技术领域
本发明属于汽车部件检测设备领域,尤其涉及一种快速压力测量机构。
背景技术
对汽车的变速箱、变矩器等部件进行检测时,检测设备通过对接盘与上述部件连接。对接盘与这些部件间的压力往往会对检测结果产生一定的影响。现有的检测设备不能快速的检测这个压力,导致最终的检测结果不够准确。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种快速压力测量机构,其特征在于包括对接盘,所述对接盘内设有凹槽,所述凹槽底部设有压力传感器,所述压力传感器与弹簧A连接,所述压力传感器、弹簧A外套有弹簧B,连接轴插装在所述凹槽内。
本发明的有益效果为:在对接盘内安装压力传感器、弹簧A和弹簧B,压力传感器可以直接检测到连接轴与对接盘间的压力,检测直接、快速。

如图1所示,所述对接盘1内设有凹槽,所述凹槽底部设有压力传感器2,所述压力传感器2与弹簧A3连接,所述压力传感器2、弹簧A3外套有弹簧B4,连接轴5插装在所述凹槽内。
