Abstract

本发明公开了一种模组PCB板拆解装置,底板上设有用于容纳铁框的容纳槽,所述容纳槽两侧分别设有转轴和刀具限位块,转轴固定在底板上且与底板垂直设置,刀具一端可转动安装在转轴上,刀具远离转轴一端设有与限位块配合的限位部,所述限位部上设有转动把手,刀具朝向限位块一侧具有与底板倾斜布置的刀口。通过上述优化设计的模组PCB板拆解装置,通过铁框容纳槽将模组定位,通过转动刀具,使得刀具转动过程中对PCB板和铁框之间的双面胶或导电布被切开,实现PCB板与铁框的分离,从而提高拆卸效率,并且拆卸过程中不会对PCB板和铁框造成损坏。

一种模组PCB板拆解装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶模组拆卸技术领域,尤其涉及一种模组PCB板拆解装置。
背景技术
在平板、笔记本液晶屏的结构中,特别是尺寸10.0寸-15.6寸的横屏,一般都带PCB板(电路板),又叫TCON板,液晶屏组装模组成品,PCB电路板要用双面胶和导电布,固定到背光背面的铁框上,双面胶和导电布粘性一般为800-1200g/25mm,这个粘性是比较强的,在返修模组中,一般都需要拆解PCB板,因PCB和铁框很牢固的粘在一起,要用很大的力量才能把PCB板撕下来,从而和铁框分开,目前的做法是:用小刀片一点一点地把PCB和铁框之间的双面胶、导电布划断,然后再把PCB撕下来,这种做法的缺点一是效率太低,二是小刀片容易划伤铁框和PCB板,三是在撕PCB时易造成铁框、背光、PCB变形。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种模组PCB板拆解装置。
本发明提出的一种模组PCB板拆解装置,包括:底板、刀具;
底板上设有用于容纳铁框的容纳槽,所述容纳槽两侧分别设有转轴和刀具限位块,转轴固定在底板上且与底板垂直设置,刀具一端可转动安装在转轴上,刀具远离转轴一端设有与限位块配合的限位部,所述限位部上设有转动把手,刀具朝向限位块一侧具有与底板倾斜布置的刀口。
优选地,转动把手垂直于底板设置。
优选地,底板上设有第一定位凸起和第二定位凸起,第一定位凸起和第二定位凸起之间形成所述容纳槽。
优选地,转轴位于所述容纳槽靠近第一定位凸起一侧,限位块位于所述容纳槽靠近第二定位凸起一侧。
优选地,底板上设有多个限位螺孔,限位块通过螺栓与一个限位螺孔可拆卸连接。

参照图1,本发明提出的一种模组PCB板拆解装置,包括:底板1、刀具;
底板1上设有用于容纳铁框的容纳槽,所述容纳槽两侧分别设有转轴2和刀具限位块3,转轴2固定在底板1上且与底板1垂直设置,刀具5一端可转动安装在转轴2上,刀具5远离转轴2一端设有与刀具限位块3配合的限位部,所述限位部上设有转动把手4,刀具5朝向刀具限位块3一侧具有与底板1倾斜布置的刀口。
本实施例的模组PCB板拆解装置的具体工作过程中,预先将铁框放置在所述容纳槽内,PCB板位于铁框上方,通过转动拉手转动刀具,使得刀具转动过程中切断二者之间的粘胶,完成二者拆卸,并且拆卸过程中不对二者造成损伤。
在本实施例中,所提出的模组PCB板拆解装置,底板上设有用于容纳铁框的容纳槽,所述容纳槽两侧分别设有转轴和刀具限位块,转轴固定在底板上且与底板垂直设置,刀具一端可转动安装在转轴上,刀具远离转轴一端设有与限位块配合的限位部,所述限位部上设有转动把手4,刀具朝向限位块一侧具有与底板倾斜布置的刀口。通过上述优化设计的模组PCB板拆解装置,通过铁框容纳槽将模组定位,通过转动刀具,使得刀具转动过程中对PCB板和铁框之间的双面胶或导电布被切开,实现PCB板与铁框的分离,从而提高拆卸效率,并且拆卸过程中不会对PCB板和铁框造成损坏。
在具体实施方式中,转动把手4垂直于底板1设置。
在其他具体实施方式中,底板1上设有第一定位凸起和第二定位凸起,第一定位凸起和第二定位凸起之间形成所述容纳槽,进一步地,转轴2位于所述容纳槽靠近第一定位凸起一侧,刀具限位块3位于所述容纳槽靠近第二定位凸起一侧,安装时,通过第一定位凸起和第二定位凸起之间的间隙将铁框插入容纳槽内,便于产品拆装
为了适应于不同尺寸的PCB板,底板1上设有多个限位螺孔,刀具限位块3通过螺栓与一个限位螺孔可拆卸连接,从而调节限位块位置,调节切开位置。

1.一种模组PCB板拆解装置,用于分离PCB板和铁框,其特征在于,包括:底板(1)、刀具(5);
底板(1)上设有用于容纳铁框的容纳槽,所述容纳槽两侧分别设有转轴(2)和刀具限位块(3),转轴(2)固定在底板(1)上且与底板(1)垂直设置,刀具(5)一端可转动安装在转轴(2)上,刀具(5)远离转轴(2)一端设有与刀具限位块(3)配合的限位部,所述限位部上设有转动把手(4),刀具(5)朝向刀具限位块(3)一侧具有与底板(1)倾斜布置的刀口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模组PCB板拆解装置,其特征在于,转动把手(4)垂直于底板(1)设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的模组PCB板拆解装置,其特征在于,底板(1)上设有第一定位凸起和第二定位凸起,第一定位凸起和第二定位凸起之间形成所述容纳槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的模组PCB板拆解装置,其特征在于,转轴(2)位于所述容纳槽靠近第一定位凸起一侧,刀具限位块(3)位于所述容纳槽靠近第二定位凸起一侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的模组PCB板拆解装置,其特征在于,底板(1)上设有多个限位螺孔,刀具限位块(3)通过螺栓与一个限位螺孔可拆卸连接。
