As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the construction platform for installing a front windshield of a metro vehicle of the present invention comprises a support frame 1, a first platform 2 and a second platform 3, wherein the support frame 1 is provided with an operation room 11 adapted to a vehicle head, the first platform 2 and the second platform 3 are both positioned in the operation room 11, the second platform 3 is positioned above the first platform 2, the second platform 3 is movably and detachably arranged on the support frame 1, the second platform 3 is removed first in the installation stage of the windshield, the windshield is lifted to the first platform 2, constructors perform construction work on the first platform 2, the second platform 3 is installed on the support frame 1 after the windshield is installed on the vehicle head, and the distance between the windshield and the vehicle head is adjusted by moving the second platform 3, so that the constructors can conveniently stand on the second platform 3 for glue applying sealing work.
The support frame 1 is a framework structure formed by square tubes in a cross welding mode, and the square tubes are preferably 50-50 carbon steel square tubes, so that the support frame has high bearing strength. The upper surfaces of the first platform 2 and the second platform 3 are respectively provided with a patterned aluminum plate, and the patterned aluminum plates have good anti-skid performance, and meanwhile, the weight of the patterned aluminum plates is lighter, so that the load of the support frame 1 is reduced.
Preferably, the support frame 1 is provided with a plurality of setting bars 14, the setting bars 14 being parallel to the vehicle length direction, and the second platform 3 is provided with the setting bars 14. Specifically, the placement rod 14 is provided with a plurality of pin holes 141 along the length direction thereof, and the second platform 3 is provided with a plurality of pins 31, and the placement rod 14 and the second platform 3 are connected by the pin holes 141 and the pins 31. In order to prevent the positioning member 4 from scratching the mask, the positioning surface is preferably provided with a flexible patch, which in this embodiment is a sponge strip.
In order to protect the safety of constructors, preferably, guardrails are arranged around the first platform 2 and the second platform 3, each guardrail comprises a first guardrail 12 arranged around the first platform 2 and a second guardrail 13 arranged around the second platform 3, the first guardrail 12 and the second guardrail 13 are all part of the support frame 1 and are formed by welding square pipes, and the arrangement rod 14 is two parallel square pipes of the first guardrail 12. Because the second platform 3 is located the top of first platform 2, is equipped with the guardrail all around of first platform 2 simultaneously, therefore the space on the first platform 2 is comparatively closed, in order to make things convenient for the staff to get into first platform 2, preferably sets up door 17 on first guardrail 12, opens door 17 and can get into first platform 2.
Preferably, the bottom of the support frame 1 is provided with the universal wheel 15, so that the support frame 1 can freely move, the crane can hoist and transport the windshield to the first platform 2, the movement of the support frame 1 can realize the transportation of the windshield, other transportation means such as a lifting trolley are not needed any more, and meanwhile, the universal wheel 15 is also convenient for adjusting the relative position between the headstock and the support frame 1.
Preferably, the bottom of the support frame 1 is provided with a supporting leg 16 which can be lifted, when the relative position between the headstock and the support frame 1 is determined, the supporting leg 16 is lowered to be in contact with the ground, and at the moment, the support frame 1 cannot move, so that the position of the support frame is fixed. In order to balance the forces of the support frame 1, the supporting feet 16 are preferably arranged on one side far away from the positioning piece 4, in other words, the supporting feet 16 and the positioning piece 4 are respectively arranged on two sides of the support frame 1, and the directions of the moments provided by the supporting feet 16 and the positioning piece 4 are opposite, so that the support frame 1 can be prevented from tilting by mutually matching.
Preferably, the second platform 3 is provided with a handrail 32, and a constructor can hold the handrail 32 to keep the balance of the body when working on the second platform 3, and meanwhile, the handrail 32 can also be used for hanging a safety belt, so that the safety of the constructor is ensured.
