本发明涉及一种新型塑料编织袋。
背景技术
塑料编织袋是以聚丙烯为主要原料,经过挤出、拉丝,再经织造、编织、制袋而成。PP是制成编织袋的主要原料。塑料编织袋的使用范围很广。就目前来说,塑料编织袋的主要用于农产品包装、水泥袋包装、食品包装、岩土工程、旅游运输、抗洪物资等。堆放在库房中很容易被虫咬破而导致内装物漏出,在夏季高温和紫外线照射下容易老化、起皮、断裂、粉碎,在潮湿的环境中容易渗水进去,不但影响塑料袋内的物品,还影响了塑料编织袋使用效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种新型塑料编织袋,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种新型塑料编织袋,包括聚丙烯100份、线性低密度聚乙烯50份、酚醛树脂22份、聚氧化甲烯20份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷10份、石灰石5份、环氧树脂2份、十溴二苯醚0.5份、丁基氧化锡1份、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯4.3份、二茂铁1份、添加母料5份。
该防虫蛀塑料编织袋的制作方法具体如下:
①将聚丙烯聚丙烯100份、线性低密度聚乙烯50份、酚醛树脂22份、聚氧化甲烯20份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷10份、石灰石5份、环氧树脂2份、十溴二苯醚0.5份、丁基氧化锡1份、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯4.3份、二茂铁1份、添加母料5份依次加入混合机中,在温度为33℃下进行混合均匀,得到混合物;
②将混合物以120kg/min的加料速度加入到挤出机中进行挤出,然后冷却成型,即得到生产编织袋的涂覆编织布;
③首先将预热辊筒的温度预热至89℃,冷却棍的温度调至31℃,然后以口膜至生产编织袋的涂覆编织布间隙为120mm将步骤Ⅱ得到的生产编织袋的涂覆编织布放入螺杆挤出机中进行挤出,得到编织袋涂覆布的扁丝;
④利用圆筒编织机采用平模方法将步骤Ⅲ得到的编织袋涂覆布的扁丝进行编织,然后依次经过切割、裁断和缝纫,即得到塑料编织袋。
本发明有益效果为:
本发明延长编织袋的使用寿命和提高拉伸性能,编织袋不易老化,使用寿命长,拉伸力高,使得装载的物品不易产生腐败变质,不易破损,延长编织袋的使用寿命和提高拉伸性能。

实施例:
一种新型塑料编织袋,包括聚丙烯100份、线性低密度聚乙烯50份、酚醛树脂22份、聚氧化甲烯20份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷10份、石灰石5份、环氧树脂2份、十溴二苯醚0.5份、丁基氧化锡1份、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯4.3份、二茂铁1份、添加母料5份。
该防虫蛀塑料编织袋的制作方法具体如下:
①将聚丙烯聚丙烯100份、线性低密度聚乙烯50份、酚醛树脂22份、聚氧化甲烯20份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷10份、石灰石5份、环氧树脂2份、十溴二苯醚0.5份、丁基氧化锡1份、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯4.3份、二茂铁1份、添加母料5份依次加入混合机中,在温度为33℃下进行混合均匀,得到混合物;
