导轨在复杂的环境中,受到磕、碰、排渣屑等因素影响,造成磨损,使得加工精度降低,使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足问题,提供一种导轨防护系统。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:导轨防护系统,包括多个铝件、连接件,相邻铝件之间通过连接件连接,形成一条柔性同导轨行程的铝带。
所述铝带与导轨之间设有轴承。
所述铝带设有聚四氟乙烯材质的导向装置。
本发明的特点是:保护导轨不受外界因素所影响,提高导轨的防护等级,维持导轨自身寿命及精度。

如图1所示,本发明为一种导轨防护系统,包括多个铝件1、连接件2,相邻铝件1之间通过连接件2连接,形成一条柔性同导轨行程的铝带,所述铝带搭配轴承或聚四氟乙烯材质等摩擦力较小的的导向装置,通过设置导轨防护系统,保护导轨不受外界因素所影响,提高导轨的防护等级,维持导轨自身寿命及精度。
