Abstract
本发明提出了一种耐磨履带的制备方法,其步骤如下:(1)将履带底盘预制成型,在履带底盘的外表面上涂覆一层外保护涂层,并加以烘干;(2)在外保护涂层上涂覆一层胶粘剂;(3)在胶粘剂上包覆一层纤维网;(4)在纤维网上再涂覆一层胶粘剂;(5)在纤维网上包覆一层橡胶层,大幅提高了履带的耐磨性能,提高了履带的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨履带的制备方法。
背景技术
履带是由主动轮驱动、围绕着主动轮、负重轮、诱导轮和托带轮的柔性链环。履带由履带板和履带销等组成。履带销将各履带板连接起来构成履带链环。履带板的两端有孔,与主动轮啮合,中部有诱导齿,用来规正履带,并防止坦克转向或侧倾行驶时履带脱落,在与地面接触的一面有加强防滑筋(简称花纹),以提高履带板的坚固性和履带与地面的附着力。
履带底盘在行进过程中易磨损,从而影响履带的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种耐磨履带的制备方法,大幅提高了履带的耐磨性能,提高了履带的使用寿命。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种耐磨履带的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)将履带底盘预制成型,在履带底盘的外表面上涂覆一层外保护涂层,并加以烘干;
(2)在外保护涂层上涂覆一层胶粘剂;
(3)在胶粘剂上包覆一层纤维网;
(4)在纤维网上再涂覆一层胶粘剂;
(5)在纤维网上包覆一层橡胶层。
进一步的,所述外保护涂层的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
聚氨酯树脂50-80份、云母粉5-12份、表面活性剂2-6份、硅藻土10-15份、三正丁胺3-5份、成膜剂5-9份、消泡剂1-3份。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为非离子烷基酚乙氧化物表面活性剂。
进一步的,所述成膜剂为玻璃纤维素。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油。
本发明的有益效果为:大幅提高了履带的耐磨性能,提高了履带的使用寿命。

实施例一
一种耐磨履带的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)将履带底盘预制成型,在履带底盘的外表面上涂覆一层外保护涂层,并加以烘干;
(2)在外保护涂层上涂覆一层胶粘剂;
(3)在胶粘剂上包覆一层纤维网;
(4)在纤维网上再涂覆一层胶粘剂;
(5)在纤维网上包覆一层橡胶层。
进一步的,所述外保护涂层的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
聚氨酯树脂65份、云母粉8份、表面活性剂4份、硅藻土12份、三正丁胺4份、成膜剂6份、消泡剂2份。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为非离子烷基酚乙氧化物表面活性剂。
进一步的,所述成膜剂为玻璃纤维素。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油。
实施例二
一种耐磨履带的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)将履带底盘预制成型,在履带底盘的外表面上涂覆一层外保护涂层,并加以烘干;
(2)在外保护涂层上涂覆一层胶粘剂;
(3)在胶粘剂上包覆一层纤维网;
(4)在纤维网上再涂覆一层胶粘剂;
(5)在纤维网上包覆一层橡胶层。
进一步的,所述外保护涂层的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
聚氨酯树脂50份、云母粉5份、表面活性剂2份、硅藻土10份、三正丁胺3份、成膜剂5份、消泡剂1份。

聚氨酯树脂80份、云母粉12份、表面活性剂6份、硅藻土15份、三正丁胺5份、成膜剂9份、消泡剂3份。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为非离子烷基酚乙氧化物表面活性剂。
进一步的,所述成膜剂为玻璃纤维素。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油。

1.一种耐磨履带的制备方法,其特征为,其步骤如下:
(1)将履带底盘预制成型,在履带底盘的外表面上涂覆一层外保护涂层,并加以烘干;
(2)在外保护涂层上涂覆一层胶粘剂;
(3)在胶粘剂上包覆一层纤维网;
(4)在纤维网上再涂覆一层胶粘剂;
(5)在纤维网上包覆一层橡胶层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨履带的制备方法,其特征为,所述外保护涂层的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
聚氨酯树脂50-80份、云母粉5-12份、表面活性剂2-6份、硅藻土10-15份、三正丁胺3-5份、成膜剂5-9份、消泡剂1-3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨履带的制备方法,其特征为,所述表面活性剂为非离子烷基酚乙氧化物表面活性剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨履带的制备方法,其特征为,所述成膜剂为玻璃纤维素。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨履带的制备方法,其特征为,所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油。
