Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a technical solution: the sauce feeding system in the automatic cooker comprises a water inlet pump 2, a drainage pump 4, a sauce bottle 10, a sauce bottle bracket 12 and a cooker body 14, wherein the sauce bottle bracket 12 is fixedly arranged on the edge of an opening of the cooker body 14; 8 sauce bottles 10 are arranged, and 8 sauce bottles 10 are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the sauce bottle bracket 12; the bottoms of the 8 sauce bottles 10 are provided with discharge pipes 13, and the discharge ends of the discharge pipes 13 are positioned right above the pot body 14; the 8 sauce bottles 10 are internally provided with pistons 11, and the tops of the 8 sauce bottles 10 are communicated with a first water inlet pipe 15; one end of the first water inlet pipe 15 far away from the sauce bottle 10 is communicated with the three-way joint 9, one end of the three-way joint 9 far away from the first water inlet pipe 15 is communicated with the drainage electromagnetic valve 8, and one end of the drainage electromagnetic valve 8 far away from the three-way joint 9 is communicated with the first water row 16 through a pipeline; the first water row 16 is communicated with the water inlet of the drainage pump 4 through a pipeline; a water inlet electromagnetic valve 7 is arranged on one side of the water drainage electromagnetic valve 8, and a water outlet of the water inlet electromagnetic valve 7 is communicated with a water inlet at the top of the three-way joint 9 through a pipeline; the water inlet of the water inlet electromagnetic valve 7 is communicated with the water outlet of the second water row 3 through a pipeline; the water inlet of the second water row 3 is communicated with the water outlet of the water inlet pump 2 through a pipeline.

The water inlet electromagnetic valve 7 and the water outlet electromagnetic valve 8 are respectively provided with 8 and are respectively communicated with the tops of 8 sauce bottles 10 through pipelines.
The discharging pipe 13, the first water inlet pipe 15, the second water inlet pipe 17 and the water outlet pipe 5 are all made of food-grade natural rubber.
The sauce bottle 10 is made of stainless steel materials, and the sauce bottle 10 is cylindrical.
Design principle: the hall flowmeter can measure the water flow rate flowing through the pipeline; the water pump pumps water and discharges water to generate suction force and thrust force, and a power source is provided; the electromagnetic one-way valve can only enable fluid to flow along the water inlet, the water outlet cannot flow back, the normally closed electromagnetic one-way valve is in a closed state under the condition of no power supply, the fluid cannot pass through the one-way valve, the whole loop is in an off state, and after a power supply is connected, the whole loop is connected, and the fluid can smoothly pass through the electromagnetic valve; the piston can push the extruded sauce under the action of pressure.
Working principle:
when the sauce is needed to be added in the sauce bottle 10, the program selects the sauce needed to be added in the sauce according to a menu, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 7 corresponding to the sauce is turned on, the water inlet water channel is turned on, the water inlet pump 2 is started again, the water inlet pump 2 starts pumping water from a water inlet, the first flowmeter 1 starts measuring the water quantity flowing through the second water inlet pipe 17, the water flow enters the sauce bottle 10 through the water inlet electromagnetic valve 7 through a pipeline to push the piston 11 to move, the sauce in the bottle is extruded by the piston 11 to flow into the pot body 14 from the discharge hole 13, when the flow counted by the first flowmeter 1 reaches the sauce quantity to be added in the menu, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 7 corresponding to the sauce is turned off, and the feeding is stopped, so that the sauce adding process is realized.
When the first flowmeter 1 counts that the water quantity flowing into a certain material bottle is equal to the effective volume in the material bottle 10, the material bottle 10 is completely filled with the material, at the moment, the corresponding water draining electromagnetic valve 8 and the corresponding water draining pump 4 of the material bottle 10 are connected to start water draining, the water accumulating in the material bottle 10 is pumped out, the piston 11 is reset, when the water quantity flowing through the water outlet second flowmeter 6 is counted to be equal to the effective volume of the material bottle 10, the water draining is completed, the water draining pump 4 and the water draining electromagnetic valve 8 are closed, and the processes of resetting the piston 11 and primarily cleaning the inner wall of the material bottle 10 are completed; at this point, the added sauce bottle 10 may be removed, the sauce may be poured therein, and the next sauce addition may be awaited after the completion of the installation.
