Abstract

本发明提供一种塑性加工用润滑剂,由下列质量百分比浓度的原料组成,硬脂酸10‑50%,硼酸盐1‑10%,防锈剂1‑10%,无机碱1‑10%,消泡剂0.1‑0.5%,余量为水。(1)本发明选用优质硬脂酸,生产产品油脂含量超过4.0以上,冷塑性加工润滑性能优良,延长模具使用寿命,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。(2)本发明生产的润滑剂,经加工后的产品防锈性能优良,降低生锈造成的产品不良率。(3)本发明生产的润滑剂耐硬水溶解性优良。

Description

一种塑性加工用润滑剂
技术领域
本发明涉及塑性加工润滑剂领域,尤其涉及一种塑性加工用润滑剂。
背景技术
金属塑性加工润滑剂的发展历史悠久,长久以来工业润滑剂一直使用动物油脂、工业肥皂、石灰等产品。此类产品因现场管理难、滴落造成现场污染严重、润滑品质稳定性差,废水增多、污染环境等众多问题。
过去润滑剂中一般含有大量亚硝酸钠型有毒防锈剂,影响操作者的身体健康,污染水体环境。
随着金属加工业的快速发展,塑性加工润滑品质要求不断提高、加上为了降低生产成本及改善操作环境、减少环境污染的要求下,原有的乳化性型润滑剂和工业肥皂等逐渐被新兴硬脂酸皂复配组成物产品取代。
目前,市场上销售的塑性加工润滑剂仍存在以下同题:
1)润滑性达不到客户的要求;
2)耐硬水溶解性能差,产品不易溶解,沉淀增多,老化快;
3)所用亚硝酸钠防锈剂有毒有害,污染环境;
4)产品防锈能力低,现场工件易生锈。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种塑性加工用润滑剂。一种高润滑性、具有防锈效果,提高模具使用寿命,容易溶解,环保型塑性加工润滑剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种塑性加工用润滑剂,由下列质量百分比浓度的原料组成,硬脂酸10-50%,硼酸盐1-10%,防锈剂1-10%,无机碱1-10%,消泡剂0.1-0.5%,余量为水。
所述硬脂酸为植物硬脂酸1801、1842、1865的一种或多种。
所述防锈剂为有机硼酸酯。
所述无机碱为氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾混合物。
所述硼酸盐为硼砂。
所述消泡剂为有机硅水性消泡剂。
所述塑性加工用润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按顺序将硬脂酸、硼酸盐、无机碱、防锈剂,消泡剂加入水中,加温到75-85℃,在80-150转/分搅拌下进行中和反应30-50分钟,搅拌至分散液呈均匀乳状,放料冷却至常温,检测化验,即得润滑剂。
本发明的优点是:
1)本发明选用优质硬脂酸,生产产品油脂含量超过4.0以上,冷塑性加工润滑性能优良,延长模具使用寿命,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
2)本发明生产的润滑剂,经加工后的产品防锈性能优良,降低生锈造成的产品不良率
3)本发明生产的润滑剂耐硬水溶解性优良。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实例进一步对本发明进行阐述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此。
实施例1
按质量百分比浓度为:植物硬脂酸1801 20%,硼砂2%,有机硼酸酯2%,氢氧化钠2%,氢氧化钾3%,有机硅水性消泡剂0.1%,余量为水称料。按顺序将硬脂酸、硼酸盐、无机碱、防锈剂,消泡剂加入水中,加温到75℃,在110转/分搅拌下进行中和反应50分钟,搅拌至分散液呈均匀乳状,放料冷却至常温,检测化验,即得润滑剂。
将本实施1例制得的润滑剂分别进行皂化值、防锈性、酸值、摩擦系数、水溶性、泡沫性能测试,结果见表1。
实施例2
按质量百分比浓度为:植物硬脂酸1842 25%,硼砂4%,有机硼酸酯3%,氢氧化钠4%,氢氧化钾4%,有机硅水性消泡剂0.1%,余量为水称料。按顺序将硬脂酸、硼酸盐、无机碱、防锈剂,消泡剂加入水中,加温到80℃,在120转/分搅拌下进行中和反应40分钟,搅拌至分散液呈均匀乳状,放料冷却至常温,检测化验,即得润滑剂。
将本实施2例制得的润滑剂分别进行皂化值、防锈性、酸值、摩擦系数、水溶性、泡沫性能测试,结果见表1。
实施例3
按质量百分比浓度为:植物硬脂酸1865 30%,硼砂5%,有机硼酸酯2%,氢氧化钠5%,氢氧化钾5%,有机硅水性消泡剂0.1%,余量为水称料。按顺序将硬脂酸、硼酸盐、无机碱、防锈剂,消泡剂加入水中,加温到85℃,在150转/分搅拌下进行中和反应50分钟,搅拌至分散液呈均匀乳状,放料冷却至常温,检测化验,即得润滑剂。
将本实施3例制得的润滑剂分别进行皂化值、防锈性、酸值、摩擦系数、水溶性、泡沫性能测试,结果见表1。

评价方法:
a.外观:目测
b.摩察系数:使用STT-970通信管内壁静摩擦系数测试仪测定摩擦系数。
c.油脂含量:按5%浓度配制处理液,取处理液10ml置入乳脂汁中,加入10ml含有酚酞特殊指示剂,并充分搅拌。然后,再加入50%的H2SO410ml。之后,将乳脂汁浸渍于沸腾的开水中约10~30分钟,再加入开水使油层达到刻度线,读出油层上、下边刻度。上、下油层刻度差值即为有效成份浓度的点数。
d.泡沫性能::按QB/T7462-94中规定进行。
e.防锈性:处理板材浸渍在3%的盐水中24hr,取出后进行腐蚀面积进行评级评价。
0级:无腐蚀
1级:1-5%腐蚀
2级:5-20%腐蚀
3级:20-50%腐蚀
4级:50-80%腐蚀
5级:80-100%腐蚀
f,酸度:取80℃左右温度下的处理液10ml置入300ml烧杯中,加入含有酚酞的特殊试剂200ml,并加热至沸腾。
1.若溶液呈粉红色,显示碱性,总酸度为负值,用滴定液0.1N硫酸滴定,至粉红色消失为止;所消耗的滴定液的ml数既为总酸度的Pt值。
2.若溶液呈无色,则显示酸性,用用滴定液0.1N氢氧化钠滴定,至溶液转变为粉红色为止,所消耗的滴定液的ml数既为总酸度的Pt值。
g.水溶性:配制人工硬水500us的溶液,70度温度下溶解5%润滑剂后观察透明度和沉淀物质状况,按肉眼判定溶解%比评价。

1.一种塑性加工用润滑剂,其特征在于:由下列质量百分比浓度的原料组成,硬脂酸10-50%,硼酸盐1-10%,防锈剂1-10%,无机碱1-10%,消泡剂0.1-0.5%,余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述塑性加工用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述硬脂酸为植物硬脂酸1801、1842、1865的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述塑性加工用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为有机硼酸酯。
4.如权利要求1所述塑性加工用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述无机碱为氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾混合物。
5.如权利要求1所述塑性加工用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述硼酸盐为硼砂。
6.如权利要求1所述塑性加工用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为有机硅水性消泡剂。
7.如权利要求1至6之一所述塑性加工用润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:按顺序将硬脂酸、硼酸盐、无机碱、防锈剂,消泡剂加入水中,加温到75-85℃,在80-150转/分搅拌下进行中和反应30-50分钟,搅拌至分散液呈均匀乳状,放料冷却至常温,检测化验,即得润滑剂。
