技术领域
本发明涉及一种膜,特别涉及一种高强耐磨膜。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料制造周期短,耗能小,成本低且产品具有质轻、拉伸强度大,耐腐蚀,防水性能好等优点,故被广泛应用在建筑材料、工业制品、日用品、地板革、地板砖、人造革、管材、电线电缆、包装膜、瓶、发泡材料、密封材料、纤维等方面。传统PVC膜的最上层是漆,中间的主要成分是聚氯乙烯,最下层是背涂粘合剂。它是当今世界广泛应用的一种合成材料。PVC膜具有防雨,耐火,抗静电,易成型的特点,其硬度高于低密度聚乙烯,而低于聚丙烯,在屈折处会出现白化现象。单纯的PVC膜并不能满足现代工业中某些行业要求的高强度和高耐磨性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术存在的问题,提供一种高强度、高耐磨性的高强耐磨膜。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种高强耐磨膜,包括由内向外依次对称设置的复合玻纤层、涂覆层、强力胶层、金属膜层和PET膜层,所述的复合玻纤层由玻纤复合纱交织而成,所述的玻纤复合纱包括玻璃纤维和缠绕于玻璃纤维外层的聚丙烯纤维,所述的涂覆层为用于涂覆的改性聚丙烯树脂组合物,所述的金属膜层为以物料气相淀积在PET膜层上的铝金属膜或锌金属膜,所述的PET膜层为高强度聚酯薄膜。玻纤复合纱的长丝玻璃纤维和短丝聚丙烯纤维缠绕的结构使由它交织成的复合玻纤层内应力较小、变形少、层表面密度差小、层表面致密,作为中心层可以增强整个高强耐磨膜的强度和韧性。玻纤复合纱结构中的聚丙烯纤维还使复合玻纤层与涂覆层的结合性更好。金属膜层的作用是隔断红外辐射,降低复合玻纤层受到的光与热,因为玻纤复合纱内的聚丙烯纤维的熔点较低(165~173℃),其对光和热的稳定性较差,虽然可以通过在纺丝时加入防老化剂来提高其抗老化性能,但是阻断其外部接触环境的光和热可以大幅延长其使用寿命。PET膜层使用的高强度聚酯薄膜拉伸强度大,撕裂强度高,具有较高的表面耐磨性。
作为优选,所述的改性聚丙烯树脂组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:聚丙烯55-65份、线性低密度聚乙烯10份-15份、丙烯酸酯5-8份、纳米二氧化硅4-6份、POE增韧剂8-14份、滑石粉5-10份、抗氧剂0.2-0.5份。作为涂覆层的改性聚丙烯树脂组合物,由聚丙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯共混组成,加入丙烯酸酯改善两者的相容性,同时针对聚丙烯低温脆性和收缩率大的缺点,在组合物中添加POE增韧剂增加组合物的韧性,且POE良好的流动性可以改善组合物中滑石粉填料的分散效果,按比例添加的纳米二氧化硅与聚丙烯和POE增韧剂的组合也可以改善组合物的强度和抗老化性。
作为优选,所述的玻璃纤维直径与聚丙烯纤维直径的比例为6:1~10:1。
作为优选,所述的强力胶层为环氧树脂类胶黏层。环氧树脂类胶黏层适合金属与塑料的粘结。
作为优选,所述的PET膜层为拉伸强度大于240MPa且拉伸弹性模量大于4400MPa的高强度聚酯薄膜。
作为优选,所述的复合玻纤层厚度为0.15mm~0.4mm。
作为优选,所述的强力胶层厚度为0.01mm~0.05mm。
作为优选,所述的金属膜层厚度为5nm~20nm。
作为优选,所述的PET膜层厚度为10nm~15nm。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的高强耐磨膜具有9层结构,采用玻纤复合纱制成的复合玻纤层作为高强耐磨膜的中心层并涂覆改性聚丙烯树脂组合物,使膜的中部层具有优良的强度和韧性,并设有金属膜层增加其抗老化性,此外,外层设有高强度聚酯薄膜层,拉伸强度大,撕裂强度高,具有较高的表面耐磨性。

下面通过具体实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通和/或改变都将落入本发明保护范围。
实施例1:
如图1所示的一种高强耐磨膜,包括由内向外依次对称设置的复合玻纤层1、涂覆层2、强力胶层3、金属膜层4和PET膜层5。
如图2所示,复合玻纤层由玻纤复合纱6交织而成,复合玻纤层厚度为0.15mm。
如图3所示,玻纤复合纱包括玻璃纤维7和缠绕于玻璃纤维外层的聚丙烯纤维8,玻璃纤维直径与聚丙烯纤维直径的比例为6:1。玻纤复合纱的长丝玻璃纤维和短丝聚丙烯纤维缠绕的结构使由它交织成的复合玻纤层内应力较小、变形少、层表面密度差小、层表面致密,作为中心层可以增强整个高强耐磨膜的强度和韧性。玻纤复合纱结构中的聚丙烯纤维还使复合玻纤层与涂覆层的结合性更好。
涂覆层为用于涂覆的改性聚丙烯树脂组合物,改性聚丙烯树脂组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:聚丙烯55份、线性低密度聚乙烯15份、丙烯酸酯8份、纳米二氧化硅6份、POE增韧剂10.5份、滑石粉5份、抗氧剂0.5份。作为涂覆层的改性聚丙烯树脂组合物,由聚丙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯共混组成,加入丙烯酸酯改善两者的相容性,同时针对聚丙烯低温脆性和收缩率大的缺点,在组合物中添加POE增韧剂增加组合物的韧性,且POE良好的流动性可以改善组合物中滑石粉填料的分散效果,按比例添加的纳米二氧化硅与聚丙烯和POE增韧剂的组合也可以改善组合物的强度和抗老化性。
强力胶层厚度为0.01mm,强力胶层为环氧树脂类胶黏层。环氧树脂类胶黏层适合金属与塑料的粘结。

