本发明一种具有耐候性能的涂料,其特征在于,一种具有耐候性能的涂料,其特征在于,由A组分、B组分和C组分混合而成,本发明采用三种组分配方,并采用A组分、B组分和C组分的混合比例为5:2:1的质量比的比例配置,所得涂料具有极高的耐候性能。

背景技术
随着随着现代社会建筑的飞速发展,人们对于建筑材料的要求越来越高,涂料作为现代建筑材料的一种,其研发与改进一直受到人们的关注,而涂料的抗老化性能一直是其比较重要的一方面,抗老化性能差的涂料在长期使用过程中会产生变色、脱皮等现将,严重影响了使用寿命,现有涂料在抗老化方面虽然具有了一定的保证,但是在特殊应用条件下如高温或高湿条件下的抗老化性能却较差。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种具有耐候性能的涂料。

一种具有耐候性能的涂料,其特征在于,由A组分、B组分和C组分混合而成:
A组分构成成分按重量份数如下:
环氧树脂 65-95份
酚醛树脂 45-65份
B组分构成成分按重量份数如下:
羟丙基甲基纤维素 18-28份
聚乙烯醇 5-11份
羟丙基甲基纤维素 3-9份
C组分构成成分按重量份数如下:
纳米二氧化钛 1-18份
碳酸钙 1-18份。
上述一种具有耐候性能的涂料,其特征在于,所述A组分、B组分和C组分的混合比例为5:2:1的质量比。
