Abstract

本发明涉及一种防腐增效剂、制备方法及其应用,所述防腐增效剂包含支链非离子型表面活性剂、季铵盐类表面活性剂、茶多酚、氯化钾、去离子水,进一步的将上述组分通过气流混合机中,压缩空气操作压力0.8Mpa,经3‑5分钟混合均匀制得。本发明利用支链非离子型表面活性剂与季铵盐类表面活性剂的协同增效作用,有效提高防腐体系的抗菌效率,对于防腐体系降低毒性、环保安全和成本控制具有重大作用。

一种防腐增效剂、制备方法及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及工业防腐领域,尤其是涉及的是一种含有支链非离子型表面活性剂与季铵盐类表面活性剂的防腐增效剂、制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
近年来,研究者对于食品、化妆品、饲料、水性涂料和水性粘合剂等行业的霉腐微生物区域分布及其控制技术进行了广泛的调查和研究,陆续发现不少杀菌剂在连续使用若干年后菌群的抗药性已发生,杀菌防腐效果逐步下降。有些工厂为了减少霉腐微生物的危害,盲目加大杀菌剂的使用,不仅无法达到更有效的防腐作用,而且为人类生存环境和自然生态平衡造成很大的污染和破坏。
中国专利CN104365668A公开了一种环保长效复合防污材料:重量百分比银5-70wt%,铜5-30wt%,异噻唑啉酮类化合物20-80wt%,金属吡啶硫酮类化合物5-50wt%。异噻唑啉酮类化合物即一种抗菌剂的高剂量使用,不仅可能引发安全性问题,且易产生抗药性。因此,高效、安全、稳定,对于防腐性能起增效作用的防腐添加剂的研制具有了较大的应用价值和发展前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种含有支链非离子型表面活性剂与季铵盐类的防腐增效剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种防腐增效剂,含有支链非离子型表面活性剂14~35wt%、季铵盐类表面活性剂2.8~7wt%、茶多酚1~3wt%、氯化钾1~3wt%、甲基丙二醇30~50wt%,去离子水余量。
优选的,所述的支链非离子表面活性剂为三硬脂山梨坦、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、甲基葡糖苷衍生物中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述的蔗糖脂肪酸酯为蔗糖乙酸异丁酸酯、蔗糖八乙酸酯、蔗糖苯甲酸酯、蔗糖硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述的甲基葡糖苷衍生物为甲基葡萄糖聚氧乙烯醚、甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯、甲基葡萄糖倍半硬脂酸酯、甲基葡萄糖聚氧乙烯醚苯甲酸酯、香豆酸葡萄糖苷、癸基吡喃葡萄糖苷、山奈酚葡萄糖苷、苔黑酚葡萄糖苷中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述的季铵盐类表面活性剂为十二烷基氯化吡啶、十四烷基氯化吡啶、十六烷基氯化吡啶、十烷基三甲基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十四烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基溴化铵中的一种或多种。本发明还包括防腐增效剂的制备方法,将上述配方量的去离子水、支链非离子型表面活性剂、季铵盐类表面活性剂、茶多酚、氯化钾、甲基丙二醇投入气流混合机中,压缩空气操作压力0.8Mpa,经3-5分钟混合均匀制得。
本发明还包括一种添加上述防腐增效剂的防腐剂,其中:所述防腐增效剂占该防腐剂的1~60wt%,余量为日用卫生品上可接受的抗菌剂、助剂和载体。
优选的,所述抗菌剂为聚六亚甲基胍、咪唑烷基脲、异噻唑啉酮类、尼泊金酯类中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述防腐增效剂与抗菌剂的重量比为1~10:1。
本发明还包括所述的防腐剂在洗涤产品防腐和涂料防腐领域中的应用。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:利用支链非离子型表面活性剂作为防腐载体,包覆抗菌分子,降低抗菌分子受到的细胞膜静电排斥,同时季铵盐类表面活性剂改变菌体细胞膜的通透性,协同作用下提高抗菌分子的杀菌抑菌效率,在减少抗菌组分添加量同时保持原有甚至更佳的防腐效果。对于防腐体系降低毒性、环保安全和成本控制具有重大作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,特别说明的是下述实施例及试验中设计的各个原料均为工业级且均为市售的常规产品。
(一)制剂制备实施例
实施例1
将蔗糖硬脂酸酯14wt%、十二烷基氯化吡啶2.8wt%、茶多酚1wt%、氯化钾1wt%、甲基丙二醇30wt%,去离子水余量,投入3m3气流混合机中,压缩空气操作压力0.8Mpa,经3-5分钟混合均匀制得。
实施例2
将蔗糖硬脂酸酯20wt%、十四烷基三甲基溴化铵4.5wt%、茶多酚1.8wt%、氯化钾2wt%、甲基丙二醇40wt%,去离子水余量,投入3m3气流混合机中,压缩空气操作压力0.8Mpa,经3-5分钟混合均匀制得。
实施例3
将蔗糖硬脂酸酯25wt%、十六烷基氯化吡啶5.8wt%、茶多酚3wt%、氯化钾3wt%、甲基丙二醇40wt%,去离子水余量,投入3m3气流混合机中,压缩空气操作压力0.8Mpa,经3-5分钟混合均匀制得。
实施例4
将蔗糖乙酸异丁酸酯30wt%、十二烷基氯化吡啶6wt%、茶多酚3wt%、氯化钾3wt%、甲基丙二醇50wt%,去离子水余量,投入3m3气流混合机中,压缩空气操作压力0.8Mpa,经3-5分钟混合均匀制得。
实施例5
将甲基葡萄糖倍半硬脂酸酯35wt%、十二烷基氯化吡啶7wt%、茶多酚3%、氯化钾3wt%、甲基丙二醇50wt%,去离子水余量,投入3m3气流混合机中,压缩空气操作压力0.8Mpa,经3-5分钟混合均匀制得。

