本发明公开了一种改进型硬质合金石蜡基挤压成型剂,用于加入混合料中的挤压成型剂,所述挤压成型剂包括粘结组元、石蜡改性剂、活性剂、增塑剂和溶剂,所述粘结组元包括按混合料质量百分比计的2‑3%的精炼石蜡和0.8‑1.2%的精制石蜡;所述石蜡改性剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的0.1‑0.1%的无规聚丙烯、0.1‑0.4%的萜烯树脂和0.1‑0.4%的乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物;所述活性剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的0.1‑0.3%的伊索敏、0.1‑0.3%的硬脂酸和0.1‑0.3%的油酸。本发明的配方新颖,可以使挤出的棒坯强度增加、也可减少挤出时产生的裂纹,有利于提高加工的质量,故而适用性和实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改进型硬质合金石蜡基挤压成型剂。
背景技术
在硬质合金混合料中加入比较多的石蜡及凡士林,以及近些年改为加石蜡、植物油、石蜡油,用以制备能挤压各种规格棒材是目前常见的工艺技术。不过,用上述成型剂时挤压效果往往不能令人十分满意。主要表现为挤压过程稳定性(如压力波动)、挤压坯均匀性、烧结棒坯质量特征较差等方面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种改进型硬质合金石蜡基挤压成型剂。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种改进型硬质合金石蜡基挤压成型剂,用于加入混合料中的挤压成型剂,所述挤压成型剂包括粘结组元、石蜡改性剂、活性剂、增塑剂和溶剂,所述粘结组元包括按混合料质量百分比计的2-3%的精炼石蜡和0.8-1.2%的精制石蜡;所述石蜡改性剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的0.1-0.1%的无规聚丙烯、0.1-0.4%的萜烯树脂和0.1-0.4%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物;所述活性剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的0.1-0.3%的伊索敏、0.1-0.3%的硬脂酸和0.1-0.3%的油酸。
增塑剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的0.1-0.3%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
所述溶剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的3-5%的癸烷或壬烷。
所述精炼石蜡为熔点为58-60℃,灰分低且含油量低的58#石蜡;所述精制石蜡为熔点为43-45℃,灰分低且含油量低的43#石蜡。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的配方新颖,粘结组元采用精炼石蜡其可以保证混合料浆喷雾干燥时粉末高收率,而且精制石蜡其可以保证优异的低温塑性,并且采用石蜡改性剂,可以使挤出的棒坯强度增加、也可减少挤出时产生的裂纹,有利于提高挤出棒坯的硬度和减少螺旋孔螺距长度的波动,从而有利于提高加工的质量,同时采用活性剂和增塑剂,可以降低成型剂的加入总量,使挤压棒坯收缩系数变小,有利于提高烧结棒材的品质,保证了加工的质量与加工的效率,故而适用性和实用性强。
具体实施方式
(实施例1)
一种改进型硬质合金石蜡基挤压成型剂,用于加入混合料中的挤压成型剂,本实施例中混合料主要为WC-10%Co细晶粒(0.8μm)硬质合金混合料,所述挤压成型剂包括粘结组元、石蜡改性剂、活性剂、增塑剂和溶剂,所述粘结组元包括按混合料质量百分比计的2-3%的精炼石蜡和0.8-1.2%的精制石蜡;所述石蜡改性剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的0.1-0.1%的无规聚丙烯、0.1-0.4%的萜烯树脂和0.1-0.4%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物;所述活性剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的0.1-0.3%的伊索敏、0.1-0.3%的硬脂酸和0.1-0.3%的油酸。本发明的配方新颖,粘结组元采用精炼石蜡其可以保证混合料浆喷雾干燥时粉末高收率,而且精制石蜡其可以保证优异的低温塑性,并且采用石蜡改性剂,可以使挤出的棒坯强度增加、也可减少挤出时产生的裂纹,有利于提高挤出棒坯的硬度和减少螺旋孔螺距长度的波动,从而有利于提高加工的质量,同时采用活性剂和增塑剂,可以降低成型剂的加入总量,使挤压棒坯收缩系数变小,有利于提高烧结棒材的品质,保证了加工的质量与加工的效率,故而适用性和实用性强。
增塑剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的0.1-0.3%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。增塑剂用来代替过去经常加入的植物油(菜籽油、橄榄油等),但是这里添加的增塑剂加入量小得多,从而可以节省成本。
所述溶剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的3-5%的癸烷或壬烷。溶剂的作用一是改善成型剂掺拌效果,使之易于掺拌均匀;二是配合石蜡赋予混合料增塑效果,使之易于挤压;三是挤压棒坯进行干燥作业时,容易能较快地全部挥发离去。在挤压棒坯中形成大量连通孔隙(约占30%体积)这样的内部结构,有利于烧结时石蜡组分均匀的排除,提高了脱脂过程效率。
所述精炼石蜡为熔点为58-60℃,灰分低且含油量低的58#石蜡;所述精制石蜡为熔点为43-45℃,灰分低且含油量低的43#石蜡。

1.一种改进型硬质合金石蜡基挤压成型剂,用于加入混合料中的挤压成型剂,所述挤压成型剂包括粘结组元、石蜡改性剂、活性剂、增塑剂和溶剂,其特征在于:所述粘结组元包括按混合料质量百分比计的2-3%的精炼石蜡和0.8-1.2%的精制石蜡;所述石蜡改性剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的0.1-0.1%的无规聚丙烯、0.1-0.4%的萜烯树脂和0.1-0.4%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物;所述活性剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的0.1-0.3%的伊索敏、0.1-0.3%的硬脂酸和0.1-0.3%的油酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进型硬质合金石蜡基挤压成型剂,其特征在于:增塑剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的0.1-0.3%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改进型硬质合金石蜡基挤压成型剂,其特征在于:所述溶剂包括按混合料质量百分比计的3-5%的癸烷或壬烷。
4.根据权利要求3所述的改进型硬质合金石蜡基挤压成型剂,其特征在于:所述精炼石蜡为熔点为58-60℃,灰分低且含油量低的58#石蜡;所述精制石蜡为熔点为43-45℃,灰分低且含油量低的43#石蜡。
