本发明公开了一种刀片式切管机,包括机架,以及设置在机架底部的驱动机构,以及设置在机架上方的底座,以及安装在底座一端的呈倒L形设置的纵梁,所述底座的另一端设置有两只用于支撑管材的辊柱,所述辊柱呈水平设置,所述辊柱的上方设置有切割刀头,所述切割刀头上连接有呈矩形设置的导向柱,所述导向柱上套设有与导向柱相配合的导向套,所述导向套与纵梁固定连接,所述纵梁的顶部还设置有推力装置;该刀片式切管机具有结构合理,使用方便安全,降低操作人员工作强度的优点。

一种刀片式切管机
技术领域
本发明涉及管材切割设备技术领域,具体涉及一种刀片式切管机。
背景技术
切管机是一种对不同管的管材进行批量切割,以得到所需长度管材的切割设备。常见的切管机的类型主要有锯条式切割、气体切割、砂轮切割、刀片切割等,现有的切管机在使用中会产生碎屑,以及火星等,容易产生安全事故;其中现有的刀片切割基本是通过人力调整刀头对管材的切割压力,特别是在连续作业时,增加了操作人员的工作强度,不利于切管机的便捷使用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种结构合理,使用方便安全,降低操作人员工作强度的刀片式切管机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种刀片式切管机,包括机架,以及设置在机架底部的驱动机构,以及设置在机架上方的底座,以及安装在底座一端的呈倒L形设置的纵梁,所述底座与机架相连接,所述纵梁与底座相连接,所述底座的另一端设置有两只用于支撑管材的辊柱,所述辊柱呈水平设置,所述辊柱的上方设置有切割刀头,所述切割刀头上连接有呈矩形设置导向柱,所述导向柱上套设有与导向柱相配合的导向套,所述导向柱与导向套滑动连接,所述导向套与纵梁固定连接,所述纵梁的顶部还设置有推力装置,所述推力装置与导向柱相连接。
作为优选,所述推力装置包括立杆、横杆和推力杆,所述立杆与纵梁相互垂直、且立杆的一端与纵梁固定连接,另一端与横杆的中部转动连接,所述推力杆位于纵梁上相对于导向套的另一侧,所述推力杆与纵梁固定连接,所述横杆的一端与导向柱的顶部连接,另一端与推力杆的顶部连接,有助于推动切割刀头对管材进行切割。
作为优选,所述切割刀头包括刀架和二只刀片,所述刀片呈横向设置在刀架上,所述刀片与刀架转动连接,所述刀架与导向柱固定连接,有助于对管材的固定及切割。
作为优选,所述两只辊柱的一侧皆设置有从动轮,所述从动轮与辊柱固定连接,且从动轮分别与驱动机构传动连接,有助于使管材进行转动并进行切割。
作为优选,所述机架的底部靠近辊柱的一侧还设置有脚踏开关,所述脚踏开关与支架固定连接,有助于切管机的安全使用。
作为优选,所述辊柱为橡胶辊柱,有助于减少对刀片的硬冲击,避免刀片的损坏。
作为优选,所述驱动机构为一体式减速机,有助于降低切割时的管材转速,有助于提高切管时的安全性。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:由于在纵梁的顶部设置了推力装置,通过电动推力杆及立杆和横杆的相互配合,推动连接在导向柱上的切割刀头对位于刀头和辊柱之间的管材进行切割,降低了的操作人员的工作强度,也提高了切管机使用的便捷性;由于设置了橡胶辊柱,并配合双刀片的切割切头可以有效缓冲切割刀头与管材的冲击,避免刀片因为切割压力过大而产生的崩口现像,同时双刀片也加块了管材的切割速度,提高了切管机的适用性;由于设置了脚踏式开关,当操作人员的离开脚踏式开关时切管机随即停止工作,有助于提高切管机使用的安全性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详述,以使本发明技术方案更易于理解和掌握。
在本实施例中,需要理解的是,术语“中间”、“上”、“下”、“顶部”、“右侧”、“左端”、“上方”、“背面”、“中部”、等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
另,在本具体实施方式中如未特别说明部件之间的连接或固定方式,其连接或固定方式均可为通过现有技术中常用的螺栓固定或钉销固定,或销轴连接等方式,因此,在本实施例中不再详述。
