本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀阀门连接件的制备方法,包括如下步骤:一种耐腐蚀阀门连接件的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)选材,选择牌号为YL10系列的硬质合金钨钢作为阀门连接件的加工坯料;2)坯料加工,对选好的坯料进行外圆磨、钻孔、内圆磨、铣出内螺纹、得到粗制阀门连接件;3)对粗制阀门连接件表面进行研磨、抛光、超声清洗、干燥,得到阀门连接件;4)将耐腐蚀涂层喷涂到阀门连接件表面。本发明一种耐腐蚀阀门连接件的制备方法制造出的阀门连接件具有较好的耐腐蚀性质,可以很好的适应强酸或强碱的条件下的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀阀门连接件的制备方法。
背景技术
阀门连接件时常会应用于某些强酸或强碱的环境中,对于未经过耐腐蚀处理的阀门连接件在长期受到强酸或强碱条件的影响下容易发生损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀阀门连接件的制备方法,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种耐腐蚀阀门连接件的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)选材,选择牌号为YL10系列的硬质合金钨钢作为阀门连接件的加工坯料;
2)坯料加工,对选好的坯料进行外圆磨、钻孔、内圆磨、铣出内螺纹、得到粗制阀门连接件;
3)对粗制阀门连接件表面进行研磨、抛光、超声清洗、干燥,得到阀门连接件;
4)将耐腐蚀涂层喷涂到阀门连接件表面;耐腐蚀涂层配方:玻璃釉料15~20重量份,氧化锆陶瓷粉50~90重量份,锌粉60~70重量份,甲基纤维素1.5~2.5重量份,碳化钨5~10重量份,石油焦1.2~1.5重量份,乙醇60~90重量;喷涂方法:采用等离子喷涂技术喷涂在阀门连接件上,获得耐腐蚀阀门连接件。
优选的,所述硬质合金钨钢牌号为YL10.1。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种耐腐蚀阀门连接件的制备方法制造出的阀门连接件具有较好的耐腐蚀性质,可以很好的适应强酸或强碱的条件下的使用。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
一种耐腐蚀阀门连接件的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)选材,选择牌号为YL10.1的硬质合金钨钢作为阀门连接件的加工坯料;
2)坯料加工,对选好的坯料进行外圆磨、钻孔、内圆磨、铣出内螺纹、得到粗制阀门连接件;
3)对粗制阀门连接件表面进行研磨、抛光、超声清洗、干燥,得到阀门连接件;
4)将耐腐蚀涂层喷涂到阀门连接件表面;耐腐蚀涂层配方:玻璃釉料15重量份,氧化锆陶瓷粉50重量份,锌粉60重量份,甲基纤维素1.5重量份,碳化钨5重量份,石油焦1.2重量份,乙醇60重量;喷涂方法:采用等离子喷涂技术喷涂在阀门连接件上,获得耐腐蚀阀门连接件。
实施例2:
一种耐腐蚀阀门连接件的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)选材,选择牌号为YL10.1的硬质合金钨钢作为阀门连接件的加工坯料;
2)坯料加工,对选好的坯料进行外圆磨、钻孔、内圆磨、铣出内螺纹、得到粗制阀门连接件;
3)对粗制阀门连接件表面进行研磨、抛光、超声清洗、干燥,得到阀门连接件;
4)将耐腐蚀涂层喷涂到阀门连接件表面;耐腐蚀涂层配方:玻璃釉料20重量份,氧化锆陶瓷粉90重量份,锌粉70重量份,甲基纤维素2.5重量份,碳化钨10重量份,石油焦1.5重量份,乙醇90重量;喷涂方法:采用等离子喷涂技术喷涂在阀门连接件上,获得耐腐蚀阀门连接件。

1)选材,选择牌号为YL10系列的硬质合金钨钢作为阀门连接件的加工坯料;
2)坯料加工,对选好的坯料进行外圆磨、钻孔、内圆磨、铣出内螺纹、得到粗制阀门连接件;
3)对粗制阀门连接件表面进行研磨、抛光、超声清洗、干燥,得到阀门连接件;
4)将耐腐蚀涂层喷涂到阀门连接件表面;耐腐蚀涂层配方:玻璃釉料15~20重量份,氧化锆陶瓷粉50~90重量份,锌粉60~70重量份,甲基纤维素1.5~2.5重量份,碳化钨5~10重量份,石油焦1.2~1.5重量份,乙醇60~90重量;喷涂方法:采用等离子喷涂技术喷涂在阀门连接件上,获得耐腐蚀阀门连接件。
