本发明提供一种涂层肥料及其制备方法。所述涂层肥料为颗粒状,所述涂层肥料颗粒包括肥料颗粒及包裹在肥料外的腐殖酸涂层,其中,所述肥料颗粒包括磷酸二铵、碳酸氢铵、尿素、硝铵、氯化铵、硫酸铵、过磷酸钙、钙镁磷肥、氯化钾、硫酸钾、硝酸钾中的一种或几种。本发明的涂层肥料能减缓肥料在土壤中的分解和释放速度。还可刺激作物根系分生组织,增加次生根,增加养分吸收能力;促使地上部营养体的旺盛生长,提高生物产量。同时具有调节作物生长、提高作物抗逆性和改善作物品质和产量等功能,还具有补充和活化土壤微量元素等作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂层肥料及其制备方法,属于化肥技术领域。
背景技术
施用化学肥料是保证粮食高产、稳产的一种重要措施。本世纪世界粮食单产的1/2、总产的1/3来自化肥的贡献。如果停止施用化肥,全球作物产量将减产50%。化肥对我国粮食产量的贡献率达40%~60%,化肥对粮食安全的重要作用不言而喻。与此同时,多年来我国始终存在化肥施用不合理、养分不均衡等问题,不仅造成养分利用率低、资源浪费、农业投入成本增加,农产品质下降,而且引起土壤性质恶化、生态环境污染等问题。我国粮食作物养分当季利用率氮肥为30%~35%,磷肥仅为15%~20%,钾肥为35%~50%,低于发达国家15%~20%个百分点,而且呈逐渐降低的趋势。但是中国已成为世界上最大的化肥生产国和消费国,耕地面积仅占世界耕地总面积7%的中国消费了超过世界1/3的肥料,单位面积用量是世界平均水平的3.7倍。我国化肥总用量和单位面积用量已经处于世界较高水平,相比发达国家225kg/hm2的安全上限,我国化肥施用量远远超额。
腐植酸是动植物残体经过微生物的分解和转化,是由芳香族及其多种官能团构成的高分子有机酸,具有良好的生理活性和吸收、络合、交换等功能。腐植酸资源具有天然,无污染,质量安全,资源集中,容易开采和长距离运输的优点。
结合腐植酸的上述优点,以及为解决现实生活中肥料利用率低,化肥用量大,土壤环境恶化,破坏生态环境,腐植酸肥料工艺复杂等问题。发展产能高、成本低、效果好的新型腐植酸化肥是我国新型肥料发展的重要方向,也是大型化肥企业产品升级换代的需要。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的一个是提供一种涂层肥料。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种上述涂层肥料的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种涂层肥料,所述涂层肥料为颗粒状,所述涂层肥料颗粒包括肥料颗粒及包裹在肥料颗粒外的腐殖酸涂层,其中,所述肥料颗粒包括磷酸二铵、碳酸氢铵、硝酸铵钙、硝酸钙、尿素、硝铵、氯化铵、硫酸铵、过磷酸钙、钙镁磷肥、氯化钾、硫酸钾、硝酸钾中的一种或几种。
本发明还提供了涂层肥料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将肥料颗粒加入搅拌机,转动搅拌机后加入水或混合糊状物,水或混合糊状物与肥料颗粒的重量比为0.1-3:100;其中,所述混合糊状物是水与腐植酸盐的混合;所述腐植酸盐是腐植酸铁、硼、铜、锌中的至少一种;
2)待肥料颗粒表面湿润均匀后,加入腐植酸钾、腐植酸钠或腐植酸铵粉末;腐植酸钾、腐植酸钠或腐植酸铵粉末与肥料颗粒的重量比为1-10:100;
3)继续搅拌,待肥料颗粒表面完全包裹上黑色腐植酸粉后,停止搅拌,把包裹好的肥料颗粒倒出,过筛,即成涂层肥料成品。
优选地,所述步骤1)中加入的水或混合糊状物与肥料的重量比为0.5-1:100。
进一步优选地,所述步骤1)中加入的是水。
优选地,所述混合糊状物中的水与腐植酸盐的重量比为7‐100:1。
优选地,所述腐植酸钾、腐植酸钠或腐植酸铵粉末与肥料颗粒的重量比为1-10:86。

