Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的具有轴向固定装置的万向轴。
背景技术
从DE 10 2011 052 459A1已知一种具有铰接壳体的铰接安排,万向轴通过支承件保持在该铰接壳体中,该万向轴通过连接装置与该铰接壳体连接。通过固定盘对该万向轴进行轴向固定。此外,由US 6,183,370B1已知借助于扩张环的万向轴的轴向固定装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于机动车辆中的万向轴的轴向固定装置,该轴向固定装置确保无游隙而节省空间的解决方案,并且通过紧固环避免铰接壳体的壳体盖件的损坏。
根据本发明,这个目的通过权利要求1所述的特征来实现。从属权利要求包含了其他有利的特征。
本发明主要实现的优点在于:借助于轴向预紧力来固定用于该万向轴的该轴向固定装置,并且这通过属类设置实现,即将该万向轴通过支承件安排在铰接壳体中,并且将该壳体借助于连接装置与该万向轴连接,并且该装置包括保持在该万向轴中的铰接元件,该铰接元件具有在端侧的壳体盖件中夹紧的支撑盘。
根据本发明提出,该壳体盖件由铝组成,由钢制成的内部贴靠盘平放在该壳体盖件处,一个具有轴向预紧力的外部紧固环支撑在该贴靠盘上,并且该贴靠盘和该紧固环位置固定地保持在该连接装置的支撑盘中。
通过钢制贴靠盘在该铝制壳体盖件上的这种安排,避免了该轴向预紧的紧固环埋入且损坏该铝制壳体盖件或在该游隙方面对该紧固环的功能产生不利影响。
根据本发明还提出,该壳体盖件具有中心开口,该万向轴的连接装置的支撑盘通过一个成一体的环形凹槽夹紧地保持在该开口中。该贴靠盘与该预紧的紧固环一起安排在该支撑盘的环形凹槽中,并且该贴靠盘和该紧固环固定夹紧地保持在该壳体盖件与该环形凹槽的外部环形接片之间。通过该贴靠盘与该紧固环一起的这种夹紧的安排,确保了对具有轴向预紧力的万向轴的无游隙的轴向固定。根据本发明也有助于将该紧固环弹性预紧地安排在该连接装置的支撑盘中的环形凹槽的环形接片与该壳体盖件之间,该紧固环构成用于该万向轴的无游隙的轴向固定装置。

Claims (5)
1.具有用于机动车辆的轴向固定装置的万向轴,该万向轴通过支承件安排在铰接壳体中并且该壳体借助于连接装置与万向轴连接,并且该装置包括保持在该万向轴中的铰接元件,该铰接元件具有在端侧的壳体盖件中夹紧的支撑盘,其特征在于,该壳体盖件(5)由铝组成,由钢制成的内部贴靠盘(10)平放在该壳体盖件处,具有轴向预紧力的外部紧固环(11)支撑在该贴靠盘上,并且该贴靠盘(10)和该紧固环(11)位置固定地保持在该连接装置(4)的支撑盘(9)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的万向轴,其特征在于,该壳体盖件(5)具有中心开口(14),该万向轴(1)的连接装置(4)的支撑盘(9)通过成一体的环形凹槽(12)夹紧地保持在该开口中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的万向轴,其特征在于,该壳体盖件(5)和该贴靠盘(10)与该预紧的紧固环(11)一起安排在该环形凹槽(12)中,并且该贴靠盘(10)和该紧固环(11)位置固定地夹紧保持在该壳体盖件(5)与该环形凹槽(12)的外部环形接片(15)之间。