将十四烷基三甲基溴化铵7wt%、茶多酚3wt%、氯化钾3wt%、甲基丙二醇35wt%,去离子水余量,投入3m3气流混合机中,压缩空气操作压力0.8Mpa,经3-5分钟混合均匀制得。

将蔗糖硬脂酸酯30wt%、茶多酚3wt%、氯化钾3wt%、甲基丙二醇45wt%,去离子水余量,投入3m3气流混合机中,压缩空气操作压力0.8Mpa,经3-5分钟混合均匀制得。
(二)防腐挑战实验
污染菌样品来源
考虑到原有防腐剂对于物质腐败后所产生的主要微生物种类的影响,分别从3家乳胶漆涂料厂、2家洗发页厂、2家沐浴液厂实地提取具有明显腐败迹象的变质产品,经分离、提纯、混合、稀释后制得1×107~1×108cfu/g的菌悬液。其含有大量假单胞菌属和其他常见致腐微生物。在以本发明作为增效剂的防腐挑战实验中均采用分离出的菌悬液进行抑菌实验。选用购自青岛海博生物技术有限公司的胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤培养基TSB作为下述使用的液体培养基。
取10支装有30ml液体培养基的试管作为基质,并按表1中配方制作样本。表中%为添加组分与液体培养基的重量百分比。

将0.3ml菌悬液接种至上述样本中,充分搅匀,密封36℃下恒温存放。在第1天接种1次,第14天按初始接种量加菌1次,整个周期28天,以第28天样品中残留微生物含量判断防腐效果。其结果如表2第28天样本微生物含量测定结果所示。

上述数据与结果表明本发明防腐增效剂对于聚六亚甲基胍、咪唑烷基脲、异噻唑啉酮类、尼泊金酯类的防腐性能产生了一定的增效作用。支链非离子型表面活性剂与季铵盐类表面活性剂协同作用明显。
上述实例仅仅是对本发明的进一步解释,并不是对本发明的限定,通过将上述方案进行简单调整进而得到的方案,同样在本申请的保护范围之内。

1.一种防腐增效剂,其特征在于:含有支链非离子型表面活性剂14~35wt%、季铵盐类表面活性剂2.8~7wt%、茶多酚1~3wt%、氯化钾1~3wt%、甲基丙二醇30~50wt%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐增效剂,其特征在于:所述的支链非离子表面活性剂为三硬脂山梨坦、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、甲基葡糖苷衍生物中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防腐增效剂,其特征在于:所述的蔗糖脂肪酸酯为蔗糖乙酸异丁酸酯、蔗糖八乙酸酯、蔗糖苯甲酸酯、蔗糖硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防腐增效剂,其特征在于:所述的甲基葡糖苷衍生物为甲基葡萄糖聚氧乙烯醚、甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯、甲基葡萄糖倍半硬脂酸酯、甲基葡萄糖聚氧乙烯醚苯甲酸酯、香豆酸葡萄糖苷、癸基吡喃葡萄糖苷、山奈酚葡萄糖苷、苔黑酚葡萄糖苷中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防腐增效剂,其特征在于:所述的季铵盐类表面活性剂为十二烷基氯化吡啶、十四烷基氯化吡啶、十六烷基氯化吡啶、十烷基三甲基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十四烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基溴化铵中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防腐增效剂的制备方法,将上述配方量的去离子水、支链非离子型表面活性剂、季铵盐类表面活性剂、茶多酚、氯化钾、甲基丙二醇投入气流混合机中,压缩空气操作压力0.8Mpa,经3-5分钟混合均匀制得。
7.一种添加权利要求1~6任一项所述防腐增效剂的防腐剂,其特征在于:所述防腐增效剂占该防腐剂的1~60wt%,余量为日用卫生品上可接受的抗菌剂、助剂和载体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防腐剂,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为聚六亚甲基胍、咪唑烷基脲、异噻唑啉酮类、尼泊金酯类中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防腐剂,其特征在于:所述防腐增效剂与抗菌剂的重量比为1~10:1。
10.权利要求8~9任一项所述的防腐剂在洗涤产品防腐和涂料防腐领域中的应用。
