Abstract
一种蓝烟绝热保温砂浆,采用纳米级二氧化硅气凝胶为主体材料,添加其他填充材料复合而成。它具有优越的隔热性能。常温室温时平均导热系数为0.035‑0.04W/M、K,在高温环境中使用时隔热性能更加突出。蓝烟绝热保温砂浆产品具有重量轻,强度高、隔热防水、抗雨水冲刷能力强,水中长期浸咆不松散、导热系数低、干密度小、软化系数高、干缩率低、干燥快、整体性强、耐候、耐冻融等特点。而且蓝烟绝热保温砂浆中还选用优质的纳米级气凝胶作为主要材料,更加提高了玻化微珠保温砂浆的绝热保温,阻燃性能,是现在建材保温砂浆类不可多得的佳品。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种蓝烟绝热保温砂浆,具有良好保温隔热、阻燃效果的建筑类外墙保温材料,它是有关建筑外墙保温工程用砂浆。
二、背景技术
一种蓝烟绝热保温砂浆具有良好保温隔热、阻燃效果。由于表面玻化形成一定的颗粒强度,理化性能十分稳定,耐老化耐候性强,具有优异的绝热﹑防火﹑吸音性能,适合诸多领域中作轻质填充骨料和绝热﹑防火﹑吸音﹑保温材料。在建材行业中,蓝烟绝热保温砂浆用玻化微珠作为轻质骨料,可提高砂浆的和易流动性和自抗强度,减少材性收缩率,提高产品综合性能,降低综合生产成本。在轻质干混砂浆(保温型、砌筑型、抹面型)应用中,用玻化微珠替代传统的普通膨胀珍珠岩和聚苯颗粒作干混保温砂浆轻质骨料,克服了膨胀珍珠岩吸水性大﹑易粉化,在料浆搅拌中体积收缩率大,易造成产品后期强度低和空鼓开裂等现象,同时又弥补了聚苯颗粒有机材料易燃﹑防火性能差﹑高温产生有害气体和耐老化耐候性低﹑施工中反弹性大等缺陷,提高完善了保温砂浆的综合性能和施工性能。蓝烟绝热保温砂浆具有优异的保温隔热性能和防火耐老化性能、不空鼓开裂、强度高、施工方便等特点,也是珍珠岩保温砂浆的升级材料,由于珍珠岩保温砂浆吸水率太高等缺点逐渐的被淘汰;蓝烟绝热保温砂浆产品更具有具有重量轻,强度高、隔热防水、抗雨水冲刷能力强,水中长期浸咆不松散、导热系数低、干密度小、软化系数高、干缩率低、干燥快、整体性强、耐候、耐冻融等特点。而且蓝烟绝热保温砂浆中还选用优质的纳米级气凝胶作为主要材料,更加提高了玻化微珠保温砂浆的绝热保温,阻燃性能,是现在建材保温砂浆类不可多得的佳品。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的在于利用采用纳米级二氧化硅气凝胶为主体材料,添加其他填充材料复合成型的具绝热保温、阻燃功效的保温砂浆。