玻纤复合纱包括玻璃纤维7和缠绕于玻璃纤维外层的聚丙烯纤维8,玻璃纤维直径与聚丙烯纤维直径的比例为8:1;
涂覆层为用于涂覆的改性聚丙烯树脂组合物,改性聚丙烯树脂组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:聚丙烯60份、线性低密度聚乙烯12份、丙烯酸酯6份、纳米二氧化硅5份、POE增韧剂8份、滑石粉8.5份、抗氧剂0.5份;
强力胶层厚度为0.03mm;
金属膜层厚度为15nm;
PET膜层厚度为12nm。
实施例3:
一种高强耐磨膜,结构同实施例1,不同之处在于:
复合玻纤层厚度为0.4mm;
玻纤复合纱包括玻璃纤维7和缠绕于玻璃纤维外层的聚丙烯纤维8,玻璃纤维直径与聚丙烯纤维直径的比例为10:1;
涂覆层为用于涂覆的改性聚丙烯树脂组合物,改性聚丙烯树脂组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:聚丙烯60份、线性低密度聚乙烯12份、丙烯酸酯6份、纳米二氧化硅5份、POE增韧剂8份、滑石粉8.5份、抗氧剂0.5份;
强力胶层厚度为0.05mm;
金属膜层厚度为20nm;
PET膜层厚度为15nm。
根据GB/T25042-2010及相关测试标准对实施例1-3的高强耐磨膜进行拉伸断裂强力、撕裂性能和表面硬度测试,结果见表1。

由以上结果可以看出,本发明的高强耐磨膜的复合玻纤层涂覆改性聚丙烯树脂组合物,根据组合物的组份百分比差异、层厚度差异和玻纤复合纱的结构差异,高强耐磨膜的拉伸断裂强力略有差异,对比现有浸渍聚四氟乙烯的玻纤膜产品,具有较高的拉伸断裂强力和撕裂性能,具有较高的表面硬度和耐磨性。
本发明的高强耐磨膜具有9层结构,采用玻纤复合纱制成的复合玻纤层作为高强耐磨膜的中心层并涂覆改性聚丙烯树脂组合物,使膜的中部层具有优良的强度和韧性,并设有金属膜层增加其抗老化性,此外,外层设有高强度聚酯薄膜层,拉伸强度大,撕裂强度高,具有较高的表面耐磨性。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。
Claims (10)
1.一种高强耐磨膜,其特征在于:该高强耐磨膜包括由内向外依次对称设置的复合玻纤层、涂覆层、强力胶层、金属膜层和PET膜层,所述的复合玻纤层由玻纤复合纱交织而成,所述的玻纤复合纱包括玻璃纤维和缠绕于玻璃纤维外层的聚丙烯纤维,所述的涂覆层为用于涂覆的改性聚丙烯树脂组合物,所述的金属膜层为以物料气相淀积在PET膜层上的铝金属膜或锌金属膜,所述的PET膜层为高强度聚酯薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强耐磨膜,其特征在于:所述的改性聚丙烯树脂组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:聚丙烯55-65份、线性低密度聚乙烯10份-15份、丙烯酸酯5-8份、纳米二氧化硅4-6份、POE增韧剂8-14份、滑石粉5-10份、抗氧剂0.2-0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高强耐磨膜,其特征在于:所述的玻璃纤维直径与聚丙烯纤维直径的比例为6:1~10:1。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的高强耐磨膜,其特征在于:所述的强力胶层为环氧树脂类胶黏层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的高强耐磨膜,其特征在于:所述的强力胶层为环氧树脂类胶黏层。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的高强耐磨膜,其特征在于:所述的PET膜层为拉伸强度大于240MPa且拉伸弹性模量大于4400MPa的高强度聚酯薄膜。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的高强耐磨膜,其特征在于:所述的复合玻纤层厚度为0.15mm~0.4mm。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的高强耐磨膜,其特征在于:所述的强力胶层厚度为0.01mm~0.05mm。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的高强耐磨膜,其特征在于:所述的金属膜层厚度为5nm~20nm。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的高强耐磨膜,其特征在于:所述的PET膜层厚度为10nm~15nm。
