Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐高温法兰的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:1)选材,选择牌号为YL102的硬质合金钨钢作为法兰的加工坯料;2)坯料加工,对选好的坯料进行外圆磨、钻孔、内圆磨、铣出内螺纹、得到粗制法兰;3)对粗制法兰表面进行研磨、抛光、超声清洗、干燥,得到法兰;4)将耐高温涂层喷涂到法兰表面,获得耐高温法兰。本发明一种耐高温法兰的制备方法制造出来的法兰具有较好的耐高温性质,可以很好的适应高温条件下的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温法兰的制备方法。
背景技术
法兰时常会应用于某些高温环境中,对于未经过耐高温处理的法兰在长期受到高温条件的影响下容易发生损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温法兰的制备方法,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种耐高温法兰的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选材,选择牌号为YL102的硬质合金钨钢作为法兰的加工坯料;
2)坯料加工,对选好的坯料进行外圆磨、钻孔、内圆磨、铣出内螺纹、得到粗制法兰;
3)对粗制法兰表面进行研磨、抛光、超声清洗、干燥,得到法兰;
4)将耐高温涂层喷涂到法兰表面;耐高温涂层配方:热塑性酚醛树脂150~200重量份,氧化锆30~50重量份,氧化镓3~5重量份,氧化硅3~5重量份,氧化钴3~5重量份,甲醇70~90重量份,硅烷偶联剂30~50重量份;喷涂方法:将上述耐高温涂层配置到粘度1cP~10cP之间,然后喷涂在法兰表面,高温预烘烤1min,温度50~90℃,低温预烘烤5min,温度30~50℃,高温烘干15min,温度100~200℃,获得耐高温法兰。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种耐高温法兰的制备方法制造出来的法兰具有较好的耐高温性质,可以很好的适应高温条件下的使用。
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
一种耐高温法兰的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选材,选择牌号为YL102的硬质合金钨钢作为法兰的加工坯料;
2)坯料加工,对选好的坯料进行外圆磨、钻孔、内圆磨、铣出内螺纹、得到粗制法兰;
3)对粗制法兰表面进行研磨、抛光、超声清洗、干燥,得到法兰;
4)将耐高温涂层喷涂到法兰表面;耐高温涂层配方:热塑性酚醛树脂150重量份,氧化锆30重量份,氧化镓3重量份,氧化硅3重量份,氧化钴3重量份,甲醇70重量份,硅烷偶联剂30重量份;喷涂方法:将上述耐高温涂层配置到粘度1cPcP之间,然后喷涂在法兰表面,高温预烘烤1min,温度70℃,低温预烘烤5min,温度30℃,高温烘干15min,温度100℃,获得耐高温法兰。
实施例2:
一种耐高温法兰的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选材,选择牌号为YL102的硬质合金钨钢作为法兰的加工坯料;
2)坯料加工,对选好的坯料进行外圆磨、钻孔、内圆磨、铣出内螺纹、得到粗制法兰;
3)对粗制法兰表面进行研磨、抛光、超声清洗、干燥,得到法兰;
4)将耐高温涂层喷涂到法兰表面;耐高温涂层配方:热塑性酚醛树脂00重量份,氧化锆50重量份,氧化镓5重量份,氧化硅5重量份,氧化钴5重量份,甲醇90重量份,硅烷偶联剂50重量份;喷涂方法:将上述耐高温涂层配置到粘度7cP之间,然后喷涂在法兰表面,高温预烘烤1min,温度80℃,低温预烘烤5min,温度50℃,高温烘干15min,温度150℃,获得耐高温法兰。

1.一种耐高温法兰的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)选材,选择牌号为YL102的硬质合金钨钢作为法兰的加工坯料;
2)坯料加工,对选好的坯料进行外圆磨、钻孔、内圆磨、铣出内螺纹、得到粗制法兰;
3)对粗制法兰表面进行研磨、抛光、超声清洗、干燥,得到法兰;
4)将耐高温涂层喷涂到法兰表面;耐高温涂层配方:热塑性酚醛树脂150~200重量份,氧化锆30~50重量份,氧化镓3~5重量份,氧化硅3~5重量份,氧化钴3~5重量份,甲醇70~90重量份,硅烷偶联剂30~50重量份;喷涂方法:将上述耐高温涂层配置到粘度1cP~10cP之间,然后喷涂在法兰表面,高温预烘烤1min,温度50~90℃,低温预烘烤5min,温度30~50℃,高温烘干15min,温度100~200℃,获得耐高温法兰。
