背景技术
液晶显示器,为平面超薄的显示设备,它由一定数量的彩色或黑白像素组成,放置于光源或者反射面前方,液晶显示器功耗很低,因此倍受工程师青睐,适用于使用电池的电子设备,它的主要原理是以电流刺激液晶分子产生点、线、面配合背部灯管构成画面,液晶显示器的工作原理:液晶是一种介于固体和液体之间的特殊物质,它是一种有机化合物,常态下呈液态,但是它的分子排列却和固体晶体一样非常规则,因此取名液晶。
但现有的适用于车载的动垂直定向液晶显示器,结构设计较为复杂,且传统的车载的动垂直定向液晶显示器内部元件较多,而且体型较大,占用的空间较多,然而车内的空间是有限的,现有车载的动垂直定向液晶显示器占用空间较大,给人们带来了选择困难,此外,现有的车载的动垂直定向液晶显示器,安装拆卸都较为不便,而且在使用时无法根据个人喜好来调节显示器的位置,灵活性不强。
所以,如何设计一种适用于车载的动垂直定向液晶显示器,成为我们当前要解决的问题。

工作原理:首先,使用安装板7将该适用于车载的动垂直定向液晶显示器安装在汽车内部适当的位置,并且将外接线路连接好,然后便可以使用了,在使用时,显示屏5接收到数字信号后,经过胶筐18和薄膜晶体管19转化之后变为图像,图像信号在经过扩散板24和下偏光板27作用之后被反射板28反射出去,并且最终在显示屏5上形成图像,使用者可以根据自身的喜好和感觉来使用垂直调节螺栓10对该显示器垂直的角度进行调节,使用非常便利,因为在显示器外框1侧面设有音量调节旋钮3,所以使用者可以根据自身喜好来调节音量,因为在挂柱6侧面设有垂直调节螺栓10,所以使用者可以灵活调节该显示器的垂直角度,使用灵活方便,此外在音量调节旋钮3侧面设有防滑条纹4,使用者在使用音量调节旋钮3时更加便利。

1.一种适用于车载的动垂直定向液晶显示器,包括显示器外框(1),其特征在于:所述显示器外框(1)侧面的一端设有操作键(2),所述操作键(2)嵌入设置于所述显示器外框(1)内,所述显示器外框(1)一侧设有弹性支柱(8),所述弹性支柱(8)嵌入设置于所述显示器外框(1)内,并与所述显示器外框(1)通过螺栓固定连接,所述弹性支柱(8)侧面的一端设有挂柱(6),所述挂柱(6)与所述弹性支柱(8)固定连接,所述显示器外框(1)内部设有显示屏(5),所述显示屏(5)嵌入设置于所述显示器外框(1)内,所述显示屏(5)顶部设有上偏光板(11),所述上偏光板(11)覆盖设置于所述显示屏(5)上,所述上偏光板(11)底部设有玻璃基板(12),所述玻璃基板(12)底部设有黑色框罩(13),所述黑色框罩(13)嵌入设置于所述玻璃基板(11)内,所述黑色框罩(13)底部设有公共电极(16),所述公共电极(16)底部设有配向膜(17),所述配向膜(17)覆盖设置于所述公共电极(16)上,所述配向膜(17)底部的一端设有框胶(18),所述框胶(18)嵌入设置于所述配向膜(17)内,并与所述配向膜(17)固定连接,所述框胶(18)一侧设有薄膜晶体管(19),所述薄膜晶体管(19)覆盖设置于所述玻璃基板(12)上,所述薄膜晶体管(19)侧面设有间隙粒子(20),所述间隙粒子(20)嵌入设置于所述玻璃基板(12)上,所述间隙粒子(20)一侧设有液晶(21),所述薄膜晶体管(19)底部的侧面设有像素电极(23),所述像素电极(23)嵌入设置于所述玻璃基板(12)内,所述像素电极(23)底部设有存储电容(22),所述存储电容(22)与所述像素电极(23)电性连接,所述玻璃基板(12)底部设有扩散板(24),所述扩散板(24)覆盖设置于所述玻璃基板(12)上,所述扩散板(24)内部设有棱镜板(25),所述棱镜板(25)底部设有分光片(26),所述分光片(26)嵌入设置于所述棱镜板(25)上,所述分光片(26)底部设有反射板(28)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于车载的动垂直定向液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述显示器外框(1)侧面设有音量调节旋钮(3),所述音量调节旋钮(3)嵌入设置于所述显示器外框(1)内,所述音量调节旋钮(3)侧面设有防滑条纹(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于车载的动垂直定向液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述挂柱(6)顶部设有安装板(7),所述安装板(7)覆盖设置于所述挂柱(6)上,并与所述挂柱(6)通过螺栓固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于车载的动垂直定向液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述挂柱(6)一侧设有可伸缩支柱(9),所述挂柱(6)底部的侧面设有垂直调节螺栓(10),所述垂直调节螺栓(10)嵌入设置于所述挂柱(6)内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于车载的动垂直定向液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述黑色框罩(13)底部设有彩色滤光片(14),所述彩色滤光片(14)覆盖设置于所述黑色框罩(13)上,所述彩色滤光片(14)底部设有保护膜(15)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于车载的动垂直定向液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述扩散板(24)顶部设有下偏光板(27),所述下偏光板(27)覆盖设置于所述扩散板(24)上。
