Description

运动饮料
本发明涉及特别适于(但不限于)用作运动饮料的非酒精饮料,尤其是适于持续运动或活动的参与者使用。
运动会消耗人体的能量储备并加快导致水分和无机盐损失的流汗速度。若延长运动时间并且特别当环境温度是中等或高温的话这些损失会非常显著。对在短时间内从事轻微运动的人来说水分和盐分的损失可能不算一个问题,特别是在运动前已保持正常的饮食和饮水方式时。然而,若运动非常激烈且时间很长,能量的消耗和水分和盐分的损失不在人通常所能耐受的范围之内时,则损失是严重的。疲劳和脱水可能会限制或约束体能。
在运动过程中及在运动后即刻补充液体和代谢物的效果和时间选择是非常重要的。补充若干或全部的能量损失,水分和盐分将不仅使人体恢复到其正常的平衡,而且能增强和恢复体能。这特别与竞赛性运动或活动如自行车比赛和足球运动有关,在这时疲劳是整个体能的一个主要限制因素。肝和肌肉的糖原含量对耐力和持久力是至关重要的。为此,恢复糖原含量或限制糖原损失将使人能持续较长时间的运动。保持肝和肌肉适当的水合和充分的糖原含量,对耐力和持久力是至关重要的。防止明显脱水和恢复糖原含量或限制糖原损失会使人维持较长时间的运动。含补充这些损失(以汗的形式)的无机盐的运动饮料已被成功地研制出。含高浓度糖的饮料也是常用的,但高糖含量会得出高重量摩尔渗透压浓度的溶液,它会阻止液体从胃快速进入人体。实际上液体可能在相反的方向上被抽出。含高浓度糖的运动饮料是无效的。
US4038421披露了一种加入高浓度半乳糖的非酒精饮料,它用于构造组织并且阻止高血糖的趋势。组织的形成是一长期的过程,而这种饮料不能如运动饮料那样用于快速再水合或产生能量。
按本发明,运动饮料包含一种水溶液,该水溶液包含选自半乳糖,含半乳糖的二糖或低聚糖,或它们混合物的糖类;并可任意包含不大于2.5%w/v的葡萄糖。
较为可取的是饮料包含不大于1.25%w/v的葡萄糖。
本发明的糖类可用作葡萄糖或肝糖原的来源。半乳糖是一种天然存在的己糖,并且它利用一种对胃肠道吸收有效的钠共转运体系。
本发明的饮料可快速地被吸收而引起有效的再水合。糖类提供能量并直接增加肝和骨骼肌中的糖原储备。
按本发明的饮料也可包含适于补充汗中所损失盐分的比例和数量的无机盐。
糖类(以单糖形式)的浓度可在0.5—5.0%w/v的范围内,较好地为2.5%w/v。在本发明较好的实例中,糖类、电解质和其它组分的总的重量摩尔渗透压浓度在150—280mosm·kg-1的范围内,较好地为240mosm·kg-1。单糖的总重量摩尔渗透压浓度为140mosm·kg-1
在为二糖或低聚糖的情况下,其浓度在2.0—15.0%w/v的范围内,溶液总的重量摩尔渗透压浓度为230mosm·-1,其中碳水化合物提供140mosm·kg-1。单位mosm·kg-1相当于单位mmol·kg-1
较好的饮料所含钠的量较好地为25—45mmol·l-1,更好地为25—35 mmol·l-1
在特定的钠和碳水化合物浓度时小肠的吸收最快。本发明较好的饮料具有满足钠共转运和水吸收这一要求的最佳的钠/碳水化合物含量。
高血糖素是胰岛素的反向调节激素,并且起着分解代谢驱动力的作用。葡萄糖的摄入导致高血糖素分泌的抑制。本发明的饮料不会象葡萄糖那样导致高血糖素效应的降低。因此,降低了对已有的分解代谢驱动力的干扰。此外,该饮料与胰岛素效应的降低有关。
本发明的饮料也可包含柠檬酸或柠檬酸盐,以增加香味和使pH保持在2.0—6的范围内。可使用天然或人造香料,例如水果香料。可包含防腐剂,例如苯甲酸钠或山梨酸。该饮料可充碳酸气或不充。可加入咖啡因或其它添加剂。可加入抗坏血酸作为抗氧化剂。
本发明特别好的实例包括半乳糖、包含半乳糖的二糖或低聚糖或前述物质与葡萄糖或其它糖的混合物。
本发明用实施例进一步地加以描述,但这些例子没有任何进行限制的意思。
实施例1
一种运动饮料包含有下述组分。

(27.5—30.5g包括柠檬酸盐但不包括香料或防腐剂)
重量摩尔渗透压浓度约为223mosm/kg(223—238包括柠檬酸盐)
若需要的话,可使用柠檬酸或柠檬酸盐为0.1—0.5%w/v。当使用柠檬酸钠时,可减少氯化钠的用量,减少作为柠檬酸钠加入的钠离子的精确摩尔比(可达34mmol·l-1)。在本说明书中,除另有说明者之外,比例都以重量表示。
若希望的话,可加入咖啡因和天然或合成香料例如橙,黑的红醋栗(blackcurrant),柠檬或酸橙。可使用防腐剂例如苯甲酸钠或山梨酸。若需要的话,可使用抗坏血酸作为抗氧化剂,其量可达0.5%w/v。上述比例可在±25%之内变化。
实施例2
    用总量为25g l-1的半乳糖和葡萄糖的混合物代替半乳糖来制备实施例1的饮料。

    除了用总量为25g l-1的半乳糖和乳糖或水解乳糖的混合物代替半乳糖外,重复

    重复实施例5,但使用半乳糖的二糖或低聚糖和葡萄糖,乳糖,果糖或半乳糖,溶液的总的重量摩尔渗透压浓度为222mosm·kg-1,其中碳水化合物提供的重量摩尔渗透压浓度为140mosm·kg-1,但不超过150g l-1的碳水化合物总浓度。
实施例9
    用数量为50g l-1的乳糖代替半乳糖,重复实施例1。
实施例10
    用总量为25g l-1的山梨醇和半乳糖的混合物,重复实施例2。

Claims (7)

1.一种运动饮料,它包含一种水溶液,该水溶液包含选自半乳糖,含半乳糖的二糖或低聚糖,或它们混合物的糖类,25—45mmol·l-1的钠,其中单糖的浓度为0.5—5.0%w/v,糖类、电解质和其它组分的总的重量摩尔渗透压浓度为150—280mosm·kg-1
2.如权利要求1所述的饮料,它还包含不大于2.5%w/v的葡萄糖。
3.如权利要求1所述的饮料,其中单糖的浓度为2.5%w/v。
