Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合吸隔声板,其具有多层结构,在两个面板蜂窝夹芯层之间设有空气层,可以避开各自的阻隔波谷,能够有效地提高板材的总体隔声性能,同时在防火层与吸声层之间、吸声层与隔声层之间设置弹性阻尼层,可以进一步提高隔声量和隔声频率,能够有效地阻隔噪声的传播,具有隔声量大、隔声频率宽、吸隔声性能好的优点。两个面板蜂窝夹芯层之间设置空气层的结构形式还具有强度高、质量轻的特点,不仅如此,其耐候性,防火性等性能也十分优良,适用于建筑、船舶、汽车等多种领域的减振降噪,适用范围广。

技术领域
本发明属于减振降噪技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种复合吸隔声板。
背景技术
噪声污染已成为二十一世纪环境污染控制的主要问题。如何满足人们不受噪声影响,有一个宁静舒适的生活、工作环境的要求,如何提高围护结构的隔声能力是重要的一个方面。从材料的隔声机理的角度看,任何材料对声波频谱的阻隔均有其波谷,单质材料的质量再大,对某频率声波阻隔也存在不足,这制约着其隔声量的提高。如果使用二种以上物理性质不同材料的吸隔声层,可避开各自的阻隔波谷,能更有效地提高吸隔声层阻隔噪声的总体性能。如果进一步的,在双层不同材料的吸隔声层中间夹着弹性阻尼层,双层不同材料的吸隔声层可以避免这两层出现相同的吻合频率,中间的弹性阻尼层作为介质层,形成新的声场媒介,声波不断进出声场媒介,会产生再次折射,能使隔声板的隔声量得到进一步提高。同时,当声波入射时,吸隔声层会产生振动,弹性阻尼层也会随着双层吸隔声层的振动产生往复运动,通过弹性阻尼层与吸隔声层之间的剪切滞回变形来消耗声波的能量,从而阻碍声波的通过。
发明内容
为克服现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种复合吸隔声板。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
设计一种复合吸隔声板,包括防火层、吸声层、隔声层,所述防火层与吸声层之间、吸声层与隔声层之间分别设置有第一弹性阻尼层、第二弹性阻尼层,所述隔声层依次包括第一蜂窝夹芯层、空气层及第二蜂窝夹芯层,所述第二弹性阻尼层与第一蜂窝夹芯层之间、第一蜂窝夹芯层与空气层之间、空气层与第二蜂窝夹芯层之间均设置有面板。
在上述方案中,所述防火层是玻镁、硅酸钙制成的板材。
在上述方案中,所述吸声层是玻璃棉、石棉毡、矿棉制成的板材。
在上述方案中,所述第一弹性阻尼层、第二弹性阻尼层由弹性胶连乳液、水基核壳结构乳液、无机填料、阻燃剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、增稠剂按比例配制的弹性阻尼浆固化形成。
在上述方案中,所述面板由碳纤维、环氧树脂、VHB三种材料复合而成。
在上述方案中,所述第一蜂窝夹芯层、第二蜂窝夹芯层由芳纶纤维制成。
实施本发明复合吸隔声板,具有以下有益效果:
本发明具有多层结构,且在两个面板蜂窝夹芯层之间设有空气层,可以避开各自的阻隔波谷,能够有效地提高板材的总体隔声性能,同时在防火层与吸声层之间、吸声层与隔声层之间设置弹性阻尼层,可以进一步提高隔声量和隔声频率,能够有效地阻隔噪声的传播,具有隔声量大、隔声频率宽、吸隔声性能好的优点。两个面板蜂窝夹芯层之间设置空气层的结构形式还具有强度高、质量轻的特点,不仅如此,其耐候性,防火性等性能也十分优良,适用于建筑、船舶、汽车等多种领域的减振降噪,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明复合吸隔声板,包括防火层1、吸声层2和隔声层3,防火层1与吸声层2之间、吸声层2与隔声层3之间分别设置有第一弹性阻尼层4、第二弹性阻尼层5。第一弹性阻尼层4、第二弹性阻尼层5既是单独的阻尼层,也是一种粘接层连接防火层1、吸声层2和隔声层3。其中,防火层1是玻镁、硅酸钙制成的板材,吸声层2是玻璃棉、石棉毡、矿棉制成的板材。第一弹性阻尼层4、第二弹性阻尼层5由弹性胶连乳液、水基核壳结构乳液、无机填料、阻燃剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、增稠剂按比例配制的弹性阻尼浆固化后形成。
隔声层3依次包括第一蜂窝夹芯层3.1、空气层3.2及第二蜂窝夹芯层3.3,第二弹性阻尼层5与第一蜂窝夹芯层3.1之间、第一蜂窝夹芯层3.1与空气层3.2之间、空气层3.2与第二蜂窝夹芯层3.3之间均设置有面板6。其中,面板6由碳纤维、环氧树脂、VHB三种材料复合而成,第一蜂窝夹芯层3.1、第二蜂窝夹芯层3.3由芳纶纤维制成。部分原材料的相关参数见表1。

本发明可以调整防火层1、吸声层2、空气层3.2以及第一蜂窝夹芯层3.1、第二蜂窝夹芯层3.3的厚度来改变共振频率,从而避免复合吸隔声板发生共振。在安装本发明复合吸隔声板时,先在建筑墙体或船舶舱壁等围护结构建造完成后在其表面均匀涂抹弹性阻尼浆,再将复合吸隔声板覆盖于弹性阻尼浆上,弹性阻尼浆固化后形成弹性阻尼层,既作为一种单独的阻尼隔声层,同时作为一种粘接剂层。本发明复合吸隔声板具有隔声量大、隔声频率宽、吸隔声性能好、高强轻质的特点。不仅如此,其耐候性,防火性等性能也十分优良,适用于建筑、船舶、汽车等多种领域的减振降噪,适用范围广。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种复合吸隔声板,包括防火层(1)、吸声层(2)和隔声层(3),其特征在于,所述防火层(1)与吸声层(2)之间、吸声层(2)与隔声层(3)之间分别设置有第一弹性阻尼层(4)、第二弹性阻尼层(5),所述隔声层(3)依次包括第一蜂窝夹芯层(3.1)、空气层(3.2)及第二蜂窝夹芯层(3.3),所述第二弹性阻尼层(5)与第一蜂窝夹芯层(3.1)之间、第一蜂窝夹芯层(3.1)与空气层(3.2)之间、空气层(3.2)与第二蜂窝夹芯层(3.3)之间均设置有面板(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合吸隔声板,其特征在于,所述防火层(1)是玻镁、硅酸钙制成的板材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合吸隔声板,其特征在于,所述吸声层(2)是玻璃棉、石棉毡、矿棉制成的板材。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合吸隔声板,其特征在于,所述第一弹性阻尼层(4)、第二弹性阻尼层(5)由弹性胶连乳液、水基核壳结构乳液、无机填料、阻燃剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、增稠剂按比例配制的弹性阻尼浆固化后形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合吸隔声板,其特征在于,所述面板(6)由碳纤维、环氧树脂、VHB三种材料复合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合吸隔声板,其特征在于,所述第一蜂窝夹芯层(3.1)、第二蜂窝夹芯层(3.3)由芳纶纤维制成。
