技术领域
本发明涉及泡棉技术领域，尤其涉及一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉。
背景技术
隔音泡棉又称隔音材料、隔音海绵等，隔音泡棉采用性能优异的EVA、PE、PU或EPDM等为主要原料，配以各种优质辅料，经高温混合发泡而制成的隔音泡棉材料。
但是现有的隔音泡棉结构较为单一，隔音效果较差，此外现有隔音泡棉的质地较软，隔音泡棉的表面无法承载物品，实用性较差，不能满足人们需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉，以解决上述背景技术中提出的结构较为单一，隔音效果较差，隔音泡棉的表面无法承载物品，实用性较差的问题和不足。
本发明的目的与功效，由以下具体技术方案所达成：
一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉，包括：隔音层、粘连层、阻燃层、粘胶层、消音孔、泡棉本体、固化层、保护层；所述隔音层设置在泡棉本体的上方；所述固化层设置在隔音层的一侧；所述隔音层的下方设置有粘连层；所述粘连层的下方设置有阻燃层；所述阻燃层的下方设置有粘胶层；所述粘胶层的下方设置有保护层。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化，本发明一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉所述的隔音层的一侧经硬化处理及固化处理后形成固化层，且隔音层的材质为EVA泡棉。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化，本发明一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉所述的固化层表层的外形特征呈波浪状，且固化层波浪状表层的波峰处及波谷处均设置有消音孔。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化，本发明一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉所述的粘连层将阻燃层及隔音层热熔粘连成一体结构。。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化，本发明一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉所述的阻燃层的材质为高密度发泡PE，且所述高密度发泡PE中添加有环保阻燃剂。

请参阅图1至图2，本发明提供一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉技术方案：
一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉，包括：隔音层1、粘连层2、阻燃层3、粘胶层4、消音孔5、泡棉本体6、固化层101、保护层401；隔音层1设置在泡棉本体6的上方；固化层101设置在隔音层1的一侧；隔音层1的下方设置有粘连层2；粘连层2的下方设置有阻燃层3；阻燃层3的下方设置有粘胶层4；粘胶层4的下方设置有保护层401。
具体的，隔音层1的一侧经硬化处理及固化处理后形成固化层101，且隔音层1的材质为EVA泡棉，固化层101质地较硬，无需复合刚性板材，可以直接承载物品，实用性强。
具体的，固化层101表层的外形特征呈波浪状，且固化层101波浪状表层的波峰处及波谷处均设置有消音孔5，固化层101波浪状的表层增大了消音面积，使泡棉本体6的隔音效果好。
具体的，粘连层2将阻燃层3及隔音层1热熔粘连成一体结构，使阻燃层3与隔音层连接牢固，方便可靠。
具体的，阻燃层3的材质为高密度发泡PE，且高密度发泡PE中添加有环保阻燃剂，阻燃层3不仅可以起到阻燃的作用，也能起到吸音的作用，进一步提高了隔音效果。
具体使用方法与作用：
使用该装置时，将粘胶层4对准墙面，撕下粘胶层4上的保护层401，将泡棉本体6安装到墙面上，隔音层1的表层经硬化处理及固化处理后形成固化层101，固化层101质地较硬，无需复合刚性板材，可以直接将物件安装到固化层101上，使其实用性强，其中阻燃层3可以起到阻燃的作用，也能起到吸音的作用，进一步提高了隔音效果。
综上所述：该一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉，通过双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉隔音层的设置，使隔音泡棉的表面可以承载物品；通过双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉固化层的设置，有利于增大消音面积，同时使外表美观大方；通过双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉粘连层的设置，使阻燃层（3）与隔音层连接牢固；通过以上结构上的改进，具有结构设计合理，隔音效果好，隔音泡棉的表面可以承载物品，实用性强，环保阻燃的优点，从而有效的解决了现有装置中存在的问题和不足。

1.一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉，包括：隔音层（1）、粘连层（2）、阻燃层（3）、粘胶层（4）、消音孔（5）、泡棉本体（6）、固化层（101）、保护层（401）；其特征在于：所述隔音层（1）设置在泡棉本体（6）的上方；所述固化层（101）设置在隔音层（1）的一侧；所述隔音层（1）的下方设置有粘连层（2）；所述粘连层（2）的下方设置有阻燃层（3）；所述阻燃层（3）的下方设置有粘胶层（4）；所述粘胶层（4）的下方设置有保护层（401）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉，其特征在于：所述隔音层（1）的一侧经硬化处理及固化处理后形成固化层（101），且隔音层（1）的材质为EVA泡棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉，其特征在于：所述固化层（101）表层的外形特征呈波浪状，且固化层（101）波浪状表层的波峰处及波谷处均设置有消音孔（5）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉，其特征在于：所述粘连层（2）将阻燃层（3）及隔音层（1）热熔粘连成一体结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层式单面固化型隔音泡棉，其特征在于：所述阻燃层（3）的材质为高密度发泡PE，且所述高密度发泡PE中添加有环保阻燃剂。
