Abstract

本发明公开了一种镀锌板用涂料,包括水性树脂25‑35%,有机硅试剂5‑10%,分散剂2‑4%,润湿剂0.5‑1%,消泡剂0.2‑0.5%,成膜助剂0.5‑2%,络合剂10‑15%,水40‑50%。本发明中,有机硅试剂与润湿剂协同作用,能够固化外界污染物,提升涂料表面的抗污染性能;络合剂能够溶解镀锌板表面的金属氧化物,并且和金属离子形成稳定络合物,提升涂料的附着能力,进而提升镀锌板的抗腐蚀性能;选用硅烷偶联剂作为分散剂能够提升涂料组成成分中不同物质之间的界面相容性,进而提升涂料的均匀度。此外,本发明采用水作溶剂,水性树脂作为成膜物质制成水性涂料,醇醚类低毒性的有机溶剂含量低,对空气污染程度低。

一种镀锌板用涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料化工技术领域,尤其涉及一种镀锌板用涂料。
背景技术
镀锌是一种经常采用的经济而有效的钢板防腐方法,全世界锌产量的一半左右均用于此种工艺,为防止钢板表面遭受腐蚀延长其使用寿命,在钢板表面涂以一层金属锌,其表面的金属锌可以起到一定的防腐蚀作用,普通镀锌板表面镀锌层很薄,在比较严重的工业腐蚀环境中很快就会被腐蚀破坏,为此,镀锌板表面往往需要进行涂装以达到防腐性能。
但是,锌易与普通涂料中的基料发生皂化反应生成锌皂,破坏锌面与涂层的结合力,导至涂膜附着不牢固,限制了很多涂料在镀锌板上的应用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种镀锌板用涂料,以解决普通涂料中的基料易与锌发生皂化反应生成锌皂,破坏锌面与涂层的结合力,导至涂膜附着不牢固的问题。
本发明提供的一种镀锌板用涂料,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述水性树脂为丙烯酸树脂和环氧丙烯酸树脂中的一种或两种的混合物。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述有机硅试剂为苯基二甲基硅醇钾、三甲基硅醇钾、三乙基硅醇钾和二甲基乙烯基硅醇钾中的一种。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述络合剂为1,1-二膦酸基乙醇和2-羟基膦酰基乙酸中的一种。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述分散剂为高分子类分散剂、多价羧酸类分散剂和偶联剂类分散剂中的一种。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述偶联剂类分散剂为硅烷偶联剂,选用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷和3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷中的一种。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述润湿剂为烷基聚醚硫酸酯、烷基芳基磺酸盐和烷基苯磺酸盐中的一种。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚和二丙二醇甲醚中的一种或两种的混合物。
本发明还提供了一种镀锌板,采用上述镀锌板用涂料涂装。
本发明提供的一种镀锌板用涂料可以包括以下有益效果:
本发明中,有机硅试剂与润湿剂协同作用,能够固化外界污染物,提升涂料表面的抗污染性能;络合剂能够溶解镀锌板表面的金属氧化物,并且和金属离子形成稳定络合物,提升涂料的附着能力,进而提升镀锌板的抗腐蚀性能;选用硅烷偶联剂作为分散剂能够提升涂料组成成分中不同物质之间的界面相容性,进而提升涂料的均匀度。此外,本发明采用水作溶剂,水性树脂作为成膜物质制成水性涂料,醇醚类低毒性的有机溶剂含量低,对空气污染程度低。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种镀锌板用涂料,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:水性树脂35%,有机硅试剂7%,分散剂1%,润湿剂0.5%,消泡剂0.5%,成膜助剂2%,络合剂10%,水44%。
水性树脂为丙烯酸树脂,有机硅试剂为苯基二甲基硅醇钾,分散剂为偶联剂类分散剂,即硅烷偶联剂3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,润湿剂为烷基聚醚硫酸酯,消泡剂使用BYK024,成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚,络合剂为1,1-二膦酸基乙醇。
实施例2
一种镀锌板用涂料,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:水性树脂30%,有机硅试剂6%,分散剂2%,润湿剂0.7%,消泡剂0.4%,成膜助剂2%,络合剂12%,水46.9%。
水性树脂为环氧丙烯酸树脂,有机硅试剂为三甲基硅醇钾,分散剂为偶联剂类分散剂,即硅烷偶联剂3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,润湿剂为烷基芳基磺酸盐,消泡剂使用BYK011,成膜助剂为二丙二醇甲醚,络合剂为2-羟基膦酰基乙酸。
实施例3
一种镀锌板用涂料,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:水性树脂25%,有机硅试剂9%,分散剂4%,润湿剂0.9%,消泡剂0.5%,成膜助剂1.9%,络合剂14%,水44.7%。
水性树脂为丙烯酸树脂,有机硅试剂为三乙基硅醇钾,分散剂为偶联剂类分散剂,即硅烷偶联剂3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷,润湿剂为烷基苯磺酸盐,消泡剂使用BYK022,成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚,络合剂为1,1-二膦酸基乙醇。
实施例4
一种镀锌板用涂料,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:水性树脂32%,有机硅试剂8%,分散剂2.5%,润湿剂0.6%,消泡剂0.3%,成膜助剂1.5%,络合剂12.5%,水42.6%。
水性树脂为丙烯酸树脂和环氧丙烯酸树脂1∶1混合,有机硅试剂为二甲基乙烯基硅醇钾,分散剂为偶联剂类分散剂,即硅烷偶联剂3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷,润湿剂为烷基聚醚硫酸酯,消泡剂使用TEG0825,成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚,络合剂为1,1-二膦酸基乙醇。
实施例5
一种镀锌板用涂料,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:水性树脂27%,有机硅试剂10%,分散剂1%,润湿剂1%,消泡剂0.5%,成膜助剂2%,络合剂15%,水43.5%。
水性树脂为丙烯酸树脂和环氧丙烯酸树脂1∶1混合,有机硅试剂为苯基二甲基硅醇钾,分散剂为偶联剂类分散剂,即硅烷偶联剂3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,润湿剂为烷基聚醚硫酸酯,消泡剂使用TEG0825,成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚和二丙二醇甲醚1∶1混合,络合剂为1,1-二膦酸基乙醇。
本发明实施例还提供了一种镀锌板,采用上述实施例1-5任一种镀锌板用涂料涂装。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种镀锌板用涂料采用有机硅试剂与润湿剂协同作用,能够固化外界污染物,提升涂料表面的抗污染性能;络合剂能够溶解镀锌板表面的金属氧化物,并且和金属离子形成稳定络合物,提升涂料的附着能力,进而提升镀锌板的抗腐蚀性能;选用硅烷偶联剂作为分散剂能够提升涂料组成成分中不同物质之间的界面相容性,进而提升涂料的均匀度。此外,本发明采用水作溶剂,水性树脂作为成膜物质制成水性涂料,醇醚类低毒性的有机溶剂含量低,对空气污染程度低。

4.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌板用涂料,其特征在于,所述络合剂为1,1-二膦酸基乙醇和2-羟基膦酰基乙酸中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌板用涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为高分子类分散剂、多价羧酸类分散剂和偶联剂类分散剂中的一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的镀锌板用涂料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂类分散剂为硅烷偶联剂,选用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷和3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌板用涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为烷基聚醚硫酸酯、烷基芳基磺酸盐和烷基苯磺酸盐中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌板用涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚和二丙二醇甲醚中的一种或两种的混合物。
9.一种镀锌板,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-8任一项所述的镀锌板用涂料涂装。