如附图1-3所示,一种刀片式切管机,包括机架1,以及设置在机架1底部的驱动机构2,以及设置在机架1上方的底座3,以及安装在底座3一端的呈倒L形设置的纵梁4,所述底座3与机架1通过焊接固定,所述纵梁4与底座3通过螺栓固定,所述底座3的另一端设置有两只用于支撑管材的辊柱5,所述辊柱5与底座3通过转轴转动连接,所述辊柱5呈水平设置,所述辊柱5的上方设置有切割刀头6,所述切割刀头6上连接有呈矩形设置导向柱7,所述导向柱7上套设有与导向柱7相配合的导向套8,所述导向柱7与导向套8滑动连接,所述导向套8与纵梁4通过焊接固定,所述纵梁4的顶部还设置有推力装置9。所述推力装置9包括立杆91、横杆92和推力杆93,所述立杆91与纵梁4相互垂直、且立杆91的一端与纵梁4通过焊接固定,另一端与横杆92的中部通过转轴转动连接,所述推力杆93位于纵梁4上相对于导向套8的另一侧,所述推力杆93与纵梁4通过螺栓固定,所述推力杆93为电动推力杆,所述推力杆93的型号为JF-TGE-1500,所述横杆92的一端与导向柱7的顶部通过转轴转动连接,另一端与推力杆93的顶部通过转轴转动连接,有助于推动切割刀头6对管材进行切割。所述切割刀头6包括刀架61和二只刀片62,所述两只刀片62呈横向设置在刀架61上,所述刀片62与刀架61通过转轴转动连接,所述刀片62呈跋山圆形设置,有助于形成滚动切割,所述刀架61与导向柱7的下端部通过螺栓固定连,有助于对管材的固定及切割。所述两只辊柱5的一侧皆设置有从动轮51,所述从动轮51与辊柱5通过平键固定连接,所述动轮51分别与驱动机构2通过皮带传动连接,有助于使管材在辊柱5上进行转动并进行切割。所述机架1的底部靠近辊柱5的一侧还设置有脚踏开关10,所述脚踏开关10的型号为OFL-V-M4,所述脚踏开关10与支架1通过螺栓固定,有助于切管机的安全使用.所述辊柱5为橡胶辊柱,有助于减少对刀片62的硬冲击,避免刀片62的损坏。所述驱动机构2为一体式减速机,所述驱动机构2的型号为MTNF-37,有助于降低切割时的管材转速,提高切管时的安全性。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:由于在纵梁的顶部设置了推力装置,通过电动推力杆及立杆和横杆的相互配合,推动连接在导向柱上的切割刀头对位于刀头和辊柱之间的管材进行切割,降低了的操作人员的工作强度,也提高了切管机使用的便捷性;由于设置了橡胶辊柱,并配合双刀片的切割切头可以有效缓冲切割刀头与管材的冲击,避免刀片因为切割压力过大而产生的崩口现像,同时双刀片也加块了管材的切割速度,提高了切管机的适用性;由于设置了脚踏式开关,当操作人员的离开脚踏式开关时切管机随即停止工作,有助于提高切管机使用的安全性。
当然,以上只是本发明的典型实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种刀片式切管机,包括机架,以及设置在机架底部的驱动机构,以及设置在机架上方的底座,以及安装在底座一端的呈倒L形设置的纵梁,所述底座与机架相连接,所述纵梁与底座相连接,其特征在于:所述底座的另一端设置有两只用于支撑管材的辊柱,所述辊柱呈水平设置,所述辊柱的上方设置有切割刀头,所述切割刀头上连接有呈矩形设置的导向柱,所述导向柱上套设有与导向柱相配合的导向套,所述导向柱与导向套滑动连接,所述导向套与纵梁固定连接,所述纵梁的顶部还设置有推力装置,所述推力装置与导向柱相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种刀片式切管机,其特征在于:所述推力装置包括立杆、横杆和推力杆,所述立杆与纵梁相互垂直、且立杆的一端与纵梁固定连接,另一端与横杆的中部转动连接,所述推力杆位于纵梁上相对于导向套的另一侧,所述推力杆与纵梁固定连接,所述横杆的一端与导向柱的顶部连接,另一端与推力杆的顶部连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种刀片式切管机,其特征在于:所述切割刀头包括刀架和二只刀片,所述刀片呈横向设置在刀架上,所述刀片与刀架转动连接,所述刀架与导向柱固定连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种刀片式切管机,其特征在于:所述两只辊柱的一侧皆设置有从动轮,所述从动轮与辊柱固定连接,且从动轮分别与驱动机构传动连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种刀片式切管机,其特征在于:所述机架的底部靠近辊柱的一侧还设置有脚踏开关,所述脚踏开关与支架固定连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种刀片式切管机,其特征在于:所述辊柱为橡胶辊柱。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种刀片式切管机,其特征在于:所述驱动机构为一体式减速机,所述驱动机构与机架固定连接。
