combined packaging body and the products in the combined packaging body can be accurately related In combination, even if more or less products are contained in the combined packaging body, the combined packaging body can be accurately associated, the phenomenon that the subsequent combined packaging bodies are also subjected to interlinking errors due to the association error of one combined packaging body is avoided, and the phenomenon of error accumulation is avoided.

Claims (9)
1. A method of product identity association, comprising:
sequentially collecting and recording the identity code of each product in a product queue to be combined and packaged, and rejecting products with failed identity code collection;
controlling a conveying device to convey a product to a packaging station after the identity code of the product is collected; the packaging station is used for counting the products conveyed to the packaging station one by one, and combining and packaging the products meeting the counting threshold value into a combined packaging body;
the method comprises the steps that identity codes of products with a count value of one are collected in the process of counting and packaging the products into a combined packaging body, and the collected identity codes are used as associated separators of the combined packaging body containing the products corresponding to the collected identity codes;
searching the identity code which is the same as the associated separator of the ith combined packaging body and the identity code which is the same as the associated separator of the (i + 1) th combined packaging body from a record table of the identity code of each product recorded in sequence;
and associating the identity code arranged between the identity code identical to the associated separator of the ith combined package and the identity code identical to the associated separator of the (i + 1) th combined package in the record table with the associated separator of the ith combined package.
2. The product identity correlation method according to claim 1, wherein the sequentially collecting and recording the identity codes of each product in the product queue to be combined and packaged, and eliminating products with failed identity code collection specifically comprises:
for each product in a product queue to be combined and packaged, acquiring an identity code of the product;
when the identity code collection of the product fails, the product is removed from the queue;
and when the identity code of the product is successfully collected, recording the identity code of the product after the identity code recorded by the previous product.
3. The method for associating product identities according to any of the claims 1 to 2, wherein said identity code is a digital code, a one-dimensional code or a two-dimensional code.
4. An apparatus for product identity association, comprising:
the product removing module is used for sequentially collecting and recording the identity code of each product in the product queue to be combined and packaged and removing the products with failed identity code collection;
the product counting module is used for controlling the conveying device to convey a product to the packaging station after the identity code of the product is collected; the packaging station is used for counting the products conveyed to the packaging station one by one, and combining and packaging the products meeting the counting threshold value into a combined packaging body;
the product identity acquisition module is used for acquiring identity codes of products with a count value of one in the process of counting and packaging the products into the combined packaging body, and taking the acquired identity codes as associated separators of the combined packaging body containing the products corresponding to the acquired identity codes;
and the product identity correlation module is used for correlating the correlation separator of each combined packaging body with the identity codes of all the products contained in the combined packaging body according to the identity code of each product and the correlation separator of each combined packaging body which are recorded in sequence.
5. The product identity association device according to claim 4, wherein the product elimination module specifically comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a storage unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the identity code of each product in a product queue to be combined and packaged;
the removing unit is used for removing the product from the queue when the identity code acquisition of the product fails;
and the recording unit is used for recording the identity code of the product after the identity code recorded by the previous product when the identity code of the product is successfully acquired.
6. The product identity association device according to claim 4, wherein the product identity association module specifically includes:
the searching unit is used for searching the identity code which is the same as the related separator of the ith combined packaging body and the identity code which is the same as the related separator of the (i + 1) th combined packaging body from the record table of the identity code of each product recorded in sequence;
and the association unit is used for associating the identity codes arranged between the identity codes which are the same as the association separators of the ith combined package and the identity codes which are the same as the association separators of the (i + 1) th combined package with the association separators of the ith combined package in the record table.
7. The product identity correlation device according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the identity code is a digital code, a one-dimensional code or a two-dimensional code.
8. A storage medium having stored therein a plurality of instructions, wherein the instructions when executed by a processor implement the method of product identity association according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
9. A terminal device comprising a memory, a processor and a plurality of instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the instructions implements the method of product identity association according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