腐植酸是大分子聚合物,含有大量羧基、酚羟基、羰基等活性基团含量为4-10mmol/g,可降低肥料中氨挥发损失,本发明的涂层肥料,涂层具有一定的缓释性能,减缓肥料的释放,延长肥料使用时间,且涂层能激活生物活性,并可促进作物根系生长,增强光合作用,对土壤脲酶活性有很好的抑制效果;本发明的涂层肥料能减缓肥料在土壤中的分解和释放以及流失的速度。还可刺激作物根系分生组织,增加次生根,增加养分吸收能力;促使地上部营养体的旺盛生长,提高生物产量。同时具有调节作物生长、提高作物抗逆性和改善作物品质和产量等功能,还具有补充和活化土壤微量元素、疏松板结土壤、改良土壤环境等作用。

实施例1:
1)将肥料磷酸二铵颗粒加入搅拌机,搅拌速率为15r/min。转动搅拌机后加入水,水与磷酸二铵颗粒的重量比为1:100;
2)待肥料颗粒表面湿润均匀后,加入腐植酸钾;腐植酸钾与磷酸二铵颗粒的重量比为1:10;
3)继续转动搅拌机,待肥料颗粒表面完全包裹上黑色腐植酸粉末后,把包裹好的肥料颗粒倒出,过筛,肥料颗粒粒径不小于0.5mm,即成涂层肥料成品。
实施例2:
1)将肥料碳酸氢铵、过磷酸钙颗粒加入搅拌机,转动搅拌机后加入混合糊状物,搅拌速率为20r/min,混合糊状物与肥料颗粒的重量比为3:100;其中,所述混合糊状物是水与腐植酸铁的混合;
2)待肥料表面湿润均匀后,加入腐植酸铵粉末;腐植酸铵粉末与肥料颗粒的重量比为1:10;
3)继续搅拌,待肥料颗粒表面完全包裹上黑色腐植酸粉后,停止搅拌,把包裹好的肥料颗粒倒出,过筛,肥料颗粒粒径不小于0.5mm,即成涂层肥料成品。

1)将肥料氯化铵、氯化钾颗粒加入搅拌机,转动搅拌机后加入混合糊状物,搅拌速率为35r/min,混合糊状物与肥料颗粒的重量比为1:100;其中,所述混合糊状物是水与腐植酸锌的混合;
2)待肥料表面湿润均匀后,加入腐植酸钾粉末;腐植酸钾粉末与肥料颗粒的重量比为1:10;
3)继续搅拌,待肥料颗粒表面完全包裹上黑色腐植酸粉后,停止搅拌,把包裹好的肥料颗粒倒出,过筛,肥料颗粒粒径不小于0.5mm,即成涂层肥料成品。

Claims (10)
1.一种涂层肥料,所述涂层肥料为颗粒状,所述涂层肥料颗粒包括肥料颗粒及包裹在肥料颗粒外的腐殖酸涂层,其中,所述肥料颗粒包括磷酸二铵、碳酸氢铵、硝酸铵钙、硝酸钙、尿素、硝铵、氯化铵、硫酸铵、过磷酸钙、钙镁磷肥、氯化钾、硫酸钾、硝酸钾中的一种或几种。
2.一种涂层肥料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将肥料颗粒加入搅拌机,转动搅拌机后加入水或混合糊状物,水或混合糊状物与肥料颗粒的重量比为0.1-3:100;其中,所述混合糊状物是水与腐植酸盐的混合;所述腐植酸盐是腐植酸铁、硼、铜、锌中的至少一种;
2)待肥料颗粒表面湿润均匀后,加入腐植酸钾、腐植酸钠或腐植酸铵粉末;腐植酸钾、腐植酸钠或腐植酸铵粉末与肥料颗粒的重量比为1-10:100;
3)继续搅拌,待肥料颗粒表面完全包裹上黑色腐植酸粉后,停止搅拌,把包裹好的肥料颗粒倒出,过筛,即成涂层肥料成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中加入的水或混合糊状物与肥料颗粒的重量比为0.1-3:100。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合糊状物中的水与腐植酸盐的重量比为7‐100:1。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,优选地,所述腐植酸钾、腐植酸钠或腐植酸铵粉末与肥料颗粒的重量比为1‐10:86。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述腐植酸钾、腐植酸钠或腐植酸铵粉末与肥料颗粒的重量比为1-10:100。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述腐植酸钾、腐植酸钠或腐植酸铵粉末水溶性≥30%。
8.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中加入的是腐植酸钾粉末。
9.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述肥料的制备方法中搅拌机的搅拌速率为10‐260r/min。
10.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中肥料颗粒过筛后粒径不小于0.5mm。
