本发明涉及一种便于维修的LED路灯,包括基座,基座上自下而上设置有依次相接的安装座、下杆及上杆,下杆通过安装座与基座固定连接,上杆活动套设于下杆的外部,上杆的顶部设置有LED灯头;下杆的内壁沿竖直方向设置有导轨,下杆内活动设置有与导轨滑移配合的滑块,基座内设置有用于驱动滑块沿导轨往复滑动的电机;滑块通过连接臂与上杆固定连接。本发明所述的便于维修的LED路灯,通过采用由上杆、下杆配合构成的灯杆结构,当LED灯头出现损坏而需要更换维修时,只需利用电机驱动滑块沿导轨下移,使上杆同步相对于下杆下移,从而便可以降低LED灯头的竖直高度,从而方便维修人员进行维修。

本发明涉及一种便于维修的LED路灯,属于LED节能路灯技术领域。
背景技术
LED路灯已广泛用于城市道路照明。目前。市面上常见的LED路灯,其结构通常包括基座、设置于基座上的灯杆及设置于灯杆顶部的LED灯头。但是,现有LED路灯的缺陷在于:由于其灯杆的长度一经生产便无法改变,当路灯因LED灯头损坏而需要更换灯头时,往往需要借助升降梯,导致维修较为不便。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种便于维修的LED路灯,其结构简单合理,维修方便。
本发明所述的便于维修的LED路灯,包括基座,基座上自下而上设置有依次相接的安装座、下杆及上杆,下杆通过安装座与基座固定连接,上杆活动套设于下杆的外部,上杆的顶部设置有LED灯头;下杆的内壁沿竖直方向设置有导轨,下杆内活动设置有与导轨滑移配合的滑块,基座内设置有用于驱动滑块沿导轨往复滑动的电机;滑块通过连接臂与上杆固定连接。
进一步地,所述电机通过丝杆与滑块传动连接。
进一步地,所述安装座内设置有与丝杆配合的轴承。

本发明所述的便于维修的LED路灯,通过采用由上杆、下杆配合构成的灯杆结构,当LED灯头出现损坏而需要更换维修时,只需利用电机驱动滑块沿导轨下移,使上杆同步相对于下杆下移,从而便可以降低LED灯头的竖直高度,从而方便维修人员进行维修。本发明结构设置简单合理。

本实施例中,为了进一步提高本发明的可靠性,所述电机7通过丝杆8与滑块6传动连接;所述安装座2内设置有与丝杆8配合的轴承2.1;所述电机7为伺服电机。
操作时,通过采用由上杆4、下杆3配合构成的灯杆结构,当LED灯头出现损坏而需要更换维修时,只需利用电机驱动滑块沿导轨下移,使上杆同步相对于下杆3下移,从而便可以降低LED灯头的竖直高度,从而方便维修人员进行维修。本发明结构设置简单合理。
